We came here for my daughter birthday weekend the staff was so nice to her she was giving free credits, free ice cream because it was her birthday THIS STAFF IS WONDERFUL!!We had an amazing time!! The staff was amazing!! Our room was amazing!! Clean, Nice and Quiet....We did not want to leave at allWe will be back!!! Our new family Vacation Spot!!

For almost $200 a night youd think they would have sufficient elevators to the rooms that you didnt have to wait 15 minutes every time you wanted to go to the room. Having only 3 (one was locked on the 10th floor for service) working elevators was my biggest complaint. The second biggest was the kids running up and down the hall at 3 in the morning. Like, I get that this is a kid friendly place but maybe there could be a curfew when it is time to be quiet?The arcade is nice. It was a little chilly for the pool so we didnt even go up to look.If youre wanting to go to the arcade and dont mind being up with yelling and running kids, this is the place to be.The rooms are nice and I enjoyed the balcony and views despite the giant spotlight.

The room was nice and comfy! I would suggest more adult activities! It would also be nice to have microwaves in the rooms! We never made it to the pool area but from what we could see from our balcony it looked very nice! The arcade was decent, if you have kids they would definitely enjoy!

The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because I dont think they have enough elevators for how big the resort is.The room was clean with a comfy bed.The staff was friendly and the drinks were delicious. Good food, different restaurants to pick from in the resort. The coffee shop had great drinks! Swim up bar, regular bar, lazy river, water slide, and a kiddy play area on the 5th floor. A really fun place to vacation no matter your age.Also, if you are a medical professional you can bring your badge and get 20% off of rooms, food, drinks, arcade, and gift shop. I like that they recognize medical professionals and military.We were there September 11-13 and they had a firework show.

This was the Worst Resort Experience. On the weekend of October 3, 2020 book here for my Daughters Birthday. I received for my $300 & $400 rooms included a bed with no fitted sheet & no top comforter only 2 sheets and a hospital type blanket. Broken Refrigerator my water, wine and fruit ruined & toilet paper roll holder rigged. The most frightening thing was blood on the balcony! During a pandemic you would think management would ensure the safety of their guest. I would not recommend this resort.

Be careful when eating in restaurant with groups. 18% Gratuity already added to ticket. One ticket showed it as service charge. Another receipt didnt show it but it was in the total. If we had not noticed it we would have tipped twice. I have no problem with tipping but when it us already added to the ticket, the ticket should reflect it.Service was good, food was just OK. Kids enjoyed Arcade.

Great place for kids. 4 stars because I tried at two different times to call housekeeping, front desk, and concierge and neither answered. I had to go to check in desk to get the issue resolved, which was needing a blanket for sofa bed and a towel, but they were helpful and got what I needed. Apparently, you have to have a radio which is what the lady used to communicate.My wife also found a huge hairball on the carpet in the room.Shower pressure was pretty good but would fluctuate a little bit and sometimes would give a shot of really hot water.Besides that, room and the rest of the hotel seemed clean.Food at Landshark Bar and Grill was good and prices were reasonable, I would say less than most resorts. On par with like a Chilis.Every employee we interacted with was nice and polite.Kids loved the pool area and gaming area. If we ever return to Biloxi, well probably have to stay again because of the kids amenities and I wouldnt mind.

Due To Covid Not A Lot Of Ride Experiences Are Open. There Are Plenty Of Arcade Games For The Kids To Play With. Prize Room Is A Decent Size With Reasonable Trade In For Prizes.

