Love it here. Staff is great and park is always clean.

We have stayed here several times and most recently for Cruise the Coast. We had a fantastic time and the new pool and site additions contributed to that time. Had an amazing view of the Gulf on the other side of a beautiful lawn with large Oak Trees. The staff and manager Brad and Kathy were most helpful our entire stay.My only complaint is that people did not pick up after their pets and that is no fault of the park. The staff was constantly having to pick up and this is just a shame. If you own a pet please be responsible and pick up after it. If you are too lazy to do that you are too lazy to have a pet.The park is centrally located as well. We walked to the mall and to Treasure Bay Casino. Uber and Lift were always available. The Reef Restaurant was awesome with great food, great drinks, and a great view!Gulf Beach was amazing we will be back again and again!Lisa & Cathy

EXCELLENT PLACE!! LOVED IT!! Very clean.The owner was very nice, checking in was a breeze and the lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. We WILL be back!!! We met great people and had a great time. The park was VERY CLEAN. Concrete pad, asphalt road great water pressure . You can enjoy sitting around the pool in nice chairs enjoying the sunset looking at the beach. Wed rate it a 10 but only have 5 The dog run area was nice with a bench

We love this place; best kept secret around. The bath houses are super clean with modern up to date equipment. The view from any angle is not disappointing. The beach is right in sight.

Places extremely clean and nice . Waffle house people are so nice and food was great, dont forget to mention that you staying in Rv place, they give you 10% off..only down side was we had 4 days of rain in 7 days stay ..I booked it for 10 days but we left early do to bad weather .still we had great time .

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! Clean, friendly staff, laundry room - that genuine southern hospitality was all encompassing. The pool and the sun deck were phenomenal. Right across from the beach and boardwalk. The only thing I wished they had at the sites was a picnic table. But overall we would absolutely stay here again and encourage others to do the same! Thank for a lovely experience.

The location and facilities are awesome.Problem was the bathrooms were never clean, hair in the showers. And trash in the shower stalls for the duration of our stay.We stayed for several weeks and after complaining about the condition of bath houses the trash was emptied but the showers were never cleaned.Hire a cleaning crew and this park is easily a 5 star resort!

Great location with nice, level concrete spots. The hosts were extremely friendly and informative. Will definitely put this on our list of places to return!

Since we were on the road, we called ahead for our reservation, told the person we had a truck camper. Got to the office and found out they do not accept truck campers!! My rig with the camper was worth over $120,000, way more than some of the junky trailers we saw in some spots. We were irritated because the person that took our call did not mention they dont accept truck campers. I told them before the reservation was made we had a slide in truck camper. Were glad we did not stay there anyway because there were no tables, very small cramped spots and the ocean there was very undesirable and the water was a dirty brown and murky. We ended up staying at Ft Pickens campground near Pensacola. It was a short walk to the ocean with very nice, beautiful turquoise water and white sand beach. The campsites have a ton of room with tables, water hook ups and many shade trees. We ended up staying there for 3 days.In the fine print 1/3 of the way down, after you get to the checkout page, here is what they say, Tents, pop-ups, camper shells are not allowed. Apparently these people think a camper shell is the same as a slide in truck camper. WE DO NOT HAVE A CAMPER SHELL. We have a $50,000 slide in truck camper.

Loved how close it was to the beach. Pool very nice. Well maintained. Laundry was great as well. Will be back!!

Where to start: 1) right across the street from the Beach!!! 2) super clean and staff very friendly. 3) nice pool with view of ocean 4) clean restrooms/laundry room. 5) great main house to comfortably lounge or relax if you need to move around outside the RV. This is a must check out place if youre passing through Mississippi!!

This place is a gem! We came for day and stayed for a week. Its right across from the beach, has a beautiful park across the street to hang out with kids or pets, its spacious, clean and totally chill. The park owners have spent time and money on improvements such as nice community decks and hangout areas, walkways and a beautiful pool/bar,patio area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We will be back!

