Very clean location. While I was sitting at the table with my daughter I watched the employees and the were cleaning all the games constantly. I know times are hard with covid 19 but this location is practicing cleanliness and social distancing.

Very frolicsome place for anyone of any age! The pizza was astonishing! This place is prodigiously underrated. They were additionally taking very good Covid-19 precautions! They were sanitizing everything very well, and the staff were very amicable. 10/10 place!

This is definitely the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese weve ever visited. It is cheery and bright, and absolutely immaculate. The hostess, Natalia, was warm and welcoming. I saw the employees constantly cleaning and sanitizing the games the entire time we were there. The pizza was delicious, and the timed play pass is a great idea. Kids even receive a piece of candy from the prize booth if they recycle their play passes! This location always seems to have great coupons on the website as well. Wonderful!!

Went for Halloween 2020, during Covid19. They were super kind, close to perfect affordability, them sanitizing constantly, and the food was good. Some of the games were turned off because of pandemic but the kid was entertained, and only cost me half it did back in 2014 (which is confusing). Strongly recommend.

Theyve really stepped their game up over the years! The pizza is really yummy, you can buy unlimited game play, very clean, prizes are reasonable and the staff was really friendly. Someone mentioned in another review that the games were expensive, but compared to other places (often $1/game), the price is great! Overall a really fun place to take the kids!

There was only a few kids when I went in and every other machine was closed for distancing. Staff was great. Got our food pretty quick and it was much better food then at any other chuckie cheese Ive been too. Its like 35 bucks for 2 pizzas and cheesy bread.

Pandemic Chuck E Cheese is plain weird, but the staff was amazing, they had a crew member doing an awesome job with full time sanitization of the socially distanced game area nonstop. Was great to have a little fun in 2020 for a change.

It was ok just sad I watched a cashier sale a bag of cotton candy to someone then the lady brought it back and exchanged it and the cashier took it and just hung it right up no whip down.....hope they being covid safe besides that ...that definitely had me second guessing getting pizza to go from there

Brings back childhood memories. New Chuck is slightly more ratty and thin. The games and food are good for the kiddos. The staff are super friendly minus a few. No complaints as my kids seem to have a blast at every birthday party we have attended here.Birthday parties are super easy and fun. May have to consider for next year.

It was lot of fun to be a kid with my kids. I like the new play pass per time option. Its 30 minutes of play on any machine and any number of times. You have an option to buy minutes for 45, 60, 90 and so on. Whole family can play in the time slot. It turned out better option than buying coins.

Clean and bright inside. Music was not too loud. Pizza and salad were very tasty. Coffee available, too. Much better than I remember. Redone. Great job.

My son just turned 1 year old today! The guys here are amazing. They sang to him happy birthday and we all had fun as a family. The pizza is awesome here also.We will come here a lot definitely.

This place is creepy, and it feels like something is wrong! they are hiding something, I know it!

This place is the biggest waste of money and its boring now that most of the games are gone.

I was used to the $0.25 per game and that has now changed to where you can purchase points or a block of time instead. For example if you wanted your child to have unlimited game play for 45 minutes it costs $16.00 or you can purchase a set amount of points and each game costs different point variations. It was alot more expensive than I remembered. The salad bar was good but costs $8.79 per person. We opted for the time block of 45 minutes and it went by pretty fast. They give you two pause breaks if you need to stop the timer but dont tell you that you can only use that twice.

I have a mixed Feeling about this place. First off I remember Chick E Cheese when I was a kid and looked forward to going for any reason.Come 30 years later and although I want to continue to love this place, but the employees do not seem to enjoy their jobs. Last party we were at my wife and I started to play a game to find smiling employees, it was a tough game to get points at. In the end my wife won as there was a girl behind the ticket redemption counter that smiled, but the rest just seemed annoyed to be employed there.It really is a shame as our Kiddos love going to Chuck E Cheese and Im concerned that it wont be around for their kids if they cant find a way to motivate their employees to demonstrate having a good time.

We had our sons 4th birthday party here. Our host greeted us at the door and explained the itinerary for the afternoon. The staff was surprisingly well organized and the pizza was actually really good. The kids loved it, we would do it over again.

Not a big fan of the food, but I did enjoy the not so crowded lunchtime hour. I wish this location offered the unlimited play cards, instead of having to juggle coins. The location is clean and most of its games were in good working order.

