There are nice homes there alot of really good garbage sales

No one is ever in the office. Doesnt matter the time of day phone rings for hours.

I never need to go there again.

Awful. It is a bunch of old people who are trying to drain you of money for the smallest of faults. If you were a lot and do not have time to simply pick up leaves, they will charge you for it. Same with everything. If you want easy living, this is not the place for you.

Nice matured trees. Low crime. Older area.

They are terrible. They give you notices and evict you and not others for doing the same thing. Neighborhood is terrible. Landlords are terrible. Everything about this place is terrible.