I finally had a chance to take a real vacation and decided to check out Biloxi. I hadnt been to the coast in over 20 years so I wasnt sure what to expect. I typically search reviews and pre-plan but this was more of a spontaneous location choice. I found a special for the Margaritaville hotel and booked it without much thought. If you know the coast, you know there are a myriad of lodging choices, casino hotels, beach front hotels, across the street from the beach hotels, local hotels with history or charm, chain hotels, budget hotels, family oriented, etc, etc, etc. After visiting my suggestion is that you research to find a hotel that suits you.The Margaritaville is a nice hotel thats definitely designed for the family experience. The first great attraction at the hotel is the pool. It is located on the 5th floor but the unique design of the hotel makes it a rooftop pool. It has a kids area, a couple of slides, a lazy river, a pool bar and the 5 oclock somewhere bar. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate the pool a solid 10 for both adult and family fun.The second great attraction at the hotel is the Escape game room and arcade. The game choices are seemingly endless, kids were every where with parents in tow moving from game to game and clearly enjoying themselves. After spending several hours in the arcade my only complaint is that 2 of the 3 attractions featured in the hotels video were out of order. I understand that equipment malfunctions but guests should be informed. For example, “The coasts only 360 degree simulator” didnt have working sound and the image on the screen was backwards. I advised the operator who casually responded yeah, the inside and outside speakers have been broken for awhile. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate the arcade an 8 based on the fact that so many games were inoperable.The food at the Landshark Grill was only average. If your going to call it a “cheeseburger in paradise” you need to bring your A game. How about a fresh ground great burger with a choice of signature fries, something like a Fudruckers experience. I didnt try Eat at Does Place because the sign outside the restaurant didnt have hours posted for Mondays and Tuesdays. I assumed they were closed due to Covid-19 but later found out they were open.The rooms were nice but if you want a great sunset view, ask for a balcony room on the West side of the hotel. The East side rooms view the Gold Nugget and the marina.On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate my overall experience at Margaritaville a 7. Im sure if I had young kids they would overlook the things I did not like and they would rate it a 10.

Its just a ok margaritaville. The properties of Tennessee and Florida are in better condition.

Came here in the cold season with my wife and 3 kids, got a deluxe queen suite on the 29th floor. That place was amazing, I love Biloxi. If you have the opportunity I HIGHLY recommend to visit. Valet is optional, and free- dont be afraid to tip tho, you are trusting them with your vehicle after all. Captured most moment on video rather than picture

Balcony room on 16 floor but building spotlights were shining directly in our eyes. Noisier than expected. Pool area was fun.

Went on a 2 night vacation with my mother, friend, nephew and my one year old daughter. Everything was great until the second night when my mother and I went to get ice. We were visited by a drunk guest trying to get us to pay for his “services” for the night. After he started pulling his pants down and exposing his junk he followed us to our door where my friend let us in. We called the front desk for security and they never came! We decided as a family to leave due to not feeling safe. The front desk didn’t seem to care that we didn’t feel safe in the hotel. I made sure she didn’t charge me for the second night. We asked for security to walk us to our car ( it was almost 11pm). He said they get numerous complaints on that same individual over the past couple of months. I emailed corporate the next day and of course no response. THIS IS NOT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU HAVE LITTLE ONES.

We had a blast but to say the most. I can honestly say I just didnt appreciate them charging me the $200 and then processing $100 hold (Im still waiting for the fee to be returned after 4days) fee. Also you would think for the price of the night everything would be ready for you stay. We had to call for a remote, toiletries, and our toilet paper was literally hanging on one side. Cant wait to visit again soon.

Rooms were nice. Pool area is nice. Food was good. Arcade was fun and reasonably priced. My only complaint is the elevators. There needs to be more elevators. 4 elevators (with 1 being down a large portion of the weekend) is not enough. Overall the experience was good and we enjoyed it but the elevator situation needs attention.

Great family spot for vacation... Right near everything for everyone... The kids will love the arcade with everything from rock climbing to awesome motion rides that go upside down and do flips... Great adult beverages...

Lea at front desk was amazing... We enjoyed our stay but housekeeping needs to do better. Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Also, the food is on point both breakfast and lunch. Me and my wife still think Lea was the one who made it happen. We will be back with the kids.

Great place to bring the kids for some fun. Great waterpark with arcade and lots of great places to eat. Does was our favorite great steaks and service. Love the coffee shop as well they have great coffee and pastries.

I love this place!! Everyone is super nice, and i like how the beach is right outside. The water slides, pools, and lazy river area is very relaxing and you can easily keep your eye on the little ones. Their service is very amazing and the rooms are nice as well. A very clean atmosphere, and would definitely come here again!

Staying here for one night. The room s are nice. I have a double queen with balcony. End of bed I do not like the pointed corners sticking out for a toddler to hurt themselves. Also when you are hungry at night there is microwave in the room or anywhere in the hotel. My son ate cold mac and cheese because restaurant in hotel closed. Overall stay I guess is alright but Im not with the hype about this hot, Ive definitely had better and had a microwave.

