Amazing place to find a quick solitude during the day. The baby ducklings are fun to watch and the deer inside the fence are pretty. A good summertime place to eat outside as well, if you BYO.

Beautiful place to bring the family for a visit or a picnic!

Located on the grounds of the Veterans Home. Right off main street.Shaded area. Fenced in area with many deer that will eat out of your hands. They love apples and bananas!!

In the heart of Bennington, people can enjoy picnicking, or just coffee at various outside tables, surrounded by trees and walkways and foot bridges. Watch the ducks swimming along and fishing in the pond, enjoy observing deer. Coffee places and restaurants across from the Park. The Park is near the road, unfortunately, but the speed limit is only 25 mph, so for a city park, its very nice.

Great spot to take smaller children to have a picnic lunch. They can see the deer, ducks, and take a short walk to feed the fish.

There are several veterans here who are special to me for many reasons. I like to take them out shopping and get them out have fun.This is wonderful place, the doctors and nurses are very caring its a wonderful place..

This place was a pleasant surprise. I had to clue it was even here. The disc golf course was a blast and the grounds are very well kept. There are lots of paths for walking and the restrooms are clean. I wish I had a place like this by my house.

Beautiful lilac trail in the summer runs along a fenced in area with adult deer and also some lil ones.

Awesome place, deer way right out of your hand!

They had a deer whos ears were literally rotting off ( not one both sides), you could smell it from the fence line and it was to weak to move. I called and they said they knew about it and it was fine but they would send someone out anyways, I sat there for 45 mins and no one showed up so I went and found someone who worked there and they said they called the vet and its still there... Slowly dying...
