Check-in/check-out process easy and courteous helpful staff.The size of the unit was unbelievable! Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in somewhat of a U-shape where occupants could enjoy privacy. Very quiet area and building. Staff were welcoming, helpful with requests and accessible. - thank you. There are some updates required (balcony repairs, maybe bathrooms) This suited me well and I would go again - actually unit seemed too large/long for one occupant. Location on beach lined/tree lined street, close to casinos, restaurants, and fast food locations, as well as a small mall and market area about 10-15 mins away. I enjoyed this location.

Great location, only issue was the water, but it was because of the storm.

Unit was dirty, looked like it hadnt been cleaned in quite some time. The hot tub looked like it was a science experiment. The front of the building is run down, they are repairing things as funds become available. The upside, the pool was very well maintained.

Staff were really friendly. Beautiful view!

Water leaking up base of toilet refrigerator whats the melting eyes and not keeping our food calls that they knew about before I moved in but somebody didnt see it at all also had a theory and a 1/2 inch cockroach should I post a picture of in the bathroom taken a shower with my girlfriend for sure and dryer make enough noise sounds like rero train gone through their part at when that line and and dryer barely drives the close also they advertised as handicapped accessible totally isnt handicapped accessible except for work delivery ramp along the side of the building that they keep the door lock die and dont give handicapped people a key to I was very disappointed with the managements response and neighbor not very courteous about they did take care the refrigerator in the toilet seems like a lot of construction air which we understood

The view from the balcony is wonderful. We feel its like heaven on earth. The layout of condo is good. Decorated nicely. Great location on Beach Blvd. The locals are so friendly. Seems hospitality is #1 trait. We just love it. I would definitely recommend to all my friends. Wish we had it for next week too.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect. Everything was just a quick drive away. The neighbors were super quiet, and we felt very safe. The room was very clean and had all the necessities.

September 8 thru 13, 2018The furniture in the unit was quite dirty, old and outdated. There was no cover over the pipes on the balcony which made sitting on the balcony not a good view. The refrigerator, counters and cabinets had not been cleaned. We actually the kitchen area with bleach. The windows hadnt been cleaned and were quite filthy. This is the interesting part I began to see roaches. When I complained, the staff said we never had roaches to which I replied, Ive never lived with them either and it certainly wasnt me who brought them there. Finally an exterminator was called after a couple of days. The staff finally decided that it must have been the previous occupants who had them. I dont feel as though I should have ever had to clean the unit. This was a girls trip and I was totally embarrassed....... I have stayed here In previous years and dont remember it being this outdated.

Great condo for our family vacation. Place was much bigger than the photos show. Price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay here again.

This place is nice for the most part I gave them two stars because they lack three things 1 no hard surface floors throughout the entire unit, they have carpet and carpet is unsanitary 2 they do not have an indoor heated pool 3 they do not have an on site workout room or a relationship with a local gym to use

We are currently staying here through an RCI exchange. Although the resort is in need of some TLC, it was in a good location relative to restaurants and the beach. The staff is friendly and courteous. The two bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable in general.

Needs allot of improvements and the balconies are not safe because of improper maintenance.

Dont have high expectations. As they say it is what it is. Affordable, clean units in need of a little TLC. Located near downtown Biloxi right on the beach. Staff very friendly and do their best to accommodate you.

Basic cleaning was done, place needed up dated ceilings, and walls, bathroom.Ceiling paint peeling back, and bathroom wall paper. Inside cabinets smelledMold smell outside the doors,Inside Dust, musty smell, fans not cleaned,dirt in corners, kitchen in needed of update.Vents dirty, I got a sinus infection.Husband and son, allergies, and sinuses.

NOTE: I will continue to evaluate lodging based almost exclusively on the SPEED and EASE of USE of the WIFI system. I know this is only one aspect of a hotel or condo, but as the wifi goes, so goes the rest of the property. A hotel or condo with weak wifi will have older fixtures and will probably be less well maintained.Wifi usage should be seemless, simple, and reliable.(1) The weekend staff at Chateau Le Grand were so very nice and helpful. Check in and checkout was easy!Here is my review of Chateau Le Grand:(2) Wifi capacity is inadequate. Wifi should be properly sized for the condo building at full capacity, when usage is at a maximum (at 9 or 10 pm). Brushing off Slow service by saying, Well, everyone is home from work and the beach and it just slows down at 7 pm is UNACCEPTABLE. Its time for an upgrade.Fortunately, there was no limit to the number of devices per unit.(3) The bathroom fixtures (lavatory, tub) are out of date. The sinks were tan acrylic and the tubs had tan fiberglass surrounds. The faucets and drains in the bathtub are old. Its time for remodeilng.(4) The kitchen is almost completely enclosed. It does not open to the living area and has no windows, so at first it feels a bit drab and lonely. Later, it was nice that its location hides the clutter. There are no cabinet pulls on the cabinets or draweres. I hate having to touch slightly worn and dirty wood to open a cabinet. It would be faster for the cleaning service to clean a handle than to clean the top and side wood edges of each cabinet every week.(5) Most electrical outlets are behind furniture, which makes it very difficult to plug in your phone or laptop. charge overnight. They should rent out extension cords, but I guess there are tripping hazard issues. Bring one heavy extension cord per bedroom, 10 ft to 15 ft long, with the 3-prong ends. They should use lamps that have electrical outlets built into the base.(6) On our third night in the unit, the smoke alarm started chirping at 2:30 am, every 30 seconds! I had to wait until 10:00 am to call in the problem. No one said Im sorry.(7) The building has no workout room -- I was disappointed with that.Overall, we had a nice stay. We didnt expect a luxury condo, and it was a nice week away from our house.

Run down. Has been for years. Hot tub ihas been broke for 5+ years. Its now a kiddy pool.

Stayed in rm 101 of the condo. The pool and the pool area are wonderful. Full tennis court with a bball hoop on it. The room is nice but it does seem like the place is a little dated.... the beach across the street is not really usable but you can fish from the pier and rent her skis and such. Would stay again.

Very convenient to beach, restaurants. Stayed in a 2br condo that was huge. Staff was fantastic. Free parking. Loved our balcony and view of the beach. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, lots of space and closets and was the quietest condo I have ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful...one night we grilled some steaks on their very nice grill pavilion and we didnt have any matches so I called the front desk and the lady at the desk actually brought up a box of matches to our condo. The water was hot, the air conditioning was COLD and the beds were sooo confortable.. I would stay there again.

Great staff I hate when its time to leave. This place is a great getawy. I can play slots, go across the street and fish come back here fry them .l love this place.

Time share condominium. The building seems to be a little dated, but they have recently updated the furniture and electronics. Still a nice place to stay.

I stayed here as a guest of a guest. It was a nice facility that is starting to show its age. It could use some real updating, but nice over all.

We have stayed at the Chateau LeGrand for the 3rd time and I can honestly say we have been very pleased with each visit.The staff is very friendly and very helpful. As stated by other, these are very large units with recently updated furniture. if luxury is what you seek, then this is not for you, but if a large, clean unit located right on the beach and minutes from the casinos, then Chateau LeGrand is the destination you should choose.Experience the beauty of Biloxi and stay at the Cheteau!
