Went here to attend a birthday party. Really cool place. Great for kids older than 5 probably. Lots of games and rides all indoors. The party was nice too. There was a room for all the guests and one of the employees was there to to do games balloons and food.

Been here only twice and ALWAYS a good time. The first time was for a walk in birthday party and the second time which was most recently was for a birthday package party. Both times was a delight!Great variety of entertainment, food and amazing staff!

We had an amazing time. Food was as good as you would expect. Perfect for kids. Breadsticks are amazing, with a large salad bar. The game area is huge with rides and bumper cars. Kids game cards get them on everything. Adult beverages are available, with a few fun drinks to try. We joined the VIP club and plan to come back often.

I went with my partner to have some fun. We had a blast. There were many two player games that a person of any age could enjoy. The food was alright. We went on a slow night and had an entire dining room to ourselves in a sports bar like atmosphere with lots of sports playing on the TVs during the room.

This place is amazing! We did the 4 people for $104 or something deal. It gets you buffet access, unlimited drinks including Icees and game cards. We went on a packed night so it was a little hard to get our game cards reloaded. It took us 20 minutes to get someone and when we got our card re loaded, it was another persons card given back to us without tickets on it. We had to go back to the counter and have them fix it. Other than that, the facilities were clean, staff were friendly and it was an all around great place to take the kids.Each room you can eat in has little themes to it. Its an adorable idea. Bumper karts, games and Icees! What a blast!

A great place for a party! The buffet is pretty good and each eating area is a room decorated for different age group from young children to mid teens. Lots of arcade games and even some rides too. I go here once or twice a year and always enjoy it.

We booked a birthday party here and it went great. My only issue was that my kids and our guests kept having issues with the games accepting the token card but not allowing to play the game. When that would happen wed have to go find someone to fix the game and refund the cards. After the 4th time it happened, it just got to be annoying. Everything else besides that went great and they had a great variety of food, games, and rides for all ages.

Google has good guides as to when to go, I can see this place easily getting busy. They have 4 main dinning rooms, each with a theme and age appropriate TV programs. The games are OK and pricey, I only have my childhood to compare to for pricing tho, it costs about a buck per play and there is only 1 play per payment. The food was good, pizza, and breadsticks were on point. some things just shouldnt be made in a place like this, like cheesecake, dont try it.

This place is big and loud. A perfect place for a birthday party. While we were the all the computer systems were down. The games were supposed to be free, but that didnt work out. The party host fella was super helpful and if all things were working the day would have been very much worth the cost.

Johns Incredible Pizza is a great place for birthday parties, kid events or just a fun activity for your child. Fantastic place. A wide variety of food and games as well as rides. A good place for kids and their friends. It will keep them entertained for a very long time. I give it 5 stars.

Kids party for my 7 year old, but even my 11 & 12 y.o. liked to hang out here. Its a Fun place. Food is kept up pretty decent. Plenty of space to sprawl out for your party. Staff is always trung to keep up with food being devoured by kids. Location is very visible.

This place has had moments of glory... at one time food was decent, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, had a nice tolerable atmosphere for a game place. Ive been disappointed too many times in a row. Better than chucky freakin cheese by a long shot but Im not a fan anymore. Still, worth rolling the dice if you want have a kids party and havent been. I prefer Dave & Busters

It is a great place for family’s overall and the deals on the packages make it well worth the cost and time spent with family and friends. Awesome selection of games and rides also the prize selection is pretty reasonably priced compared to the game cost.

My kiddos enjoy coming here. We go 2-3 times a year. It is a bit more money especially doing the buffet and games. It makes for a nice outting though. Weve spent upwards of 4 hrs here. The dood is hot and fresh. Buffets are something all our kiddos enjoy.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Spent over $200 for cheap food with terribly maintained serving stations and spills on floor. My kids refused to eat anything but the pizza that was being freshly placed at the pizza bar. I was told it would be a few mins for a steamed veggies to be brought out. I waited 30 mins and they never came and the employee I requested them from avoided eye contact with me and didnt acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. I eventually walked away. I dont typically complain or right bad reviews, but I sent a direct email to the company and I never got a response. All I was hoping for was an apology and I did not hear back despite providing my email and phone number. Dont waste your money there. If you want your kids to have fun go bowling or go to Wubderland.

Great food overall although the best food is in the back of the restaurant the rats and garbage back there really complements the place if your lucky you might be able to find a few food scraps or expired cheese. Awesome place to family or friends!

Really off their previous presentation. I was there a couple of years ago, and had a blast. Gluten Free pizza was the best. Now its a huge production, they charge extra, and the guest is expected to know to ask for it prior to ringing up the sale. Not impressed. The sales and wait staff were pleasant and accommodating, but I was disappointed this time.

The lettuce at the salad bar was swimming in an inch of water. I opted for a spinach salad...then got to the dressings and thought I was looking at different flavors of yogurt?! The vinaigrette dressings were thick and creamy??!! The chicken was gross. The pizza selection was horrible and not warm. The best thing I ate there was a breadstick.

