I cant say whether this place is still fun if its crowded but we went together when it was pretty much empty and the employees were nice, the food was good, everything was clean and the games were fun.

Yall Considering the whole covid 19 situation they went well beyond so make sure that he had a nice time I could not have asked for a better party host they were cleaning behind the kids the whole entire time they really made it special for him and I appreciate that so much!

Had my sons bday party here. They had a blast and it was definitely worth the cost. Wish they had more staff to accommodate how busy it was, but they did a great job with those who were there. Always convenient and made the party go pretty smooth. Enjoy it plenty and kids were passed out by the time we got home.

If you are from out of town, avoid this place! This has been the WORST Chuck E. Cheese i have ever been too. I have never ever disliked any Chuck E. Cheese until I came here. Horrible service. Since I had never been to a Chuck E. Cheese that use cards instead of tokens I was looking around for where to get a card I asked employee and he was like “oh you get them at the front”, as he was walking up to the register: I waited and he went off to do other things then I asked him again, and he said that he is not the one who does them, we have to wait for the other employee who is busy. If I would of known I would have waited. I waited alittle and the other employee completely ignored me and it was taking too long, I decided to leave. It’s a small crowded place as well . Sketchy area. Don’t come here.

Its a fun place for kids

Best place to take your kids for fun and parties. I have 3 parties there every year.

This place is the worst. We have to wait 50 minutes to get the food. In the front was just a lady working while 4 were by here side doing nothing. We and the rest of the line waiting to be served. They were more interested in their conversation than to the customers.

Kids always have a great time, obviously. But its hard to look past the long wait times for food, broken or poorly maintained machines (especially ticket counters), and somehow always broken beer tap (every time for over a year now).

My grandson had a ball, playing and eating Pizza. We will return!

The kids always have a good time and the staff was friendly. The animated animals were singing and dancing. They use a card system now instead of coins but the games are still affordable.

Chucky Cheese is one good place to take children to keep them entertained. It can be a fun atmosphere for adults as well. The pizza is not bad at all there are even pizzas made specifically for adults! A fairly cheap place to bring your kids to have a good time.

Took my nephew there, and he had a blast! Staff was very friendly and the pizza was good. The only thing, they need to make sure they have the prizes stocked with whats on display...had a very unhappy 2 year old.

This location suuuccckkkeeedddd! The staff was not helpful w my grandsons 1st birthday party, the ticket dispensers didnt have any tickets in em... When asked if Chuck E could come out & entertain our group, very rudely was told by another staff member that she was off & walked away. We wont be attending this location ever again ... Seigen location is the absolute best, Ive heard! Kudos 2 the staff that did help us out 2 make my grandsons 1st B-day memorable.

Ticket machines run out quickly but the staff is friendly and there is a nice family atmosphere

The employees act as though you are an aggravation not a customer. The games only work about half of the time. They advertise cold beer and never have any.

The best place for a kid.

My child had fun but as usual a few of the games were down and only 2 ticket machines were working out of 6. They had a great variety of game options I just wasnt pleased with all the broken machines.

Great place thats fun for the kids that serves pizzas, salad, etc where you can throw birthday party celebrations thats fun & entertaining for the whole family. Its a great way to eat, play, & have fun together especially when its raining or cold outside & you & the kiddos want to get out of the house for a while without freezing to death outside & not having anywhere to go where you all wont get soaked outside thanks to the rain and/or any really bad/ugly weather. Its literally the closest thing to having Heaven here on if you ask any child :-)

We used a coupon for an hour of all you can play and it was worth it. Great way to get some energy out and you dont have to break the bank.

I brought my kids here and the manager got mad when a machine was paying out too many tickets. While my kids and somebody else had credits in and were playing the manager told us we had to stop playing and unplugged it. I spent $100 that day on games alone and Ill go somewhere else next time. I wont be going to this location anymore.

The games kept breaking. Some of the employees were uninterested in doing their jobs.

Pizza was very good, that’s about the best thing I can say about this experience. Tables were sticky, drink station and most toys were gross. No sanitizer or anything available. Cashier seemed tired and wasn’t helpful or friendly. Had over 1000 tickets, but all the toys were OUT... even though my kid could see the options, the girl said they’re all locked up and for that reason she could not give my kid the toys he wanted. Then what was left was dumb candy, and that was outrageously marked at 60 tickets for one flippin tootsie roll... REALLY.? I’ll probably try the other Chuck E Cheese in BR next time. Hopefully they’re cleaner and friendlier.

Kids had a blast, pizza was fresh. Place needs some updating and the characters need some TLC. Staff was very friendly but prizes were limited. A huge let down for excited kiddos.

We went to chucky cheese not long ago. Parked the vehicle. Walked around to unbuckle my daughter. I look down and there is a NEEDLE AND SPOON right by her door. Had I not been there she probably would have picked it up wondering what it was. I told management. TWO HOURS later we walk out and THEY’RE STILL THERE.On the same visit my niece (not even 3 years old) was walking and walked behind Chucky as he was posing for a photo with another kid. He SHOVED HER TO THE GROUND to get her out of the photo.Of course I emailed higher ups about both incidents. All they could tell me was “they’ll look into it.”Literally. I had to ask if I was responded to by a robot. Apparently physical assault and drug paraphernalia don’t get an actual human being response.I would think twice about going to chucky cheese.