The service at this location is great! We are always promptly greeted with a smile and my kids enjoy the fun games and the music. The last time we went there we got a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and it was really good. It seems like the pizza gets better every time we go!

Chuck E. Cheese is not my thing, but I gave it 4 stars because the staff of young teens deserve recognition for providing good service and maintaining their sanity among the chaos of little kids running amok everywhere. As a parent I barely survive taking my kids to attend birthday parties there.One upside worth mentioning when purchasing the game cards, you can buy by time limit, so getting the kids unlimited games for 60 mins is quite a good deal.

Ive always loved coming here. As a kid and bringing my kids. The salad bar is my favorite. Coupons make the visit very affordable.

This place is great. I arrived about 10 minutes before open time with my 3 grandkids and the manager/owner let us in and we had a great time. One of the few places in the area that opens at 10am (versus 11am) which allows for more quality time with the kids in the mornings.Great games, always clean.New digital cards with options for dollars or time is a WINNER!!!

Really nice time. Clean, open play area with lots to do and easy to keep an eye on the littles. We went at 10am for our 2 & 4 years olds joint birthday party. Well run, pleasant service, not too crowded at that time of day. Kids had a great time.

Staff was really on top of sanitation and safety of the public for everything going on now with covid, also they took pictures of the families with their kids as they walk in the door so no one can leave the establishment with another persons child.

This place is gross to me... It is basically a dirty casino for children. I lived elsewhere but the Chuck E. Cheese I remember as a child was dedicated to a large play structure and ball pit (dirty but not morally so). Most of this building is dedicated to carnival games giving you tickets that can be turned in for garbage prizes.

Childrens entertainment was plentiful

It was a Monday night it was not crowded the children had a bomb and they were able to play all the games as much as they wanted to play as often as they wanted to play Chuck-E-Cheese came out they got a lot of tickets they got to dance with them the staff was really nice they werent able to eat and drink get lots of treats a lot of attention was shown on them because there werent a lot of children there and as parents we had a great time and as Grandparents we had a great time it was so relaxing after a long day kids came home went straight to bed

We had a coupon for 100 tokens for $20 we wanted to use. My two kids 12 and 9 still have fun here. We ordered the small personalized pizza and it was so much better than I remembered. Thumbs up. Kids like to see the mechanical Chuck E Cheese but they must always be under repair. So fun to watch all the adorable babies and toddlers just so excited to be there. Still a fun place to go

This is the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese Ive ever been to! My kid and nephews/nieces had s ton of fun playing here. Its a great place to take your kids.

Pleasantly surprised. I grew up with very dirty Chuck E Cheeses. But this one was super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The games were fun. Of course the prizes are cheap but my 2,4 and 6 year old loved their candy and dinky toys. Well definitely be back soon. There are always coupons online, so bring it with you or show it to the cashier on your phone.

Had my daughters 4th birthday here, and everything was wonderful! Everything was planned out and all the kids had so much fun. The staff were helpful and sweet and made it wonderful for my daughter. The machines were great for little ones and getting tickets easy for them :) food was good and prompt and affordable. I will bring my child again sometime during the week to get her tired out :)

Its okay. The anamatronic mouse looks like it came over on the Mayflower. The games were fun for my six and seven year old, however the tickets were stingy and the prizes overpriced. Take ear plugs if you have sensitive ears. The pizza was edible.

The establishment is not very clean. The restrooms have been pretty disgusting the last few times Ive taken my children to this location. Their supply of pepper and cheese shakers are sticky and greasy. The associates dont seem happy to work in a family friendly environment setting the tone for a mediocre night out with the family.

My son had his birthday party there and he loved it. Most of the people working there were happy and sweet. A few did not want to be there... You could tell. But.. Other than that... It was great.

Great place for childrens birthday parties. A little bit pricey but they do a good job of keeping everybody entertained. My son loves to dance with Chuck-E-Cheese and I like the addition of the ticket counting machines so there isnt a line up at the counter. Everybody seems to have a good time and its a great place for different age groups interact with each other. For $0. 50 you can have a color picture taken with you and your child.

Great day! My daughters second birthday was a success. Although it was overly crowded with too many big kids. We reserved a area so that made the difference. But my daughter didn’t get the chance to ride any rides because so many bigger kids and they kept going out of order.