We had a very nice stay here. It is a well taken care of RV resort, we had a spot on the end with a little grassy area for our dogs. It was by the side road which was a little noisy at times with cars going in and out but wasnt overly unbearable and theres a privacy fence. Looks like they are putting a pool in so theres another plus. People were friendly and well definitely stay here again if were in the area. Lots to do in and around Biloxi and New Orleans is just an hour and a half away. Also love that all the RV spots are on concrete and seemed spacious.

We love this RV Resort. The location is perfect - right across the highway from the beach. The park is very clean and the staff wonderful. We spent a month here and loved it. The Jefferson Davis Library/Beauvoir is within walking distance. It is a short drive to Biloxi casinos and downtown as well as to Gulf Shores. There is a Waffle House on property for a quick bite.

Great plane to stay. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Very quiet at night. Mall and other places easy walk from the RV site

Really nice level sites. Great location and amenities, better than average WiFi. My only issue is that if youre coming in from Beach Blvd there are a few gnarly potholes (Im sure thats the citys problem rather than the park) so be careful going in and out. Dont expect it to be dead quiet because people rip down Beach all night, but thats just Biloxi. Depending on what time you leave its probably easier to go West to the highway regardless of where your destination is just due to the way the main road is built.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! This campground is immaculate! Everything is very well maintained. I worked in the main clubhouse while I was there and it was so comfortable. Brad and Katherine were pretty much family by the time we left after being there for a week. They made us feel right at home! We loved the size of the park and we met the best people during our stay. The pool and deck area were very nice and it has such a wonderful view of the beach! We will for sure be back again! Customer service is out of this world!

Friends staying there for a couple weeks, they love it. Easy parking, full hook ups. Great view of the ocean, nice steady breeze to keep you cool.

Great place to stay. Whether it be for a night or long term. My three little kids, husband and I are here for a few months and this place has great! Everything is very clean and tidy, clean bathroom and showers, laundry on site is clean, and the staff is so friendly hand helpful. Location is also great! Walking distance to the white beautiful sandy beach, Waffle House right in front of rv resort, and shopping and grocery shopping is also very close! We have loved saying here! If we ever come back this way, we will ALWAYS stay here!

Omg! Hidden gem! Big house friendly but not spots to drop your trailer. The gulf was right across the street. The casino picked us up and they have an all you can eat crab leg buffet every day!! Will be staying here from now on when we’re in the area!!

Wonderful Campground with full hookups, pool, laundry, and everything new and well maintained. Restrooms and showers clean and modern decor. Manager and staff extremely nice and helpful. We stayed 6 nights and they automatically gave me the weekly rate which saved about $30. Short walk across the beach and less than 2 miles to a mall and Walmart.

Nice little RV park in a Great location. I gave it three stars because I had an issue with the bathrooms and showers not being cleaned for the 6 days we were there. There was a bandaid and some other items on the shower floor on the day I arrived that were still there the day I left. After the second day I asked the guy in the office if the bathrooms get cleaned daily and I let him know that the same garbage was on the floor from the day before in which he assured me they were cleaned that day. The toilets were never cleaned and floors never mopped. Very concerning and disappointing all during a national pandemic when cleanliness is so important

Nice place! Nice shower rooms! Only thing about Biloxy is the ocean is shallow like 1 at 300 out and has no waves.

Excellent RV park. Brad is friendly and helpful. Loved the location and being across from the beach. Our kids could scooter around the park and we felt safe the entire time. Price was fair. Facilities were always clean. Will definitely return if back in the area again.

Nothing but a parking lot on a 4 lane busy rd Thaat you have to cross to get to ocean. Map is very deceitful showing grass between sites..NOT. Located between waffle house and a hotel with no space in between. Hard to get into if traveling east..mentioned that they should put directions on website she said people find us. Had to try to turn around in hotel lot while towing! Sit by pool and all you hear is traffic. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. Thats the best i can say about this place!

Zero shade, bicycle stolen from front of trailer never met any staff, we stayed 5 days. No security wide open to vagrants or anybody.

Great place to stay right across from the beach. Always stay here when working shows at the coliseum, only a block away.

Very clean and well kept. Right across from the beach. The front desk even sold roll of quarters for the laundry machines. Only thing missing is a hot tub.

