We have been trying out local trails and Jenkins Estates is one we hadn’t tried yet. It was rainy, wet and beautiful. Lots of trails to get alone and wonderful colors in the trees. Easy parking. I recommend this place for getting some steps in beautiful local nature.

We came here for family photos and it was great. The playground was amazing and my son had a blast. I love that the park was designed for kids of different abilities. Has great places for people to spread out and enjoy themselves.

It is very scenic for being just off Farmington rd and there is plenty of adventuring and touring to be done. The bathrooms are closed and on Saturdays there are a lot of photographers and people doing their baby announcements but it is a gorgeous place. Also be ready for some hills.

Pretty park and nice grounds, occasional loud noises from nearby quarry. Found this nice little ornament hanging in a tree. I have noticed people have been hanging these around the grounds sporadically, so its not like they are overdone. I decided to leave it for someone else to find as well.

I love Jenkins estate. I have been coming since I was little. The gardeners and all the maintenance staff do a fabulous job. Its very pretty and restful and theres a nice playground at camp Rivendale, and there are good places to picnic. Theres a cute little garden, too. Well, there are lots of nice gardens. Thats one of the best things about Jenkins estate, there are lots of separate little places to enjoy with whoever youre there with.

Beautiful and well maintained grounds around the estate. Lots of fun little gardens to see. The hiking trails are unpaved in areas, unmarked and steep at times. Bring a friend if unfamiliar with the paths or be prepared to get a little lost. Not exactly peaceful with the constant construction noise and Cooper Mtn. Dog Kennels near by but its a great little slice of nature in the suburbs.

Didnt view the home but the hiking trails are great! Wish I didnt have to see so many houses all around it but still nice nature trail. As far as the trails and hiking all is well kept and dogs are allowed on leashes but I personally prefer Cooper mountain trail as its more secluded and feels more serene. All in all both are great places and I highly recommend!

Gorgeous property. Great place to have a picnic, walk beautiful trails, see the OSU Garden. This place is very pretty in the summer and is dog friendly (on leash only). We just finished walking the grounds for the second time. More beautiful now in summer time than in early spring. Must see park, bring a picnic, lots of park benches, picnic tables and loads of green well kept lawns to throw blanket down. We will definitely be packing a picnic next time we visit.

Such a beautiful place to just take a relaxing scenic walk. A spectacular place for pictures for all occasions. They have small pond water features with bridges. Benches throughout the park. Gazebo and well kept up buildings. Both evergreen trees for green that lasts all through the winter and deciduous trees (trees that lose their leaves... i.e. maples, japanese maples, elm, ash, etc.) Which make gorgeous colors in the fall. There are grassy areas great for catching some rays, tossing a ball around or a frisbee or even a nice picnic . Although this park is perfect for the whole family, it does not have any play structures for kids to play on.

Theres a super cool play park here that is perfect for young kids (2-5 years old). Theyve got the play park and a big open field right next to it and you can see your kids from most vantage points, which means less running and chasing as they move around. Not a lot of parking so get there early.