Place was better than my last visit. I found their prices a little high, food was good but portions are not that good. Kids have a good time though. I guess it is a good place for your kids to have some fun at a costly dinner.

My 4 year old loves the place. I enjoy spending a few hours there with him from time to time. $20 in tokens will take about 2 hours to spend.

They used the non-dairy cheese I brought and made us a yummy cheese pizza, with an appropriate discount. Fun games, tickes arent too hard to get. Super fun for a 6th birthday!

We opted for the party package instead of going impromptu and couldnt have been happier. Twin birthday party was a blast the host was absolutely delightful and a huge help for the parents. Really good time because of it.

We love Chuck E Cheese, however...Don’t book Birthday parties for the Beaverton, OR. location. Worst experience ever! Booked online and payed the deposit no problem. Got to the site and unfortunately had 2 no-shows. Completely fine, it matches their policy written online. Unfortunately, the staff on site said we could no longer have our party because 2 people didn’t show up. Of course I mention the 2 no-show policy to which they responded, “I’ll have to talk to my manager”. The shift manager insisted that there was no way to enter our party into the system with the 2 no-shows. Which lead to my rebuttal of the policy before mentioned. I also told the manager that we had already payed our deposit, of which covered 90% of the party bill, and that we are fine paying the remaining balance due, regardless of the 2 missing persons (ie. no refund for no-shows). We then wanted to order an additional large pizza after hashing our the prior booking/no-show issue. One of the staff said that would be covered under what you already payed. We expected an additional charge, but thought, great... maybe they are being nice to offset the initial hassle. NO!!... after the pizza was presented and eaten we were charged the price of the pizza they said would be covered under our reservation. Finally after wasting 2hours of my child’s party arguing with the shift manager at the start, and the GM on the phone, whom was apparently on vacation, we convinced the GM to honor what the employee stated about the pizza. The GM unfortunately argued with us for about 30mins over the pizza the employee said would be covered, before realizing we had a valid point for our overall experience and our party guests experience.**We were not looking for handouts or to cheat the system... we just wanted what was told to us and the fair accommodations that we payed for**We love Chuck E Cheese, but will not return to that location and wish you a better experience elsewhere. It was definitely not our first time there, but it will be our last.

The staff was friendly and the facility appeared to be clean. However the food was poorly prepared. We ordered a pizza with stuffed crust. The flavor was good, but the crust was approximately the thickness of their paper plate. When we picked the pizza up it would tear apart from the stuffed crust. This is not the typical quality of food we have received from the restaurant before.

The people here are super helpful. Its a place full of kids and chaos, and they still took care of their customersAs a parent, thats super important, were grateful

Everytime I have brought my 2 yr old son he has had a blast. The young people who work their are super friendly even when a machine runs out of tickets. They absolutely check each child leaving the building with the adult they entered even if they remember who you are they are super on top of it for safety. Patient when its time for prizes and the food was yummy but cant really screw up salad and pizza. It was clean full of kids and excitement. Even the bathrooms were clean. My son loves the little sinks and toilets

We always have a fun time at Chuck e cheese. The pizza is surprisingly delicious and theres plenty of games to keep my two young kids occupied. Weve never done a formal birthday party, but we come as a family for a pizza and a handful of tokens each to play our favorites.

Can I give negative stars? My kiddos and I LOVE chuck e cheese. This was our first time going to this one and it ended with us cutting our time short and me leaving angrily. I dont know if it was the manager or just an employee, but she was SO rude.I am the person who makes friends everywhere I go. I am not confrontational and this interaction didnt end well. As embarrassed as I am by letting my anger get the best of me, this location should be embarrassed of their employees. I will be spreading the word that this location is awful. Ill just pay extra to go to JIP down the street in the future. Thanks for wasting my money Chuck E!

It was exceptionally good today. The pizza was fresh and warm and was delicious (I know right?!). For a Saturday it wasnt crowded. I guess summer birthdays dont get all their guests showing up. The party attendant was very involved and prompt. Games were all working. The kids had a great time. Only reason it gets a four is because I know how it is every other time we go. Today was outstanding, but until I get that every time I cant really give a five.

They switched to cards now and no one bothered to tell you how they work! There is about a ten-second delay on these cards if you get it to work!!