Wow. This was such a little gem to stay in. We only stayed one night on our way through, but enjoyed the short time we were here. This place had only been opened a few weeks when we stayed here. Everything here is brand new and has that brand new smell. The office area looks just like a hotel lobby and even has a complimentary coffee bar (yum), plus couches and spaces for relaxing. The park is very small and all the sites are concrete pads for back-ins, and also has an extra slab space for the vehicle - in the new style of RV parks. We chose a spot in the back and it was very level. There is a nice walkway leading through the park to the office and it has a small gazebo type area there. Space is limited and so I know it would be tough to put in trees, but I would like to at least see trees put in along the pathway and along the fence perimeters to give it some nice shade and privacy as the place matures. I made the same day reservation over the phone and had a pleasant conversation with the proprietor. When we arrived we received a coffee mug and pen and some coupons as well. I asked about the pool hours and was told that as long as we werent a disturbance and the police didnt have to show up, that we could use the pool whenever. That was great for us because we tend to stay out later and do touristy things so that by the time we get back to our RV all the fun recreation stuff closes. We did use the pool that night and were pleasantly surprised to find that the heated pool was actually a heated pool (they usually arent). It wasnt as warm as a hot tub of course, but it was not too cold for me to go in and we enjoyed using the new clean pool. I dont think theres a better location of an RV park here. This one is directly across from the beach - very very easy access - even more so than others we saw along the same road. There is a waffle house right in front - very friendly place and convenient. The bathrooms and showers were really nice - very nice tile finishes, of course brand new. We did utilize them after our pool time. There is laundry on site, we didnt use it but it was a super nice facility and I think it was $1.50 each load. Quarters are required and I didnt notice a change machine. When we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.

We are temporarily at Keebler AFB. We’ve been here a month now and I have nothing bad to say. Very new, very clean. it is secure, my wife and kids were there by themselves for most of the 1st month and I wasn’t worried about them due to the quality of the resort and the management along with the fellow campers all seem very nice and helpful.

Clean and new park right across the road from the beach in beautiful Biloxi. They just recently opened, so everything is brand new. They have a great pool and meeting/party area that has a postcard view of the beach and ocean. The provide the standard bathroom, showers and laundry facilities. Their wifi worked reasonably well. The sites are concrete and the roads all paved. The only problem is that the sites are super close to each other. So close that your awnings may touch your neighbors awnings or car and good luck opening the undercarriage bin doors without hitting your neighbor. Amazing park. Best one we have stayed at yet. We are full timers and this park had beautiful grounds, clean laundry facilities and friendly staff. We will be coming back to this park.

Great place and the people running it are so caring. Our converter in motorhome went out and they referred us to Dillards RV repair, very reasonable and ordered the correct one which was cheaper than Camper World. Cant say enough about this park. Clean, all cement and blacktop.

Spaces are very close. Pads are concrete and level. Wi-Fi did not connect to the internet.

Gulf Beach ResortAfter stopping at a number of rv parks over the past several weeks, I have to say that having all concrete spots are great and keep your rv cleaner. This is a very nice park. The spots are big and flat. The staff is very friendly. And you can wake up every day to the beauty of the Gulf. We had chilly weather, but made the best of it.Date of stay: January 2020

Very pleasant staff, and very clean facilities. Pet friendly with a cute little dog area! Highly recommend! Enjoyed our stay very much. Also the staff at the Waffle House next door was amazing and you get a discount if your staying at the RV park!

We are local but this is our first time to stay here. New facility, very well laid out. Plenty of room to maneuver. Pads are pretty level. Nice clubhouse, pool, deck, all top notch. Highly recommended.

Very dirty restrooms and showers. Women’s restroom was not cleaned at all the entire 9 days we were there. Pool nasty as well.

Spaces smal. Not much grass

We stayed for a week, beautiful campground with lots of updates. Lots are great with enough space to move. Right across from the beautiful white sandy beach. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because the pool wasnt maintained very well, it was very cloudy with algae spots on the steps half the time we were there. I would recommend and go back in the future if we were in the area.