Great family fun. Plenty of space. The rooms have gotten way too expensive $300+ per night. Good customer service excluding the Margheritaville restaurants slow and poor service. The game prizes could be better and the point value. Four of the claw machines are rigged to not allow you to get the roll of tickets when they drop down. We saw an employee taping back up one of the prize slots and there was a wooden box blocking the opening to catch the ticket roll/prize.

It was a nice experience overall. Only draw back I have. They were using their bare hands to place the fruits on the drinks. Ring up an order. Give a customer the check. Make another drink. While never washing or sanitizing their hands and/or no gloves. What gives!

Always a good time. Pool area is nice and good food from the restaurants. Stayed in a corner king suite this time and loved all the space. Only complaint is the elevators.

The property was amazing! You could stay here and never need to leave. My kids had so much Fun and we all hated having to leave. With the new covid 19 regulations... it was clear that the staff were doing everything to keep the virus from spreading. I saw staff members cleaning the pool floats after each child returned them.... we saw staff members Constantly spraying the games In the arcade room. There were signs places to remind guests to stay 6 feet apart. And if not, a staff would kindly remind you. Even the pens were sanitized after use at the check in desk! I was very happy to see all these actions taking place and felt like the resort did a great job with the new regulations for COVID 19!We will definitely stay again!!! Hopefully again this summer!

Great customer service. I not only received great service, but also watched as the entire pool team unloaded every towel bin searching for a lost wallet only to find out at they were pulling the last used towel that the wallet was found inside of the customers room. This team never once said anything negative even after they were told by supervisors that it had been found. This was just 1 instance of great customer service!

Absolutely magnificent place to stay. Their house margaritas were delicious and not short on tequila at all. The rooms were phenomenal. The staff was absolutely amazing. There is plenty to do there or numerous things within walking distance if you want to stroll around.

The room carpet was very musty and old. Moved to different room. Waited for elevator for several minutes. Very crowded. All 4 elevators jam packed. Did not feel safe. Room very expensive. Paid for nothing. Did not spend the night there.

Ehhh.Room - pretty nice. Nice area to sit and do some work while the wife is asleep. Beautiful view from the balcony. Pretty comfy BED. Nice bathroom, big shower. Id give the room 4.5 stars if I could figure out how.The Hotel itself - if you are short on patience Id recommend somewhere else.Elevator - the only way to get to any of the activity areas - is via the elevator (or the stairs). There is one bank of elevators (4 total elevators). To get to any of the restaurants - gotta take the elevator. Wanna go to the pool? Gotta take the elevator. Wanna cold beer - take the elevator. So there is a LOT of waiting for the elevator. Sure - I could walk up 19 flights to my room....Food - pretty good food. Margaritaville Cafe - had an excellent, HUGE, club sandwich. My wife had coconut shrimp - it wasnt my favorite. Def try the grilled shrimp in the buttery saucy sauce with bread (Im not sure the real name of it but it was GOOD).

Love that this place is so kid friendly. Hard to find in Biloxi. We only came to Margaritaville for the Escape play area, but definitely see where well be staying if we come again in the future!

Great family arcade plus venue. Restaurants are priced the same as other restaurants in this tourist town. Food was delicious and plentiful. Arcade games were modern and not as expensive as I thought. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be returning.

The good parts: Staff was friendly. Our king room with balcony was spacious and clean. The shower was spacious. We loved the balcony view of the gulf.The bad parts: The entrance is not impressive. You have to enter through the parking garage and then wait for the elevator to ride up the the 10th floor. During a pandemic it was too crowded. Very few people wore masks. Too many people packed into the elevator at once. The wait for the elevator was too long. We used the stairs most of the time. The pool area was packed with no shaded areas to sit in. The carpet in the hallways and room was stained. We could hear our neighbors talking through the vent in the bathroom. We were surprised a place called Margaritaville attracted so many families. We expected this to be more of a place for adults. In fact, with all the kids screaming and running around it was was more like a Disney All Star resort. We didn’t expect that. And finally, the local Biloxi residents are not very friendly.We were disappointed enough that we cut our stay short and left a day early (even though we wouldn’t be refunded for the lost day). We wouldn’t recommend this place to our friends or family.