Food is great, employees were very nice & helpful. The atmosphere was a little tense as they had quite a few families hogging machines and racking up tickets. Outside of the building was a little scary, many homeless people hanging around.

Scheduled a birthday party from 12:30 until 2:00 and was asked to leave at 1:30 so they could prepare for the next party.i guess they thought I that I was going to pay for them to have 30 minutes to clean up and set up? Not on my time and money!!! I dont think so! Just very unpleasant staff!!

Service was slow, some of the servers had bad attitudes and were not friendly. We had to ask for plates and cups that shouldve been given. There were multiple parties but they should have been more prepared, friendly and organized.

Good place to bring children

Kids had fun only reason I gave it a four because by them going off cards now and not tokens one of the children I had there lost his card and 17.00 a card per child and it was nothing they can do about it or replacing it 17.00 gone down the drain kids move quick you cant expect them to keep with that or remember to pick up the card after playing a game its nothing for a kid another kid to take it or switch them out because its running off time so if another kid switch it out and a kid who been there longer than your child just trying to play longer its noway to know its your kids card you as a parent wondering why your kids card out of time so quick but other than that it was fun

Restraunt on Sherwood forest blvd. in Batonrouge ,was not even open 15 min. Past opening time. We were not even offered clean plates for the salad bar, not to mention the lettuce was not even put onto the bar until we asked. There was one server, her attitude was just non chalaunt....Terrible dining experience....

This place is dirty and it smells horrible as soon as you walk in. My son wanted to order pizza and a drink so I ordered and when we went to get our drinks, the soda fountain was so gross that I didn’t even want a drink out of there. The games there are old and a lot of them don’t work properly. I’m not sure how this place is in business or why any parent would want to take their child there.

To crouded. Filthy. Ran out of toys. Most machines do not work. Someone even hit and ran my car. Foods outrageously priced. No sanitaryness no hand sanitizers or nothing. Very gross and out of most toys.

My experience at Chuck-E-Cheese was horrible I gave my granddaughter a birthday party she was making one and had planned the event 2 days before with the management there when we arrive we was Hoodwinked into thinking we were receiving another Pizza outside the package deal when it was time for us to depart we had our celebration ruined by having the police called on us because we were faced with a bill that we were not aware of the manager there... some foreign girl who was very rude.... left after she had made the chaos and was nowhere to be found but thankfully we were acquitted of any charges LOL I probably will go to another Chuck-E-Cheese especially if that particular manager is there .... they get the thumbs-down Siskel and Ebert

This location is definitely much better than the one near Siegen Lane. While some of the machines are out of order, the staff is always been good about giving those tokens to play other games if our tokens get taken. Water managers have been very good, some of the staff needs some serious training on customer service. The food on the buffet was okay, but not worth the price that they want to charge for little kids to eat.

Worst place ever. came in no one greeted us . the guy just waited on us to stick out our hand to get stamped. we came in with a big party and they several booths available but the tables were dirty. i went to the front and informed someone yet nobody came so i wiped three tables off myself. this place is disgusting and dirty and filled with lazy employees

Probably the worst Chuck E Cheese Ive ever seen with the problems with at least half of the games we tried to play. I was having to chase down the maintenance person about every 20 minutes or so to fix something. Other than that it was pretty updated with good games.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Im a small person so went with my 11 month old son into the little tunnel play place thing and there was feces, old feces everywhere!! The whole place reeked of urine. I am so disgusted and disappointed! My son put a piece in his mouth and now we are on our way to the hospital. Hows that for a first time at chuck e cheese?Not to mention the customer service was terrible and the food taste like it had dirt in it! Most disgusting place Ive ever been to.

18 mo babies waited 1 hr. To see a 3 min show. That was disgusting. A bag of garbage sat in front of the stage. Dusty characters. Really sad. They make money tho. Games And on the food. Wish i could have posted a pic. They sat my pizza on a table that was filled with trash and spilled drinks from previous customers. Really really disturbing......

Buzzy buzzy bee honeypot game is at this location and not on Siegen.Siegen has better games such as deal or no deal,monopoly,super monkey ball and barrel of monkeys.I go to Siegen location more because of sensory sensitive Sunday.Will be back to Sherwood boardwalk again.

We use to go all the time but last couple of times most of the games werent working. Then when we would go to register to order or so kids could cash in tickets the employees wouldnt be there if they were they were aggervated.

Fun for the kids, but a little aggravating for me. Get off the stupid machine if you dont have a token and no I am not going to give you a token, go find your parents. I know it might sound mean, but it happens.

Brought my son there to celebrate his Birthday on a week night a few weeks ago. Surprisingly , even though we were like the only people there, food order still got messed up and all staff was indifferent to correcting it. Offered tokens instead of bringing out the meal that was ordered. But it was a clean facility and most if not all the games/rides were working.

Its still a great place. Clean bathrooms, nice employees, great manager. However the machines are always broken, dont give tickets, and not they are almost all two tokens a game. Also, I dislike the fact that prizes need SO MANY TICKETS. My kids will at the most have 100 tickets and walk away with a laffy taffy, plastic ring, a tiny eraser and a sticker. REALLY? I spend a lot of money there and its big let down when a plastic bracelet is 50,tickets and a laffy taffy is I think 20???? Anyway my point is that games should all be ONE TOKEN and certain prizes should be 5 tickets or less.
