We had an excellent evening here as a family. They had outstanding customer service. The restaurant and play area has been outfitted to be clean and considerate of the current situation. The pizza is tasty. The lazer tag is fun. It felt so good to go somewhere that felt like a true outing. Go support them, please!

Indoor space for kids to be kids. Good pizza with a menu for everyone. Friendly, competent staff. Arcade and mini golf were great, didnt participate in lazer tag. Well be back!

Love their lunch special, 6inch pizza with tossed salad and a soda. During Covid the game center is shut down which is a bummer but the pizza is still great.

Very frolicsome place with great pabulum! My only complaint is the size of the arcade. It was diminutive. And a decent quantity of the games werent working. But other than that, the place was great!

Ive always loved Pietros but the pizza I got tonight was one of the worst Ive ever had. The as were were many pieces that did not even have a single piece of pepperoni or cheese on them It was literally just burnt crust. Cheese was only covering about 20% of the pizza and there were only like eight pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza and they were only on the edge of the crust. Its sad because the ones down south are so good but I will know not to come back to this one again.

Pizza and service here is better than most. I give this place two thumbs up. Looking forward to a return visit.

I grew up on this pizza and have always been happy with it. The service the night I was there was shameful. My daughter asked where she could find salt and pepper and the man snapped at her saying he had things to do and go get it herself. Im pretty sure we have always gotten it ourselves but we did need to know where it was. I hope hes not always that rude as it would cast a dark shadow over a place we love.

Kids loved getting out and thanks to Pietros we got a little of some normalcy

We being new to the area were sent in the mail a coupon for a free medium pizza of my choice. I ordered their Bacon and cheddar pizza with green onions added. I normally do not like sweet on a pizza. But in this case I added some honey. If I had known ahead of time I actually would have added sweet pineapple to it. I know what you may be thinking...why pineapple. Because it would have filled a void in the flavor.

We had the Mediterranean pizza. It was filled with yummy toppings and the crust was good too. A bit more priced than I would have wanted it to be. Might try other stuff on their menu next time.

Pretty good experience. Attended a birthday party. They provided some very tasty pizza. The kids loved it and had lots of fun. Plenty of arcade games to play, tickets to win and prizes to collect. Also did the laser tag which was fun for the kids. It was black light pirate themed. Would definitely consider having a birthday party here. Would also make for a good family night out too.

Took a little bit of time to get our pizza, but its understandable. Good pizza, thin and hot. Soft drink refillable, which was nice. Played mini golf and I highly recommend using the 3D glasses. Finished the night with the arcade. A few games were out of order, but all over it was a good, fun evening.

Management should be VERY disappointed In how they treat their employees and customers!For someone who was a regular customer during the lunch hours to be greeted by friendly staff, who came to find out are no longer there and were replaced by staff that seems to all be under the age of 21 working that couldn’t give a damn about the restaurant industry and what it means to put the customers first.Management was dressed in what looked like regular clothing, not professional under any circumstances. Many of the staff was on phones and listening to music they had playing in ears.NOTHING WORKS, all games are broken down, tables and floor are not cleaned and overall horrible customer service! Will not be back any time soon and will not receive any positive word of mouth from me or my family.

Placed order online, order system defaulted to small size and didnt require my input. Pizza came, was indeed a small size (price with delivery and modest tip - $23.65). I told the driver I had intended on buying large, he suggested I call store. Store said I bought a small and they delivered a small, I asked for credit for small to be applied to large (I didnt touch pizza) and I would pay the difference, another delivery and include another tip. No dice. Not willing to help me out on this, and Im not paying another $23 dollars for a second small pizza to feel my family of three. In these times of new ways of doing business, I wouldve hoped theyd be happy for the business and want some return business. Next time I guess Ill call Pizzicato

Wonderful pizza. Great fun and games. Perfect spot for kiddos to run and have fun. I’m concerned at how sanitary the game area is. On the day I went there were several birthdays but no one walking around spraying any of the games or little rides. No sanitary napkins or hand sanitizer around. I get it that we should bring our own which we do but not everyone and not every culture believe us hygiene and therefore it should be taken care of by staff. Many games just broke as well. The staff had no problem reimbursing coins or tickets. Remember what I said in the beginning. The pizza was wonderful.