I cannot believe I spent my money on such a terrible place. The only reason I spent so much to begin with was for my kids and when we get to the pool the assistant mgr was rude to me and my partner. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was absolutely fantastic considering they were short in numbers. Cat, our server in Margaritaville restaurant was absolutely amazing. Facility was clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. I must reiterate how attentive, polite and caring all of the staff was during this unusual time.

Went for the pool playground area ,it was cute, but not worth the four hundred and that was for one night to stay including the pool.. the Waterville is much bigger and has more to do. The prices here are the same as other water parks. But this was ok.

Room was ok but really had no amenities except for a coffee pot that had no receptacle to plug it in, so we had to drag to our bedside night stand. That was the only plug. Refrigerator smelled awful and would not get cold. We tried several times to call the front desk but it took forever for them to pick up both early morning and night. Very very confusing place. You have to walk to one elevator to park your car and then you have to walk a long distance to get to another elevator just to get to your room. The restaurants are on different levels and so are the pools. If you happen to want to gamble you’ll have to walk next door. Supposedly due to COVID-19 you do not get any room service unless you call the front desk, but that wasn’t true because even though we had do not disturb on our door the maid attempted to open our door anyway at 8:00am. They offered absolutely nothing as for as guest services, you pretty much had to figure out the place by yourself. I would not come back!!

Great for families ! I loved the pool ( it even had a slide). There was a variety of restaurants in the hotel. The view was great too. We had a great time! And I will go back .

We booked this place to use the rooftop water park but it was rained out. We did not get to use it. I asked for a partial refund. They refused! I will never return! Any water park would give you one, but not this hotel. $237 a night after taxes and fees for a tiny room.

No coffee pot in the room. Balcony room doesnt have a beach view. Margaritas arent the greatest. Food was meh at Landshark. Food was AWESOME at Margaritaville. Everything was very clean. I would stay here again but only for a couple of nights at a time.

Wasnt worth the price. At all the staff was rarely helpful. Its sad when you pay that much you expect service with a smile.

Its OK!!! The food at Jimmy Buffets was good, but the drinks were absolutely disgusting . The staff at the outside bar on 9/26 were rude AF! Eventually, I had to demand service after being overlooked for 15 mins or more! The room was nice and clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable (nice view from room tho) The absolutely worst part is the ONE (yes..one) set of elevators for all the guests on all 23 floors!!! We were on the 21st floor, so yes.. most of our time was spent waiting on the freaking elevators The overall experience was O.K. I was glad for the quick lil getaway, but probably will never stay here again!

My families stay at Margaritaville was very pleasant. Mr. Kevin in security and Mr.Robert at the front desk were a pleasure to deal with. I will gladly return because of these two men. Thanks again guys!

Hotel, arcade and pool were fantastic however the dining was mediocre and the elevator situation is TERRIBLE! You can wait anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes for an elevator. However despite the aggravating elevator situation and leaving a bit hungry my family and I really enjoyed our weekend here and will planning a return trip.

We were so very disappointed. The place was incredibly dirty and so very crowded. The rooms were filthy from the previous guest and there was food and trash all over the hall. Most of the staff I actually interacted with were great but everything was overpriced crowded and dirty. The kids did have a great time though. The Waterpark area was fun, but again somewhat dirty (a beer can was still there from the day before) but the kids loved it. The arcade area was huge with lots to do. The only issue was the price. It was very expensive but, again, the kids loved it. We will probably not stay here again.

Not a nice as advertised but good fun for kids. Bar tender at swim up bar had great customer service and kept our drinks full. Place could use a good cleaning.

My fiance and I recently stayed in the Margaritaville Resort in Biloxi, and my experience were pretty good but the carpet is horrible and I didnt see them disinfecting a lot. I just would like for you to please pay close attention to your bill because there is a $100 fee that they charge and If you dont use it, then they will take up to 7 days to reimburse you, even though they already have the payment for the stay which was taken out immediately. But your payment to place back on your account does not go back on immediately. Im saying you need to have extra money just to stay there.

Stayed a long weekend at this Resort. Housekeeping never serviced our room. Not once. When I called the front office to request housekeeping (extra towels, sheets), no one answered the phone. I had to physically go down to the front office to speak to someone. Multiple issues with our credit card and charging food/drinks to our room.The pool area was nice and our kids had a wonderful time in the lazy river. I would give better review if the customer service was more attentive.

