Shout out to the maintenance team. We have a beautiful old maple in our yard. Once the leaves fell you could see a large branch had broken off near the top and was nested on branches below it. A lot of wind is headed our way and the potential for it to come crashing thru my roof was there. A service was called but they couldn’t get here until after the holidays. So Josiah and John came out and took care of it. Josiah climbed the tree and got the branch down safely. Definitely above and beyond. Great job guys! Thank you!

This was an okay place to live before the new owners took over. First thing they did was raise the rent and imply with each correspondence that more rent hikes are on the way. Also started charging sewer, trash, and water. (And made a big deal about the fact that they were not going to charge the residents for the meter installation. Gee thanks, I dont have to pay for the meter for the water that my contract says is included in the lot rent!)Expect to be micromanaged to death. (Yes, I actually did notice that the lawn needed to be mowed. Ill get to it when Im not flat on my back sick!) And dont expect the rules to be applied consistently across the park.They stated that they were going to make significant improvements to the park. So far they have sealed the cracks in the road (standard maintenance, not an upgrade), replaced the main signs and street signs with far less attractive ones. The new playground they promised has never materialized. Oh, but they did find the funds to buy multiple brand new trucks for the park. If you are even considering checking this place out turn and walk away, no, RUN away!And to the park management that keeps replying to these messages about how much you deeply care about the residents here, save it. My BS meter cant measure that high.

The Corporation that owns Blains, Cherry Creek, and Meadowlark bought this place. First thing they did was raise rent and tack on utility charges (Water, sewer, garbage). New tenants are being charged $500 a month in addition to utilities. Fortunate to move out of this place. Please do your research on Haven Park before moving into this place, they have many complaints across multiple states.

Love living here but moved in with expectations of affordable living.. 500$ a month for a lot.. barely any grass.. mostly dirt and weeds... Was offered grass seed but I dont have the time to babysit new grass.

We just moved from here due to my husband getting a different job , We will miss it , Such a beautiful mobile home park , Nick has turned it around so much In the last 15 years , It was nice to have great Nice people in the office , The maintenance men are on top of it as soon as there is a problem . You can tell that they all take pride in there jobs !

Golden meadows mobile home park is a wonderful place to live! It’s quite, exceptionally maintained, Safe and has amazing management!

Not good, I stead of in proving parks or living the raise the rent and wastes money on new signs and street signs instead of the roads, parks etc...

They recently had new owners come in and first thing that was done is all our rent had went up ours almost 50 dollars plus an extra charge for trash all of a sudden which was never a charge before . They dont work with anybody on rent so if your late its a 75 dollar fee plus they will not take half payments it must be in full. With all the changes nobody has even seen who these new owners are, but we do know they seem money hungry and thats all that matters.

Visited a friend Mobile home! Wow truly sweeps u in and it’s a Gated community very Clean lots of homes for sale. It’s worth the trip

Very nice and clean trailer park. Rent is about the lowest in town. Decent managment. Not much crime in this place so you feel safe.

I did not write golden medals Nursing home 5 Stars... I do not know this place. It might be a good place or not, I have no idea. I did not know why my phone registered it 5 stars without my permission.

Very well run, and safe. I have heard horror stories of the other parks in Billing, ( price,..twinkie goof ball kids managing, homes on top of eachother, rules that are shockingly ridiculous,) I have been there going on 18 years, and very comfortable..:)

32 Gatewood Drive is a trailer that should be taken off the lot and replaced. Mold and the bed fell through the floor. Not all tenants at this park have to follow rules, so if you rent through there dont try to raise any problems or you will be the target of the landlord.

Private area and very respectful of others homes and property.