A lot of people may skip over this place thinking its just a family arcade, putt putt and laser tag establishment that decided to go ahead and make pizza for the kids to devour between tokens.I thought the same.I went in with not thinking Id enjoy the pizza, yet its actually good. The crust is baked well and not doughy, and the toppings are fantastic as well. I wouldnt rate it in the excellent category compared to other pizza establishments across town, but its respectfully good tasting!Dont think itll be like Chucky Cheese where the pizza is just a tack on. This place seems like a pizza place first, with an arcade and things added.And the games are actually pretty inexpensive compared to other places as well. A lot of one and two token games. The kids will love it. Theres even some adult inspired games sprinkled amongst them all (Monopoly, Pac-Man, basketball).This place is a perfect place for kids. Weeknights are probably less busy, but we went on a Friday evening and it wasnt too crowded.

Everythings temporarily out of serviceThe games that did work jammed with coins quickly or didnt give out tickets. They kept having to be reset by the staff. The entire trip was disappointing at best. Only one ticket machine was working which caused long wait to turn in what little tickets you got.

Great food and salad bar! BUT seems half the machines are broke or break, then finding a person to help fix it is almost impossible, then some seem so annoyed by it. Also the ticket counting machine, is ALWAYS broke!! We have bags of tickets at home because they didnt want to count them and the machines were broke. There are a couple of staff who really are awesome, kind, helpful, but finding them is hard :(Hope they get the machines and games fixed so more can enjoy it..

The pizzas are fluffy and delicious, the prices are cheap and the service is prompt!

Great place for a family outing. The pirate theme throughout the restaurant works really well. The arcade within the restaurant also has fun games. You can easily spend 1 hour with the kids on 20 bucks worth of tokens. The pizzas are also very tasty!

Love! the place idea and vibe for the most part. Some of the employees are incredible. Some are rough or it could be their first job so its understandable. This place has a lot of potential. But the machines breaking and stopping or not working is a bad look I needed assistance multiple times. They are cool old games someonr must still be trained to fix them. It must get frustrating not only for guests but employees. This place has potential to be excellent and hey the food deserves high ratings it is pretty darn good for family pizza. Better pizza than dominoes or any chain. More options would be great and again if the employees have good management and are taken care of properly they are happy and the place would maybe run a lot smoother ! Wheres there tip jar!?

Great place. Excellent for kids but anyone can play mini golf and eat pizza. Food is pretty standard for this type of establishment, its no Portland foodie scene. The 3D mini golf is the exciting bit. Some of the walls really pop out at you and putting on the glasses really adds a unique challenge to the game. This venue also has lazertag, which is always fun, and a variety of arcade style games some of which were interesting using water features. About one in four games were out of order however.

Nice place to entertain the grandkids. Very popular with the Kindergarten age group.

Overheard one of the managers talking about transgender people in an appropriate way. And the food is nasty. There is terrible customer service and it is not clean at all

It’s an okay place to bring a group and get some good pizza. But the staff were very rude. My first time there and it was hard to figure anything out because staff seemed standoffish, unfriendly and they even hid from other customers in plain sight. Midway being there another young group who didn’t seem to be staff came around and hung out with employed and were talking out loud and laughing, making customers with their tickets seem like they were bothering them when it was time to collect prizes. Please do better, I didn’t see one person who looked over 22 in that place or even a manager.

Absolute horrible service! Ordered pick up was not given my sandwich and didnt notice until I got home and had to go back and managment was so rude when I also brought to his attention my bbq chicken pizza was made with regular pizza sauce not bbq sauce. Manager stormed off like I was inconveniencing him to remake my pizza. I thought customers were always right and there job was to make us happy as part of working in customer service. I will not be ever ordering from Beaverton location again

Amazing old fashioned pizza. My mom took us kids here growing up to meet up with family members who lived on the coast. It was a great, fun environment.