I absolutely LOVE this place! It is like an indoor theme park where the entire family can explore and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The arcade games range from classic to futuristic...and from simple to challenging. There are games to be enjoyed by all, and the worst part about my experience was having to leave!!!

Horrible. Room had no toilet paper holder and stained sheets. Ordered nachos by the pool waited 45 minutes and had a long black hair in the bottom. Dinner that night was worse. Waited an hour for cold food. Breakfast at the coffee shop was terrible. Ordered and lady behind counter removed menu like I wasnt supposed to order breakfast. The counts were filthy and no condiments for coffee. Arcade half working with broken games and no staff. Not all areas open. I understand staffing issues right now but if you cant provide full service you should be open or charge full prices.

Worst hotel ever. 4 elevators that allways are occupied. We wait at least 20 min everytime we needed to use them. No social distance at all. Long lines for everything including check in an out.The room we got wasnt ready. we have to wait for an elevator , wait to be attended and wait for other available room. Our room had a conecting door with an other room witch was occupied by a family. They woke up at 6am on a Saturday to yield at their kids, and now I have been charge twice for the deposit.

This place was great. Its nice & clean. The workers are very friendly. There is so much for everyone of all ages to do. To me its a cruise ship that dont moves. We had a wonderful time, and we will be back.

We had a great time at Margaritaville Resort Biloxi. The room was nice with a nice view off the balcony. The pool/water playground was nice and not too busy. Our only complaints were: the WiFi was worthless, you have to wait a long time to get an elevator and then it’s totally full when you get one, and the service was slow at the Margaritaville restaurant. Overall it was a good experience though.

The staff made us feel welcome. Their hospitality was off the charts. There was no reason for us to leave the property. So much to do to keep us entertained!!!

Thanks to this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness. We spent the night from December 24 to December 25, 2019. I really liked the fact that the room is clean, the smell of cleanliness from bedding and towels, the carpet is clean, the sofa is clean where the child was sleeping, the microwave is clean, the refrigerator, the bathroom has shampoo, air conditioning, shower gel, the room has a hairdryer, ironing board and a package for laundry, 8 hangers, a step for a suitcase, a good TV, as well as tea and coffee.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself is not kept up with . The carpet was disgusting throughout the hotel . We had a suite and it was already beat up . The shower was disgusting , furniture broken inside . The elevator lady were terrible I don’t how people get to and from their rooms to other floors if the place is booked at capacity . The restaurants were awful ,you would think being called Margaritaville people would know how to make a margarita. You can tell they don’t keep up with general maintenance and and upkeep throughout the hotel.

My family and I checked out today. While we had a great time at the pool and in the arcade. Everything else was not worth the price of this hotel. Room keeping did not clean our room at all. I had to take all the trash and put everything out in the hall. Which is gross, but what else was I supposed to do. When you’re spending almost $300 a night to stay in a hotel the LEAST they can do is make sure room keeping comes to your room. The A/C vent was disgusting. The bathrooms in the public areas were gross and unkept. The food in the Margarittaville Cafe was gross and not worth the price. The elevators were ridiculously slow. Based on all these things, my family will never stay at Margaritaville again. There are a lot of hotels out there with great pools for a cheaper price and better service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great staff. All of them. Hallways need to be cleaned. Coffee horrible. Good room. No microwave. Good showers. Best for ages 4 to 14. Fun central. Adults can walk out and in 30 steps be at the Golden nugget casino. WiFi fair.

Really enjoyed this place, beds were comfortable, sheets and room were clean, the bathtub was dirty, bathroom was clean, food was great, view was amazing, entertainment was awesome and fun! Waterpark was great, the staff was VERY friendly! Kids ran around and really enjoyed themselves. The arcade was a blast, they did have quite a few games that didnt work, but still plenty enough to play and have fun. Also in all will definitely go back again!!

We stayed July 16-18, 2020. This was a family trip with our daughter and my sisters family. The pool bar smelled like a trash can. People’s trash blew into the pool constantly, including face mask. No one was on hand to clean it. Hallway and room carpet were horribly stained. In room phones did not work. When trying to call the front desk from cell phones, the calls were never answered. Our entire floor smelled like marijuana for the whole stay. The restaurant food was ok but the service was terrible. I stood at the counter for 10min attempting to get a refill and was never was helped. Doe’s Eat Place was the only bright spot. It was clean, service was good, and the food was excellent. No amount of changes will ever get us to spend money there again

Great place for the family! Only issue was we were in an adjoining room and you could hear every word our neighbors said if the air wasnt running. Other than that we really enjoyed it and will be back!