The staff is wonderful with great conversation. This was our first time here and enjoyed the stay.The grounds were very clean and there is an area for the pets to run around.

Love this place...super friendly host. Right across from the beach. You can sit on the huge deck that overlooks the Gulf/beach. Everything is very nice...the sites, lounge, restrooms, deck, pool. Will definitely come back.

When calling Gulf Breeze RV Resort on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019, to check on availability, we were told by the person in the office that there was plenty of availability at this park and there was no need to make a reservation as we were coming in that day. We were told that the office closes at 6:00 p.m. (which is listed on their website) and to make sure and be there by then. After making a four-hour drive, we pulled into this park at 5:34 p.m, only to see that the office was already closed. I immediately called and got their voicemail. I left a message with my name and phone number and told them that we were at the park and were in a tough situation as we did not know what we were going to do, and I asked them to please return my call. They have never returned my call as of this date. We ended up finding another RV park to stay at that evening, but it was a stressful situation to say the least. I strongly suggest that if you want to stay at this RV park make a reservation because you cannot trust that they keep the office hours listed on their website.

RV Park clean and quiet. WiFi intermittently drops out. No fitness area as web site indicates. We spent a month there and no one showed us around. And yes wifi dropped out repeatedly.

We booked 2 nights here at the park’s new addition, and immediately upon plugging into 50 amps our circuit board began smoking. I spoke to the office about this, and they seemed to be aware of the situation, as an electrician had recently worked on the site. I plugged into another site to get power, however, 2 of our breakers were fried and continued smoking. When I asked for a credit to help offset my repair expense, the owner blamed me for the problem and refused to issue any reimbursement. Poor customer service.

Only offered a credit at their park when we canceled due to a mechanical breakdown that caused us to cancel our trip indefinitely. Im never taking my dads RV anywhere again. These things are a nightmare!!!

We stayed for 2 months and loved our stay. Very close to many restaurants, the mall, and across from the beach. Very nice bathrooms and laundry. Didn’t get to use the pool because of temperature being too cool but watched sunsets from the deck several times. Brad and staff very accommodating. We only booked for a month originally but decided to stay and Brad worked hard to get us a spot we could stay in until we left. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here a couple of days on our way back from Mardi Gras ! I can honestly say this is a hidden little gem ! The park was really clean and well kept and the people in the office were super friendly and it’s right across from the ocean with a 3 min walk across the street ! I can’t imagine any of the other parks are this nice in the area !

Cons: Wifi does not work. No fire pits. Sewage drains are to low so your sewage fitting can not screw in it just sits in the ground so its messy.Not Gulf Beach RV fault but beaches are closed due to bacteria and that was the main reason we chose to come.Pros: great location for beach, restaurants, casinos, etc....

Great little park! This RV Park is very clean with great level sites. It’s in a great location across from the beach and also a nice vacant property to walk your dogs. Very nice staff as well.

We booked a stay with this new park for the 4th of July weekend and can not say a single thing negative about it. The pool was enjoyed. The showers are clean. The bathrooms are clean. The park is VERY clean and well kept. The personnel are VERY friendly and eager to help. The space could be just a little better especially for longer RVs but you can still fit in either a truck for pulling your RV or a tow vehicle. It will just be a little tight. The location was VERY nice a quiet as far as being too touristy. Just cant say anything negative about our stay.

Rather quiet considering their is a hotel next door and the four lane out front. This was our first visit so we reserved an ocean view site. FYI 1-3 have best vantage points. 4 has a slight view, but a view none the less. For the convenience, any site seems fine. Paved, level lots and full hook ups, large patio area and a pool. It is just across the four lane from the beach, but (not the campgrounds fault), the closest crosswalk is about a block down the road to the red light. Friendly staff and they have quarters for laundry if you need to make change.

