I want to say Thank You to the office and office manager. You let us have our community rummage which is allowing us to sponsor more families at Christmas, Thank you to the residents who either donated your time to help set up or donations of itmes to sell or cash donations and those who stopped by and shopped. Lot of little ones will wake up on Christmas morning with gifts from Santa

This a very nice and quiet mobile home park, the grounds, roads, and sidewalks are all very well maintained.

I live here and I love it. The grounds are always kept up! everyone that lives here has been super nice and lora in the office has been super helpful and amazing.

I have lived here since feb, 2016 with very little issues until today. Today I was informed they are going to be charging me 15.00 a month for a dog that doesn’t live with me full time. It’s my son’s dog and is his emotional support animal helps with his depression anxiety and ADHD and he’s only here when my son is here. I informed them I will not be paying this as my son does not live with me but maybe a week a month and they said they don’t care they are going to charge me for the full month anyway. I then said I’ll just deduct it from my bill and exclude it from my payment and they said then the charges will accrue and once it reaches a certain amount they will evict me!Heartless, cold, and ignorant! All they care about is extorting as much money as possible out of you and they don’t care about the people living here.I will be consulting a lawyer about bringing a lawsuit against them after this posting.

I lived here for over 10 years. Its a very quite mobile home park but there is ALOT of street parking, and children playing in the road. Over the years, it has become slightly run down but the new management is working on bring it back to the state it was when I moved in. It has a nice playground for children and a small room to rent for family gatherings. Free flowers are given in the spring. Overall, I enjoyed my time here but was ready to move on.
