This is a review for Jason, the awesome maintenance guy that helped get our hot water working again. He cared about getting it fixed - not just on a this is my job level, but he showed genuine concern for our situation. He was kind and gentle with our dog, and was pleasant to talk with while working on the solution. Jason was wonderful, and I wholeheartedly give him all five stars that he deserves.

I was there and I was told I had a good chance to get into a better place for my family and I could maybe do a buying agreement next year and was fine with that. To be told after paying 50.00 that I wont ever see back again that I was not what they wanted in there community due to reasons they said they could not tell me cause they did not know. After I told them my credit was not the best and I was honest with them the whole time they lied to me and said may be try back down the road where they will want more money and may do the same thing again. Dont believe them if they say they will work with you cause its not true. Thanks for taking from my family and me though these hard times hope you feel good about yourselves.

Haven Park is difficult to deal with, look for other locally-owned places in town.

A lot of theft here . they are now trying to take always the kids pool and Trampoline and basketball hoops so now There will be more vandalism breaking in peoples home cause the kids will not have anything to do and there so called park is so gross and it right next to a big pond . I will tell everyone I know not to ever rent or move in here

Their Community Center was the perfect place for a fun baby shower.

Horrible place to live, it was nice a few years ago but has done nothing but go down hill. So many lawsuits in this place, have a lawyer go over paperwork when buying any trailer from them. They will rip you off and try to evict you to repo your trailer every chance they get. Neighborhood is horrible, theft and vandalism is an everyday occurrence.

Picked up a family member from here. There was garbage all over the place. Many of you houses look pretty bad. I would not live at this trailer park.

The owners are greedy, and refuse to keep up proper maintenance to the public parks/roads/and literally everything else. they allow several known criminals to live in their neighborhood, even after several complaints over several years. these people dont care about their tenants at all.find a better place to live, this place isnt worth it. at all.

Theres no privacy. people steal stuff out of your yard. Nabors have no respect some do most dont. besides that its an okay play to live