This park is perfect!! Great location across from the beach. Clean well-maintained facilities, the sites are concrete level spots and they have great security. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and professional. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here. the only thing is that you need a BIGGER sign

Stayed here for holiday. brad is awesome and rest of staff make you feel comfortable.. park is clean all concrete. easy access. anyone staying here will probably return many times. beach is right across street. awesome view. they have streetfront deck. you can people watch,cars, sunset and sunrise comfortably. make sure you have all your supplies. no stores real close by. if u have tow vehicle no prob.. clubhouse an park very clean upscale place. beautiful!! just found new home away from home!! shout out to brad he is awesome guy in office an the young lady in office, very sweet people .... you wont regret your stay here!!

Great little RV Park right across from the Gulf! Concrete pads are level and even though sites are close together the configuration keeps you from feeling hemmed in. We’ll be back next year and spend more time exploring!

We Love staying here. The people are nice, and its Clean and Quite. We are staying a month and I dont think we could have found a better RV Park then This one. We will keep you on our list to Return. Thank you for making us feel at home away from home.

Very dirty ladies bathroom. Orange slim and mold in shower and Orange slim in sinks. Water fountain in hallway dirty. Towel next to kitchen sink must have been there a long time.I know you do not see this and you try hard, but not up to our standards.

Very nice and clean park. Bathrooms were new, clean, and very warm during the cold weather, which was really nice. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the WiFi didn’t work too well the second day we were there... but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Great views, new park, clean with friendly staff

We stayed for one month in January. The park is clean. The bathrooms are well-maintained. Brad, the manager is kind and tries to make people comfortable. The only reason this place is missing a star in our review is because one really obnoxious man yelled at us the first night for making noise inside our camper, and was downright scary. We discovered our sewer pipe removed the next morning, which could have made a real mess if our tanks had been open. When we told Brad he said that he already had multiple formal complaints about that guests and that he hated dogs and kids, and that he was close to being kicked out. Ill never book again knowing that behavior is allowed with so many uncomfortable guests. All in all, beautiful view of the beach and enjoyed the location. Just get rid of toxic guest.

A must know!!!!!!This RV Resort is entered BEHIND the Waffle House.We stayed Oct 12 - Dec 13. It was wonderful. The employees are all very nice. The pool and deck areas are the best and the location is directly across the street from the beach.

This place is great for an overnight, but Im so surprised at how little shade there is. I was lucky enough to get the only site with a tree, and it was HOT! No help for the air conditioners, thats for sure, lol. The location is fantastic (right across the road from the beach), and the employees are super friendly!However, theres a sewage leak or something right behind site 39. Itd violently bubble and gurgle, and stuff would come out..(theres like a sewage creek right behind the site) and oh god, the stench was horrific! Thankfully we couldnt smell it in the RV, but it was pretty bad when we were outside of it.

The best place to bring your camper!! You won’t regret it!

This RV resort can only be described as fabulous. We have spent one day here but have booked for another week. Everything about this resort is top shelf. Brad the manager made our reservations over the phone and we certainly got what he promised. Would like warmer weather but know that we will enjoy whatever weather comes our way. We really like everything about Gulf Beach RV resort. Thanks Brad!

This RV park was very clean, the slots were easy to get into and close to all the sites you want to see. My only complaint was the clubhouse is closed when they close the office at five. Have never been in a park where the clubhouse was closed after the office closed, since this is when most people want to get together to play cards or whatever. They need to divide the office off from the clubhouse and put a keyed lock on the door so it can be used.

This resort is the best on MS gulf coast. My wife and I rode thru all the other RV resorts and are so glad we stayed at Gulf Beach. Right across from beach, all pads are level and concrete with full hook up and Direct TV. Nice fenced in dog park which was great for our 2 Australian Shepherds. Very clean and well maintained pool, party deck and club house that face the gulf. Waffle House next to resort is very good and give guests 10% discount along with a few other restaurants. Right in the middle of everything you may want to do. Brad and his staff are first class and made our 7 day vacation very enjoyable. All I wish is I lived closer so I could come more often.

The facilities were SUPER clean! The park was well maintained and the staff was SO accommodating and friendly. The location is RIGHT across the street from the beach, so the location is FANTASTIC! The resort has a heated pool, which also has a huge deck around it with tables. We loved the park and will DEFINITELY return! :)
