This area contains a mix of private and public property. THPRD owns 10 or 14 acres of it ( accessed off street in Northridge development). The Bayberry neighborhood has some green space behind it ( ravine) and my husband and I have 14 acres of it. We live on 191st. You cant access the THPRD land from 191st. You are welcome to check the tax maps if you dont believe what I am saying. We have put up no trespassing signs multiple times, on our property; they get removed . Its not fenced to allow the deer and coyotes free access. We maintain a tractor road on our portion of the land. Ive tried to get Google maps to correct the mapping, but so far no response. And yes, we do have a dog that gets annoyed when strangers come down the drive.

It was such a peaceful and nice walk we could go hiking and have our dogs off the leash I know you’re not supposed to do that but poor dog wanted to run so he ran and he was happy happy like a bird and it started raining but the big trees covered the rain so that was cool then it started drizzling it’s a beautiful place with an spectacular scene!

I love the trails, a little trashy in places and all the bridge like things require hopping. But apparently as you go up the road (its an un marked dirty road) i was told it turns into private property. Its unmarked but theres dog who will attack your dogs at the top. No warning. Id a been happy to not enter private land, but it wasnt marked by fence or sign.

This place is really good. Lunch bowls include 6 large pieces of Sashami. Even includes misho soup and salad. Reasonably priced and an authentic atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

Nice undeveloped area, however, the google map doesnt show the clear border of the private property that belongs to houses on 191st ave (including wetlands at bottom of hill) , so be careful to avoid trespassing on private land.

This is NOT private property. It is owned by THPRD for future park development, they have multiple parks in the area that are the same. The reviews that say that this is private property just dont want people coming up to their house. Give people some space if you go near a house and go make a new trail. Have fun.

This is PRIVATE PROPERTY! How do I know? I OWN PART OF IT!!! The stream is through my back yard. We dont believe in fences here, as we like to let the wildlife roam freely. Police will be called on ALL trespassers, though. It happens now and then, and Washington County Sheriffs Department is aware, and routinely monitors the area.

This is NOT private property, and you are welcome to use it all you want. The local residents just want to keep it for themselves, so theyre saying No trespassing, hoping people will be intimidated. This is a green space owned by THPRD.As for the guy who said a stream runs through his yard, you cant own navigable waters. Anyone who wants can walk through or spend time there if they are on the streambed.

This is public land, any one is welcome to take a stroll through here. As others have said there are no amenities and many trails are non existing or over grown. I live on the north side of the park and hike through it occasionally. There are a bunch of old forts and things people have made as well as a few clearings that could be used for a picnic. Its typically very muddy any other time then the summer and can still be soggy then. There is a nice little stream that runs through the middle of it as well.

Check it out on THPRD. Its a public park. You dont get the land by just telling people you own it. Tualatin Parks owns it. You can call the police if you want to, but they dont chase down people in public parks. Were paying them money to chase criminals, not families enjoying public property that they already paid for.

This is just untouched green space. No amenities. You cant safely build a house on this land because of the slope, drainage, etc. so it was zoned as a park for accounting purposes.