I thought it would be better but the service was great food was okay little pricing dont go if you considered to go gambling there no gambling there dont go by GPS on your vehicle

The view from the 23 floor was great. The walls were thin. There was black marks on the comforter. The shower kept losing pressure and it was hard to control the temperature of the water.

Had SO MUCH FUN at Margaritaville! If you have kids, this is a MUST in Biloxi. Our daughter loved it so much that she doesnt want a birthday party, she wants to go back to Margaritaville and spend time having fun with us. Im so glad we got to experience this as a family and I really hope we can come back when it is warm so that we can enjoy the pool and water slide.

The resort was great but the customer service is hit or miss, more miss if you ask me. When I checked in the clerk was awesome and very eager to answer questions and even checked me in early to an awesome room. But then it just went down hill for customer service, we went to jimmy buffett’s To grab lunch and ordered club sandwiches for lunch with fries, they brought out the sandwiches but no fries so I asked about the fries and the servicer asked ME was I sure it came with fries???? And then in the morning I went to the coffee shop to get coffee and they have a highly touched creamer pitcher for self serve that I didn’t want to use so asked if I could have the creamer added behind the counter and I got so much feed back and an attitude about it and even a angry face from both the ladies workin the counter. PLEASE HAVE A NO TOUCH CONDIMENT DISPENSERS OR HAVE THE COUNTER EMPLOYEES DO IT!!! Also, we went to the arcade in the afternoon and I ordered a frozen margarita from the small station towards the back, instead of making my drink the guy at the counter continued a long conversation with a female employee to the point I canceled my order, then the female employee followed me and stoped me to tell me to get a margarita from the bar up front because their better and that he had personal problems and that’s why he couldn’t make the drink, SMH!!!!! Like I said great resort with good clean rooms but customer service could have been better, I have other stories for customer service but this review is long enough.

The facility was unclean. Tables were not wiped or sanitized. Stairrails were unsanitized. No one cleaned up or sanitized.

I had a great stay and enjoyed but no microwaves? I only had or have one major problem. I checked out and left items in my room. I have been calling the front desk since 7am this morning (still attempting) and have not received an answer. I just wanted someone to collect my bag and I will drive back and pick them up . Please Help!!! I have even called the concierge desk no answer. Even looked up the g.m contact info and nothing.

After being closed for months I expected power washed balconies, pristine clean rooms and carpet throughout the hotel. That is NOT the case. The carpets in the hallway and rooms are quite dirty and the balconies are just as bad. Not worth the amount they charge per night! The water park is a small apartment sized wading pool, a lazy Creek and 2 short waterslides.The phone is NEVER answered by Front Desk, Concierge and especially Housekeeping. If you decide to stay here, bring your cleaning supplies, face masks and patience. Good Luck this was my first and LAST stay! UPDATE: The icing on the cake is after we checked out the charges me for an additional day! I arrived home and discovered almost $250 additional gone from my account.

Room is spacious, view from the balcony is awesome, food is great. best for family trip with kids, not really for those who needs some good sleep. I can hear children shouting and running in the hallway inside our room.

Nice hotel. Very nice pool and kid slides. Not enough shaded area to sit back and relax while taking a break. Hotel shower didn’t have hot water. Water was Luke warm at best and didn’t have toilet paper in bathroom. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Didn’t have to go to front desk to check out. Just had to send a text when we was leaving. Very nice!

DEFINITELY need to do something with lights for balcony clients, you pay more and cant enjoy view or balcony I was BLINDED AT NIGHT FOR SURE, EARLY MORNING HORRID1 TURN THEM2 CHANGE BULBS3 FIND DIFFERENT LIGHTINGBesides that it was my birthday trip we had a great timeWELL BE BACK

I had so much fun here good food the water park is cool and the arcade is awesome.

Not the cleanest... Good pool experience but would not kill myself to visit here. Also, visited during the pandemic and NO ONE was wearing a mask, even indoors. Very disrespectful and stressful. Probably wont visit again. The only good thing was the swim-up bar.