You can buy tokens then exchange tickets earned from the games for various toy prizes, ranging from toy bracelets to childrens bikes to electric scooters.Aside from pizza, pasta options, potato wedges, salads, and chicken wings are available. Vegetarian pizzas are available too. Drinks range from water to soda to beer. Best to reserve ahead of time since spots fill up quickly.

1 visit here and Chuck E Cheese should be ashamed. This place excels in every category comparing to its competitor, Chuck e cheese.

I like their pizza. I would call this a no frills eating place with good food. Its really a kid game play place, that is better than Chucky cheese from the food perspective.

Fun miniature golf and great pizza

Extremely friendly staff, and a very clean place. Quiet when I went there but could see how it may get busy. Perfect for groups and kids

4 stars is conditional. If youre taking kids or grandkids theyll love it. Food is acceptable. Mini golf should be called micro golf. Arcade is a money pit. Old games and half were out of order. But the kids loved it and cant wait to go back.

Don’t listen to the haters, if you want a classic crispy crust pepperoni pizza I promise you, you won’t find one as good as this. I’ve personally traveled 150+ miles once to enjoy this pizza classic. If you haven’t been here, you don’t know what your missing.

The pizza is good, but really expensive. They also leave booths and tables dirty to where you have to go and ask for them to be cleaned so you have a place to sit and this happens almost every time we come here. My son loves it though so we keep coming.

I grew up with the Pietros in Milwaukee being the best pizza ever. And it still is. But if you live on this side if town this Pietros will do. Pizza is better than Chucky-Cheese, but Chucky-Cheese has cheaper games. The bathroom isnt as friendly to little one as a place that caters to little one should be. They now have a step for kids to reach the sink. One kid at a time. The music is played a bit loud to make the place feel but. It takes at least enough time to spend a few dollars in the game room to get your pizza.

Love this place because it aint as crowed as chucky cheese. They have games for all ages. They have games, lazer tag and mini golf...all of them are so much fun and dont cost much. If you sign up for there text alarts you get deals and on mothers day and fathers day they treat the parent with free food and drink and a gift and on your birthday they send you a email to get a free lil pizza a drink and salad at the salad bar. I love this place they are so laid back and nice. Food is great the pizza is good.

Fun for kids. Eat in the pirate ship. Mini golf too creepy for small children. Pizza pretty good, not too expensive. Some of the arcade games in need of repair as of this posting. Customer service is friendly. Multiple seating areas for large groups.

My husband and I had a great lunch special. Salad and pizza! Great! Employees are wonderful.

The pizza was yummy & fairly priced, arrived pretty quickly. Id pretty much just sat down for a few minutes after hittin up the salad bar. We played laser tag and it was really cool, the 4 of us got to play by ourselves 2 on 2 Well definitely be going back.

The pizza is okay but not great by any means for what you pay.. The games are a bit run down and are the same as they were a year ago when we first went. Younger kids enjoy it but as an adult Id never go unless it was for a birthday party.

The pizza is better than chucky cheese but the staff is not. They are way behind keeping up with the needs of their clientele. Or, more staff might help. The ticket readers didnt work and no one could fix them & Most of the games didnt disperse tickets anyway.

Its our tradition to have the heart shaped pizza and salad bar on our anniversary every year. The staff is sweet and checked in on us a few times and congratulated us sincerely. Its our favorite pizza!

Kudos to the staff that try to keep things nice and clean on weekends. I would imagine how hard it gets when theres 3 partys going on at once and two of the ticket dispensers in the arcade machines go out of wack

IdK what to say? Booked for my sons 11th bday party, emphasis on laser tag.. the space is so potentially great. However it is located in a part of Beaverton where there is a peep show near. A bit ghetto and the place was busted while we were there . A girl was taken out in handcuffs and pregnant. Wierd. But the rest was okay. Just not sure what to say about this place

We went for laser tag. We had a group of 6 in our round. 3 blue and 3 red. Two of the red guns didn’t work so it was literally 3 vs 1 so it was lame. We Left the match. The clerk allowed us to play mini golf for free although we realized after that the exchange wasn’t even the same price. Pizza was good, staff was nice but we had to bother them to fix machines or give us refunds on broken equipment the whole time. Definitely going to King Pins on cedar hills since their equipment is new and up and running. PIETROS needs to repair and maintain equipment to make sure it’s up and running. Don’t want you to go out of business cause your pizza is good!

