Quiet and out of the way. Most ppl were friendly. But had a curfew b4 their was a curfew. Lol.

Quiet rooms & comfortable beds

I have family living renting there. For the most part the place appears to be average. Lots of rentals. Fairly quiet.

This place is exceedingly crowded and tried to get my rv in there and it was to old even tho it looked better than several that were there

Friendly staff answers the phone. But doesnt allow pitbulls.

Eastwood Estates is an older established mobile home park that also has RV sites. The mobile homes are outdated which gives it a rundown appearance. It has laundry facilities and shower house. The park itself is quiet and caters to long term renters. The park does not offer internet service, but Spectrum is in the park. As of this review the basic cost with wifi is only $20.00 per month. We are here for work and would stay again.

This place was a joke. We lived there for 8 years and nobody would even come and fix a simple light. Then our trailer burnt down. Because of the light they wouldnt fix. Dont trust the people who own this trailer court. And it looks like trash. Nobody takes care of it.

Not good

This was a very convenient for us to get in and out of with our RV as we toured the Billings area. The owner and his son were very helpful when we arrived. The laundry and shower room were nice and clean.

Nice small quiet park

The managers of this place are discriminating.

Pretty expensive. $200+ a week. No wifi and the bathroom is single occupancy. Which hasnt been an issue for me since Im here working nights. Could be tough though. The bathroom is cleaner than most though and ,at least theyre open all year. An RV spot in Colestrip for example is $200 a month.

Very structured areas to live

Umm. Dont live here. They give you crappy homes and if you have kids, there are what feels like no kids here. So no new friends.
