Quiet well cared for park. Maintenance is on top of everything always. Some disconnect with owners,managers and office on communications. So Id give it 4 stars.

There is a modular. Home across from office . Its ashame how people pay rent there but are afraid to walk do to the traffic coming in and out of that modular home always a party coming from that house my mother is elderly and she is afraid to come out of her house because of this you should really screen the people you let into the park drugs and drinking isnt cool also the one that drives the blue HHR is constantly speeding though the park

Seam like a nice place

I grew up here so I definitely have a soft spot for this place..I bring my daughter here occasionally just to walk on beach so I can relive moments from my childhood...living here was completely amazing and awesome. we lived in the water and I remember when the water was still clean and I remember when the zebra mussels came(with a nice scar for the reminder ). Yes,Im getting old!
