We are staying in a 2 bedroom condo. Spiral staircase to the bedrooms upstairs is definitely not handicap friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool is nice.staff friendly.

Me and my family have been staying here since they where babies, we have many great memories at our stay at the Royal Holiday. God bless the management and staff for your accommodating service.

Faclilty is old but well worth the cost

We stayed here in August 2015 on an RCI exchange (1 BR, but they have 2 BR units too). Its a very nice place, conveniently located near the beach and the Treasure Bay Casino. I particularly liked the free laundry facitilities, with apparently no time restrictions on their usage, and the music from Treasure Bay. My daughter liked the neat double pool/waterfall. However, as nice as the access to the pool and common area via the patios sliding glass door was, some people might prefer a little more secure lock than the standard one built into the door. There are lots of good restaurants close by, including a Waffle House within walking distance (if it isnt too hot). Individual units having assigned parking spaces (along with extra parking close by) was nice too.

We stayed the week here via our RCI Membership in a 2 bedroom / 2 1/2 bath condo. Location was great...right in the heart of Biloxi, just behind the Treasure Bay Casino and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Pool access to the Casino Pool was a plus. The condo wasnt luxurious, but was very functional for a family of four and was quite comfortable. Laundry on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If the Mississippi Gulf Coast is your chosen destination, I cant think of a better place to stay. Strong recommendation!

Outstanding staff

Pool is not heated, we go in april. Pool is too cold, the rate goes up sky high each year, need a car. nothing to do with kids. All casino, took the kids could not get in to even some of the casino restraunts. Once you get a timeshare its like a house you cant sell or pay it affects your credit. Our time share went up 450.00 a week. And if you cant pay they take you to collections. Learning this now the hard way. Room needs big time updated. Tub is so old. Only showers. Would not sit in it. Room 306. More to come if interested, Ohh and how can you sell something the owner wont even take back for nothing ! Ohh and if a anybody is interested contact me and you can have the weeks for free or even just one week. Cindy is sending us to collections . IF WE WOULD OF KNOWN THIS WE WOULD NOT OF TAKEN IT FROM MY HUSBANDS FATHER. ALL OF THESE YEARS OF GOOD CREDIT AND A DAMN TIMESHARE IS GOING TO AFFECT US,, ? LeRoy is rolling in his grave

Worst timeshare ever, Im surprised RCI accepted them. Old outdated, the units and the staff. Avoid at all cost.
