We had an unfortunate experience with my son bringing home a 3000 point item from their trophy room after playing games. The item didn’t work. Eric, the general manager, immediately responded to my phone call, apologized and HAND DELIVERED a package to my son. Wow, some excellent customer service. We will see you guys again when the pandemic is over!

What a great place for family fun of all ages. The arcade room has many games that will definitely keep all children and young adults entertained. The bowling here has great atmosphere and the wings are to die for. Beers are served to appropriately aged adults. Pizza is also very tasty here!

Very oriented family place. We had good times the entire family. Even couples can have good drinks.The food was delicious, of course the pizza highly recommend. We granted 4 stars because the service during the meal was a little delayed but overall I truly recommend this place to have a good and enjoyable Saturday or Sunday night!Good job for this team at KingPings!

Food was a bit expensive but the price of bowling was reasonable. They had a good pro shop and even a separate bowling area for adults over by the bar. The most fun for my youngest (8year old) was playing in the arcade. They had laser tag and even a 4 player virtual reality game for $5 a pop. Overall a really cool place to bring the family and have some fun.

Probably the best staff at any place I’ve ever been to. Everyone always goes above and beyond.The atmosphere is amazing. I don’t even think of it as a bowling alley. It is more of an entertainment center. The best arcade I’ve ever been too. Probably the best managed prize redemption counter. This should be the standard. You never have to wait for someone to pick all the things to trade their tickets for.I love that they have laser tag.You also can play more than just a traditional game of bowling. There are a few fun alternate game modes that are fun for the whole family.The food is also amazing. They have traditional options that are great for the family and picky eaters and also tastier options for the food lovers out there.A great place for work parties, birthdays (all ages), or just a place to stop in and have some fun without having to plan ahead.Love this place!

We had our company holiday party here and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Their staff is so organized and helpful! Kirsten, the event coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She is informative and prompt and went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The catered food was delicious and they even put to go boxes out at the end so our employees were able to take the leftovers home. All of their employees were attentive and checked on us frequently throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a private area with table seating, private bowling lanes and a bar. The area was very clean and well kept. They had the area decorated with holiday decor so it looked very festive. They played good music and anytime we needed something announced they would do it over their microphone for us. Our employees had a great time bowling, socializing, playing in the arcade and playing laser tag. We would highly recommend KingPins for your event or just to enjoy yourself! Lots of fun! We had a family birthday party here and everyone had a great time. Prices were a little expensive but pretty typical of these types of bowling alleys.

KingsPins Family Entertainment Rocks! I have dietary issues...I had the Most amazing Cauliflower crusted non dairy vegetarian pizza there that I have ever had!! The Tap bar is wonderful! Also the lazer tag inside!!! Wow!

This place is awesome. I went here for a company gathering and this place delivered! They made sure to have a constant flow of food, always fresh, always present. The bowling is easy to use and understand. The arcade games are perfect for kids even entertaining for the adults. It can get a little loud with all the activities going on, but the tap house off to the side allows for a nice retreat. The experience they provided definitely left a lasting impression and Im sure our company will do this again. So much fun!

Fun place to bowl. There is enough lanes and doesnt get that busy so wait times are typically less than twenty minutes even during rush hours. Their foods are meh but their nachos was good. If you come during night, you can bowl during their disco / night show which is super fun.

Very clean, nice environment. Bowling is fun, about $30 an hr, food is good. Pizzas are delicious, especially the chicken bbq.Arcade games are spendy. Between $1.50 - $2 a game, to try all the games prepare to spend about $30. Overall, good time!

We took the family to celebrate our boys going off to college. We all had a great time bowling, playing laser tag, and virtual games. I would definitely recommend this venue. The only reason I couldnt give five stars is that some of our food was over done. Although, the deep fried mac n cheese almost made up for it!

Fun place to play games

Service was absolutely horrible! They gave us the wrong drinks, we ordered water over 3 times before even getting it, ordered and didnt receive one drink, server didnt even acknowledge us for over 15 minutes when arriving and then handed us off to another server. Not happy with our first experience there. The food was good though. The only encounter that was positive there was the guys at the shoes rental counter. Sad that this experience wasnt as great as it should of been.

