Theyve taken out the worst of the homes and have made a difference in the look of the park, but the illegal subletters, the young adults and their booming music, just had the daughter of a park resident drive by my place and toss her mcdonalds trash in my yard. the little corner of the park i live in has some great people but its taken years to get good neighbors.

The roads are horrible... The lots arent being maintained, trash every where, numerous empty falling in homes... The lot rent is ridículos 338.00 a month to live in this pothole infested dump of a park!

It is a mobile home park. Roads are rough, but they just paved the worst of it recently.