First time at Beaverton, grew up in High Desert, so the Victorville one is what I have to compare. I like the open layout, and the selection of food. The fusion room, with the cool floor was awesome. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rides were fun too. Very clean and well-kept. My children cant wait to go back.

Had some free time today so we thought we would stop and have lunch and play some games. I havent been here in a few years, and honestly, I wish I would not have had the extra time today... cause the food was a joke. Super expensive and no choices. Its a buffet, tons of people, lines to get in, lines for the food, and they had 3 pizzas and a bunch of empty trays. When they would put out a pizza, there were so many people waiting that it was gone super fast. Very poor planning and no customer service.I hope this was just an off day, but after this, Im not sure I will come back.

If you are looking for a place that charges you a lot and doesnt provide food unless its upon request then you have found it. I thought that I was overcharged until I saw the food, or lack thereof, then I knew it.Management only cares about cutting costs. As a result, they do not food out or fix machines unless it is requested.I was under the impression that this was an all you can eat buffet. It is if you ask for food every 2 minutes.Games are over-priced. And one needs a million tickets to get anything of value.Stay away from this place unless you have a fortune and dont care about losing it all.

Food was pretty bad, probably the best thing was the salad bar, and the pizza is far from incredible. Lots of buffet items ran out or were missing, and took forever to be replaced. Cost almost $70 for 3 people. Not worth it at all. I was scared to swipe our game card considering half of the games didnt work and would eat your credits. Its irritating considering some games are over $2 to play. Place is absolutely disgusting, someone vomited at the table next to us and it sat there for a while and ruined my sisters appetite. Upon leaving there seemed to be another mysterious pile of vomit looking stuff in the corner and splattered up the wall. Bring your hand sanitizer and bathe your kids when you get home. The next day I am okay but the rest of my family is experiencing extreme gastrointestinal discomfort. Definitely would never go back.

The facility is really nice. Great varied buffet. Lots of great food options, a variety of drinks, including icees, and a hardy dessert section. Fun themed eating rooms with plenty of room for big partys. If youd prefer a private room for a birthday party, The rooms are generously sized and brightly colored. There are bumper cars, a spinning amusement park ride, a swinging kids boat ride, photo booths. There are also fun games and a moving virtual roller coaster which you can program to different rides. You can use a card to keep track of tickets earned, which makes the process of getting a prize before you go with your tickets, much easier. The card can also be used to pay for your rides and games. Brilliant idea. Its pricey to go, but very fun for the kids, and adults.

Surprisingly good buffet.... looks like standard bland kids cafeteria food but actually tastes much better. The pizza options are interesting, pretty tasty, and impressive in scope of variety. The cinnamon rolls are actually top notch...a well known fact by regulars as you can see the hovering when they are coming and quick dissapearance upon arrival.

First time there was great. Mac n cheese had real cheese and was really good. The games work wayyy better than Chuck e cheese. The lunch prices were good so I was very happy with the amount i spent and what we got. Some of the games can get a lil pricey but the rides seemed pretty cool.

Were invited to a party here in Beaverton from 3pm to 5pm. At 4:40 the staff started to get everyone out of the reservation area, just grabbed all the food and beverages from everyone didnt even asked if we were still eating or drinking. ALL RUDE

Incredible Johns is anything but incredible. Maybe I am ole skool, but if I am not going to eat, I dont believe I have to pay for the cost of the buffet for admission. I have special dietary restraints and would not be able to eat the food there. I was going to pay for a overpriced soda anyway, but the front clerk lady rudely inform me that her suits was not going to let me just drink soda, and she had milk as much money from me as possible before I could even enter. My family left, and we will not be back until policy change; I was not going to pay the price of a theme park to watch people eat and not get any benefits.Go to Chuck e Cheeses, Big Als, or absolutely anywhere else. Shoot, McDonalds treat you 3 stars better than this joint.

Went here with my nephews and sister on a week day night for my nephews birthday. It wasnt very crowded but the staff was super helpful and attentive. We had a really good experience, especially riding the bumper cars.

I like the service, the arcade and the food here but you cant get a decent cup of coffee or tea with your meal or dessert. Theres no hot water for tea or to water down the less-than-appetizing vending machine coffee and flavored coffees. :-(

Buffet is always full of fresh pizza and assorted food stuffs. Even the chicken is edible without fear of food poisoning, which I often avoid at buffets. The dinning rooms offer a unique experience depending on which you chose, which is nice.The games are fun, a few might be a bit overpriced, but mostly its a good time with out a lot of cash going out.

Horrible experience trying to book an event. Their guest service center closes randomly and you’d have no way to contact them. I tried calling at 9:00am PST, 11:00am PST, and again at 2:00pm PST on a regular business day. No luck. Their online booking system is also broke.