Really nice arcade. The prize/ticket situation is really stingy though. Its really tough for a parent coming in here with a little kid to try and explain why, at other places, for a similar investment of effort (and for a lot less money spent, I noticed), they can walk out with a lot more loot. Bowling is really expensive here, too. Maybe I just came on the wrong night.

We had my sons 10th birthday party here last week. It was an amazing experience and my son and his friends had an awesome time. From point of booking till the end we were taken care of. Definitely recommend!!

This place is amazing. As a chef/foodie I can honestly say that the food and the care they put into presentation and flavors are 10/10. Its so worth it and the prices arent bad at all. Definitely no regrets ordering food here and having fun while eating with friends. Cant wait to try everything on the menu!

I came here to celebrate my nieces 8th birthday the other day. It was honestly one of the best times ever for a place like this. Im completely floored and Ive been telling everybody about this place. The virtual reality game with the zombies? That is better than any haunted house Ive ever been to. It was so scary and so real and I was screaming and laughing at the same time because I knew it wasnt real. I will definitely come back to be playing that virtual reality game. The laser tag was awesome, the video games were fun. I just really enjoyed this place some think its a great place to bring your family into play games and have a great time and escape from reality for a bit

Great family fun. Sat at the bar until we got a lane and the service was excellent! They made sure our drinks were full and made sure we were comfortable even on a Saturday night.

I reserved a birthday party for my sons 7th birthday. Being at a bowling alley, I wasnt sure what to expect as far as amenities, but they came through with service unlike anything I ever expected. Hailee was absolutely awesome and interacted with the kids through the whole experience as well as made sure the adults were taken care of. She served our cake, lead the song, and even helped all the kids get to the arcade when bowling was done. I would definitely recommend and am sure this is not our last party at Kingpins

This is one of my favorite bowling alleys because of the amenities and cleanliness. They offer a large number of lanes, events, large menu for food and drinks, large arcade/game area and gambling.

Laser tag was excellent, just the right amount of instruction before you play. Good food

We just had my son’s 10th birthday there. He said it was one of the best days of his 10 years. We were treated absolutely amazing at King Pins, from the second we walked in. Our host for the party was Allie and she was a rockstar. She was patient, respectful, and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of with expert efficiency. Also the event manager Laura checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was running smoothly. If you are reading the reviews to make a decision about having a party there, I say do it, you will not be disappointed. They made my kids day, which made my year!

Great place who had great specials for when the kids are out of school.(Beaverton District)Also they start free bowling for kids 15 years and under in May through Sept. That is a deal in it self. Then you get their card that you pay for bowling shoes. Which pays for it self in a few days. Cant go wrong.The wait staff is great too. We where bowling and asked if a.pizza can be delivered at a certain time and it worked out!

This was a really fun family day. I love the different themes for bowling on the screen. The service was super nice! Our 6 year old has Autism and was hyperobssesive about all of the birthday balloons he saw, so one of the employees went and got him a balloon so that hed enjoy himself. It was really sweet. The place is clean and well laid out. Its just real pricey!

Family fun destination. Great food, decor, and music put this location at the top of our list for family outings. Games and bowling keep the children engaged for hours. Patient and communicative coaches allow the children to grow their skills. Love the front desk and waitstaff too!

Went Memorial weekend with some friends, so we had to wait two hours for a lane. Took the toddlers to the arcade for a bit and then had dinner and a beer. Played one game before bedtime with a ball ramp and bumpers that popped up just for the three year old. He won:) A good time was had by all. Food and service were also good! The veggie burger was fine but not memorable.

I took my son and his friends here for lasertag. The arena is good and they let me stay to supervise. They also have new arcade and virtual reality games. Those are cool, but quite expensive. The virtual reality rollercoaster is $5! Thats more that I want to pay. All in all, a fun place for the kids.

