The trailer park is kind of empty right now. My aunt is currently selling her trailer because she bought a house in Saginaw. I heard that management is trying to bring in new trailers, but I honestly feel this trailer park is practically in the middle of no where. Either way, home is where the heart is and where your heart is is where you choose to live. I wouldnt mind moving in someday, but it wouldnt be my first choice, only because of the location.

Place was dump 10 years ago. I worked maintenence there. Still is. Water system is always breaking down. They Re always digging it up to fix it. They combine the total water bill, then divide up to each tenant. Thats your water bill. Cant have nothingsittingout side, not a camper for ever 1 night without them complaining. Place is nasty. Now they are bringing in more trailers to fill the place up and put more stress on the 50 year old sewer and water lines. Sorry for the folks that live there.

I called in September and was told new trailers would be put in by November then they kept pushing the date back by time they told me end of December I had to be out of my old home they took my money though and then told me now it will be spring until they can even start to poor the concrete. They sure did cash my money order though and now wont give me my money back. I had to come up with the money again to relocate because of not getting my money from them and its almost Christmas so that was my Christmas money and I have 3 kids... Upon telling beth we are filing charges she wanted to know the procedure and when we let her know who ever cashed it will be prosacuted and their bank account will over draft 50$ per morder cashed as well as they have to pay back my money she seemed very worried as if she had personally cashed it in her name at her bank ... What trailer park with tenants who pay monthly rent can not refund your money after they pulled you in with false hopes and info.. Im pretty sure it was a scam from the start Beth wont even tell us what company owns the park so we can call the owner...WE ARE COMING FOR YOU BETH EXPECT THE POLICE VERY SOON!

I asked if it was possible to stay there on one of there many empty spots for a few months in my motorhome as I was working on the highway for a project. They said they were full even though I could easily count 25 or more empty spots.

You want to live in this park you better make sure you pay your bills on time... They do not accept cash they tell you to go get a money order if you are 5 days late on rent they start an eviction notice and they only accept payments in full. One of their lots is even leaking propane and i informed the park manager 5 months ago and yet it still leaks propane 24/7.

Dont let the new trailers fool you. They are very expensive and unaffordable for this area. I was rented a home that the walls dont even touch the floor. The trailer doesnt hold heat, half the house the heat doesnt come through the vents. When I told the manager this, she told me she has cold air come through her vents. Which is completely different then air leaking through your walls. The house i have is unlivable. When the temperature drops in the 30s, my furnance runs constantly and the temp doesnt go above 60. I offered to pay more a month for a better home, but was told no. But she did hassle me about cutting my grass for her inspection Friday. I had an inspection last week where they did say they would get me screens for my windows and replace a window. But that has yet to happen.

My husband and I found a home from this property that we loved! We were thrilled to start the paperwork on purchasing it when the office lady told is that no cats were allowed in the park, even if they were strictly indoors and spayed/neutered. She mentioned an issue with feral cats running about, so I pointed out that our two cats would never be outside and never be able to breed with those feral cats, but it didnt sway her. This didnt make sense to us, as we would literally own the building they lived in and they would never step foot on the land owned by the property managers. But they still allowed dogs, that can potentially terrorize neighbors and poop all over everyones yards. When we pressed on the issue of why such a thoughtless rule against indoor cats was created, all the lady could say over and over was, Thats just their rule! Said if they ever saw a cat in your window, it would be grounds to evict you immediately. Someone in the head office doesnt know what theyre doing, and now it has screwed over the sweet lady who was going to sell to us because we had to back out and she had already started selling off some of her furniture. If they create such illogical rules about what animals you have in your OWN home, who knows what other kind of bs they would pull.

The manager there seems really nice, but the property is super run down for a lot of the mobile homes that are already installed; broken windows, siding thats really dirty or falling off, ect. There are a lot of new units on stilts waiting to be placed so they may be in the process of a revitalization project but until then, doesnt look like a well kept place. They also advertise that they are pet friendly on the website, but they dont accept any cats or larger dogs. Seems like some bad pet owners ruined it for everyone by letting their cats wonder around and cause a lot of damage. Sad too, the property is really small which would make for a nice little community village with just a little work, but with the kind of building already up, they shouldnt be making their pet policy as exclusionary, but more strict. They should allow cats but they must prove vaccination and spay/neuture records and if they are caught outside more than one single time they cant have them anymore.

Misleading in their sales of units, in regards to repairs needed. They told multiple lies to get me to purchase my handyman special. Minor leak on the shutoff valve, was in reality a completely burst system i had to gut and replace. Be prepared for boil water, and burst main notices at least once a week, up to nearly every day at times, typically thaw and freeze. This property has traded ownership 3 times in the 3 years i lived there. Best decision i ever made was moving out!

Quiet place to live. Not as many homes as there was from the 60s thru early 90s. Times change and so do communities.