Never going back. Purchased a Groupon that offered Unlimited Play for 2 hours. Well, thats just to bait you in. The games you are ALLOWED to play are complicated for small children and not to mention BORING. The restaurant & arcade altogether was very dirty, dated and dingy. There were used napkins all over the floor of the arcade. And the buffet was very sad, as if we were being penalized for going on a weekday. The food on the buffet was dried out like it had been sitting for hours. There was very little pizza out. And a lot of blank stations where there wouldve been food on a busier day. Never returning.

It was all right along with the food. Just kept getting annoying when the busser Lucas kept begging me to reapply since I was a former employee, but I hated the job, hours, and kitchen staff (whoback in the day would focus on their phones more than the food). Would like for him to stop pressuring me into reconsidering and show more respect to EVERYONE.

Love the way you can stop playing to go eat or drink then go back to playing. We enjoy the themed eating areas that play kids movies for your enjoyment. We bought a summer 4 pass so we can go back 3 more times for free.

We had a large group and were trying to figure out the best way to package it and the employee had plenty of sales opportunities and could have assisted us in what would be best for our party. Also how some games print tickets some go on the card and how that works in general. I didnt see any management. Its a big place but not so big they shouldnt be walking the floor constantly on a Saturday. Just a bit better communication from the staff all around but the fun is definitely here.

We bought the annual pass for each member of the family. Its a pretty good deal @ $60/person. Gets us a buffet once per month. However, every time we go, it takes 10+ minutes to get checked-in. The staff is friendly enough but their systems have issues.Food is fine. Cheap buffet food. I give them credit for replenishing the pizza quickly, even on slow nights. They adhere to food age standards where old pizza is disposed regularly. Itd be very easy to leave old pizza on the trays.On weekdays, there is plenty of seating in various themed rooms. Old plates arent picked up quickly but since there is so much space, it doesnt really matter.

First time ever for my daughters and I to this place. It is quite an appealing and intriguing establishment. My kids had a blast and loved all of it. Aside from lack of variety of food. I did find myself tho that the food was fresh and tasty for a Buffett. Although I would have liked to seen more variety and less space wasted displaying aluminum and instead more delicious food. Games are a wide range and for the whole family which is great from toddler up to adults. Im 28 and I didnt get to try all the games I wanted to try as well. Definently Understaffed at the game floor. Way to much time spent waiting around for assistance for a refund or resetting a game. ((6x) approx. 10-15 min wait each. Rediculous.)) Not as much saftey implimented or security by Incredible Johnnys in regards to the children/fily saftey setting for a family establishment of such a magnitude. My fiance and I went here after not having made any plans for new years. I saw an ad online for discounted entry/tickets/buffet and of course the buffet was what got me. It was decent for the price, and of course I spent most of my tickets on the twister ride in the middle of the arcade. Food was mediocre, kind of like Chuck E Cheese but buffet style and the pizza wasnt as great. They have a salad bar, pizza bar, hot foods bar, and dessert bar. Very kid friendly place with lots of arcade games for adults too

I felt like I was playing Fallout, there was no one in there it felt so errie and alone. I went with my friend on my birthday after rock climbing so we were starving and had never been before, plus it was close to the house. The food wasnt that bad, lots of basic in bulk options like pizza, pasta, nachos, carbs, carbs, carbs. One ice cream machine out of order the other tasted off. My friend had the Cheesecake and said it was terrible and had to spit it out. Aesthetically its a masterpiece, a bunch of different rooms all themed, each one holding from 100 to 200 occupancy. The gaming area was massive and lit up, they had a carnival ride in the middle and bumper cars on the edge. Lots of employees working too... Just curious what the overhead is on a place like that. Maybe it get busier on the weekend..

Its really fun. The food is great, an all you can eat buffet style. Theres not many choices besides pizza, but its a pizza place, so... the first time i came here, i was trying to put more credits on my card, but i couldnt figure it out right away. I walked away to find some help, and some guy was able to get a card with 25 dollars from my card. I was able to get it back, but be careful when youre using the machines. If anything, go to the front desk to refill.

Took my son here with his dad for Fathers weekend. Had a great time playing their video games. Buffet food is horrible. I am disappointed in their pizza. I was expecting much better pizza considering their name, Johns Incredible Pizza. More varieties would be nice too. Lets put some Asian twist in their menu.

Standard buffet food which was good and tasted fine. We loved the games and rides, and Im glad they have rides for little ones to enjoy too. They have a great prize selection. The staff was very helpful and able to answer all the questions I had. The only problem I faced was the family restroom was completely out of toilet paper and obviously hadnt been checked that day as we were there at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. Overall we had a fun time and enjoyed ourselves.

It a very nice place to bring kids at all ages. Descent food options, but the food itself is not great, is barely okay. There are several entertaining games that can make your kids busy for many hours. Parties are a nice option also.

I hate this place, but went for kids bday party. Food is terrible, but looks had fun