We had a wonderful experience for my daughters birthday at an inexpensive price. Great place to bowl, up to date arcade, pizza was great, laser tag and convenient access for reloading game cards and locating staff members.

Very nice center with helpful staff. Pinsetters rarely broke down during the weekend tournament. They also set up water stations for for every two pair. Will come again.

Sensory over stimulation with oversized video games, bowling, Lazer tag and a bar. TVs everywhere. Drop kids off at a party that someone else is hosting and walk up the shopping center for a nice bite to eat.

We had a party of about 30 people. In my opinion, if youre a server, you should hover over your guests. Our server was absent for most of the party. Id rather be asked too often how everything is instead of wondering where the server is. That being said, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Ill go again.

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. The place is new and clean and defies what you would picture as a typical bowling alley. Lots of beer choices on tap. Plenty of other choices for non alcoholic drinks as well. The pretzel sticks with cheese were delicious as were the cheese sticks with their herbed coating.

Nice, new place. Caution, bowling alley is very slippery! Good food, nice staff, and good options. 4 stars because the sounds and lights were migraine inducing and the staff couldnt lower the volume.

Facilities in reasonably good condition. Lanes are too close together....we had large groups on both sides of us constantly walking into our lanes and blocking us. The video games are incredibly overpriced. Everything is at least $1 per game.

It is a really fun new bowling alley to the area. Have also done trivia here through stumptown trivia, and that was awesome too. Overall a very good experience. Even the food is above average for a bowling alley.

We came on a Friday night excited to bowl. Not knowing there was a difference between both sides of the building.So we had asked Paige if she could explain the difference between both sides. Right away she seemed unpleased to help out. After rolling her eyes to help us out, we talked between ourself to figure out which side was worth paying for.She rolled her eyes not once but 4 times as we asked questions trying to figure out which side was worth paying for, with our hard earned money.The 4th time she rolled her eyes and spoke to us in an annoyed toned, had us make an anxious decision and caused us to argue between each other. One of our group members insisted on making a quick pick stating to “not bug the girl anymore.”We were very upset about her helping us out, it made our payment feel like a waste of money and placed a damper on our night due to this girl.I would recommend not to have her assistant if you are to bowl here and looking for a good time. She might surely ruin it with her poor customer service.

I love the energy and all of the options for fun. But bartender made THE WORST vodka martini I have ever had. I asked him to fix it and he was very nice about it but made me another...which tasted different but was equally as bad.Lots of parking...a bit overpriced at bar and restaurant. Most staff very friendly except this other bartender who never even thanks anyone or smiles. This guy makes a good drink but charges more for some reason????

Fantastically modern bowling alley. Staff is kind, food is pretty good for a bowling alley, and arcade is pretty cool. I also recommend the pro shop. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Wow, this place is great. Went here last weekend and today. The bowling lanes are very colorful and I also like how you can choose a scoring layout, and it shows how fast the ball goes, and other small but cool features. The arcade is great. Last weekend I went in the laser tag arena, and that was awesome, it was 2 stories and it was set up very well. Today in the arcade my cousin’s dad gave my cousin his card which had unlimited uses so we tried everything (except prize machines with electronics and things like that) and I loved the selection of games. My favorite was the air hockey.

Prices are fair enough. Built in arcade is a nice bonus. The best is the 1-4player VR; $7 gets you a few minutes, but so worth it even on a fixed budget. However, you cant get a score card, thats a detractor.

Four stars for the total entertainment. Outstanding customer services by all working crews. Although it is brand new, some how missing atmosphere of previous Sunset Bowling Center’s as true bowling environment. Interestingly, wonder why separate two bowling ally area instead one long atmosphere like previous Sunset Lane.Choice of food still need to be updated to healthier options and authentic cousin. Very enjoyable total entertainment center. One more, where is billiards?

Very fun place. Big music videos playing over the lanes, lots of colorful lights, and when it got late enough they had cosmic bowling. Good food and drinks. The whole place was very clean. Unfortunately, there was a fairly long wait to get a lane, and the staff wasnt particularly friendly. Also, the whole experience was a bit expensive.