Poor service. The lady working behind the salad bar was rude and ripped an icecream cup out of a member of our parties hand. Everything, including the tables, cups and beverage area was sticky and unsanitary looking. Pizza was okay for a kids party restaurant, but over all the place was gross and horrible service. Most of the arcade machines did not work either.

Attended with a large group for a birthday celebration. We were pleased to find gluten free pizza on the menu, although not shockingly it was nearly as good as a grade school cafeteria might serve. Edible, but nothing to get excited about. The upstairs room of the facility worked well for or nearly 70 attendees. It was clean and the tables comfortable.The kids certainly enjoyed the arcade, but I was disappointed (although again not shocked) to find it was almost entirely of the baby casino variety: with one or two exceptions the games were light on skill and high on luck with playtime averaging well under a minute for your 2 tokens. Tickets could be redeemed for the expected mix of sugar and plastic junk. Not perhaps all that different from the Chuck E Cheeses of my own youth, but disappointing nevertheless..I didnt try the mini golf or laser tag.So to sum up, your kids will probably love it and be shaking you down for tokens long after your head is aching. But what they do, they do as well as anyone in this niche and the ability to feed my gluten sensitive daughter was appreciated.

Go to Chuck E Cheese!!! This place is not worth the money. More than half the machines are OUT OF ORDER! Really, its pretty unbelievable. Some of the other machines took our tokens. The pizza is good. Sadly we will not be back.

Super dope spot! I dont make it out as often since the kids are older but we had a helluva 1st BDay for the grandson. Staff was extra nice, pizza & wings , beer Ice cold. They even let our party run over 2 hrs.. Thank you Peitros Beaverton for hosting us for such a big day!!

The kids love it here so I give two stars its lacking the other three because the pizzas mediocre and the staff is a bunch of entitled teenagers who are rude you tell them a machine is not working correctly they give you a token and continue to just stand there or fixing anything. One machine was unlocked so you could open up the huge front glass and I told one young man and he looked at it and walked back to the counter to just stand there so I told another staff member who took it as dangerous if a kid were to open it up and she fixed the machine.

Counter help was great! It went downhill from there. Took half hour to get our small pizza and there were no other customers there. Fountain area was a hazard from pooling water leaking from the dispensers and no one seemed to care as several employees and a manager walked in it or past it. And no more than two feet around the corner were two yellow caution wet floors signs. A lot of good they were doing against the wall were the was no pooling water. All in all the place was filthy! No reason for it as there were several employees standing around talking with each other or playing arcade games.Will never eat there again!A very disgruntled customer

We went for a birthday party midweek in October. Great pizza! The atmosphere is even better (since we had the ship to our selves). We played a round of mini golf with the kids, all of us were very impressed with the 3D experience.

I went to a birthday party there ( I dont live in Portland) very nice efficient party. Every child got their own pizza, theres alcohol for adults. The party was a laser tag party. Everyone seemed to enjoy. The larger pizza we ordered for adults was pretty good.

My grandaughter had a birthday celebration here she enjoyed all the games and tickets we won and the 3 d goonie golf. Was different. But we were able 2 play at our own pace and for my gd. 5. That rocks

$25 for a pizza is crazy high price...I thought it was very good, liked it a lot, but not for that price. Thats overboard. If you can go to Groupon and get $10 off or use a similar deal, youre o.k. its a big sit down place, doesnt have a super lot of charm or ambience, just casual dining....maybe good place to bring kids, lots in there and have a pirate themed environment. If you get the pizzas 2 for 1 or a big discount, Id give it a 4 or 5 star. Just not full price. $25 plus drinks is way loo much.
