No colored allowed? The whole trailer court is white. Its very nice, unless you live there. The owner of the court gives you a rulebook which is very very thick. If you dont follow her rules she threatens you with eviction. There are rules like no basketball hoops, you have to put your trashcan on a spray painted white dot on the sidewalk, you have to keep everything but your cars out of your carport. She makes it miserable to live in her court because she constantly tells you how to keep your house and what to do with the outside. She wants your house to be modern.

When you think of mobile home you think of trailer park trash and basically a place that is beneath most people. But I was impressed with how clean and tidy the place was. The owners are very strict about keeping the appearance up and most of the houses are pretty amazing for a mobile home. If your starting out or dont have a lot of income and want a nice place to live, go here.

As far as the park being clean and well kept, this place is great!! 5 stars! However, the management has much to be desired! It feels like you are living in a concentration camp! The Rule Book, which is 1/2 thick, is so rediculous with how she wants YOUR house to be kept up. She dictates what you can and cant do with YOUR house! Example: she wants screen doors installed on all outside doors! Are you kidding me?! Most of the tenants in the park are elderly, retired people, who most Im sure live on fixed incomes. So with her telling you what you can and cant do with YOUR house, well its a bit rediculous!! And you are threatened with eviction if you dont comply with her Rules!

I have a friend who has lived here for several years - theyve told me more than a few times that theyve been trying to get the owner to fix their number on the gates so they can let guests in and that despite *repeated* phone calls they have not fixed it .I wrote this while stuck at their Shiloh gate. Im here to pick up said friend. Because their entrance is designed in such a way that there is no safe way to exit once you are at the gate, I am stuck here, along with anyone else behind me, until the friend drives their car up with a fob for the gate. All because ownership is either not keeping up on their commitment to residents, or is incapable of operating the gate controls.

I do a fair amount of work for homeowners inside this estate. The owners keep it up very well and I believe this is the nicest mobile home estate in Billings. The policies set by the owners actually help to keep the value of mobile homes up. A lot of mobiles in this estate have increased in value tremendously and continue to do so.Very safe neighborhood.Would recommend.

It is just a trailer court. Gate was closed in the middle of the day so took some effort to get in?!? Roads are narrow so provide no parking but there was a parking area about 5 houses away.

We were considering making an offer on a home here. Many homes for sale and empty lots. No cable TV service available and not internet friendly. Only available service is CenturyLink DSL @ 5 Mbps and owners have no intentions of upgrading.This information comes from my call to the owner (only available on Mondays) who became instantly belligerent. There will never be cable in my park, you can just go somewhere else.Not a good sign. I understand why there are so many homeowners trying to sell. All I can say is, Good luck. Aint going to be us.

At first I thought it was a normal trailer park,then I saw the statues of Greek gods so I knew the place had class for sure.
