My first time visiting this place. The service started off good then it went 1000 percent down hill. We sat down and ate our food and order food to go .After sitting down for an hour waiting on food half the order came and we were just sitting and waiting had to tell them some of the order was missing . Once we received the rest of the order we left .Only to get home and realize we were still missing something from the order. Our server Reggie was very professional and accommodating of our request while providing excellent customer service. It just was the wait and order being wrong that I was very dissatisfied with that made this experience not a pleasant one.

Love this place. I’ve been taking my son there for the past year or two. This is probably the best place where you can get bowling laser tag and games. The food at the grind is amazing. The prices are quite reasonable and we enjoy the atmosphere. Great family place for a getaway

This is my second time attending this place with my son. Our first experience was great. Friendly staff and a lot of games for all ages. Today was just awful. The staff seemed unconcerned and bothered. We were trying to order food while we were bowling. The employees were talking with a friend that had brought their baby to see the staff. I’m just casually standing there waiting to be greeted and served. It took so long I just went back to the bowling alley with my family. When we finished we went to the laser tag. The room smelled like mildew and it was very warm. I didn’t want to spoil my son’s day for receiving all A’s but this place was awful. I wanted to leave but I knew Main Event had a two hour wait. It would’ve definitely been worth the wait after this experience. I don’t see this place making it long.

The place looks nice and the inside is clean. But the service is not up to standard. I dont know if the staff just doesnt care or the management isnt training them. The food was okay I guess. The bowling alley was not working correctly most of the time. It was down for most of our hour. But I will say the laser tag area was nicely ran and it was really fun. The staff needs to learn from the laser tag attendant. I dont think we will go back until the management team changes

Cards for games didn’t work. Service at front desk was slow and not personable. Multiple games were broken or took your money. Can’t use kiosks to reload cards with debit cards so have to wait in line again. 1.5 hour wait for a bowling lane with empty lanes and no sign of parties. Name wasn’t called when lane opened up. The bowling lane return ball shoot was broken.We will not be back.

Website said open, after driving 45 minutes they actually are closed. Even the phones said they were open. Should have listen to the reviews.

We had soooooo much fun on my little girls birthday!

The service was lacking overall. Our waitress was relatively attentive but she had airpods in. The Grind (the restaurant attached to the arcade) has a new menu, meaning they dont have certain items, but they dont actually have new copies of the menu printed so what we saw wasnt available.I ordered two cocktails--the first (Rum Punch) was fine, but the second (Blue Hawaiian) took a long time to be made (despite there being two customers sitting at the bar and only my party of three sitting in a booth in the entire restaurant and there being at least five employees on the floor). I seriously thought the server forgot to put the order in. When I finally did get my second drink, all of the blue Curacao was sitting at the bottom and I had to mix it myself.My husbands burger came out medium-well on one side and medium-rare on the other; most places specify when burgers/steak default to medium or they ask how you would like it done.The food itself was okay, not worth the price. The arcade itself is the worst part. Many of the games didnt work, either eating credits or simply being turned off. The Avengers pinball machine has only one working flipper (the right side)... So that was not fun.Finally, the bathrooms were nasty. The mens room had sticky floors, and the womens room didnt have the toilet paper rolls in the dispensers. The handicapped stall in the womens room also did not have a door and someone left the toilet unflushed. The soap dispensers had obviously been attached to the wall and then removed, but the walls were not repaired or repainted.We were really looking to have a good time here because we like drinks, food, and games... But we will NOT be coming back.

Get two stars because of decent price. The two girls at the front dont know what theyre doing. If the ball gets stuck, it takes forever to get service mean while your time is still ticking...

Very disappointed in the service. We were the only ones in the whole place and it would take 20 minutes to bring our drinks. It seemed the servers were more interested in watching the football game than taking care of its customers. The food is good but with the slow service, Im not sure of going back.

My mom and I walked in around 1:30 on a Monday afternoon. There was no one behind the counter. After standing there for several minutes, and wondering if they were closed but forgot to lock the door, my mom went and found the person who was supposed to be manning the front. We were assigned a lane, and paid for an hour of bowling. After a couple frames, our lane went dark. We told the front person, and after standing around for a couple minutes, our lane was back up. HOWEVER, the ball return was not working, so we got to wait around for another few minutes while they tried to fix the ball return, my mom finally asks if we could be refunded for our bowling time, and given that money on an arcade card. All the front person did was move our lane to the lane next to it, WHICH SHARED THE SAME BALL RETURN. This was my second experience at Quarters, and the first one was terrible as well (they were closing early for mother’s day, did not tell us, allowed us to buy an hour of bowling, and started stacking chairs around us as we played). We will not be coming back.

I was less than impressed with the amount of games available. It seems to me that there are more broken games than working. No one was working the bar when we arrived.

Place has gone downhill. Took the kids to play some arcade games. Many games not working or functioning properly. You can’t redeem tickets for prizes anymore as they shut down the prize shop but still plenty of ticket only kinds of games which are now worthless and having to explain to the kids to not play those games was frustrating. Will never return.

Clean and functioning. Fun for kids and adults. We played laser tag and arcade games. Well save bowling for another day.

The arcade was very fun, however most of the staff could not care less about the customers. We sat down at a table in the restaurant and waited for 10 minutes and a server didn’t even come to our table. When we tried to see if there was a bowling lane open there were two obviously teenage girls sitting next to the front door on their phones just staring at us. In short, the best part of our short time there was the part where we didn’t have to interact with the staff.

30% of the games were broken out simply took credits from my card. There was no one to redeem tickets so we just left. It was a good idea that died out quickly....

I literally wasted my time and money... I purchased a $10 arcade game play just to see how everything was since I was in town from another state...every machine except two took credits off the card and the machines werent even working...and when I talked to the staff about it they didnt care anything about it couldnt even let my baby get a damn small rubber ball and bracelet due to the fact that their machines werent functioning properly...like really a rubber ball and bracelet that comes out of a 25¢ machine. I can definitely guarantee you that I will not be going here again...luckily I only spent $10 nothing more...and I had to stay in the establishment due to the fact that the people I came with were bowling...I was extremely thirsty and wouldnt dare give them another dollar cause I was scared their machine would take the money and not give me the drink

Lot of games were broken/offline. No alcohol wipes for the VR headset, and one of them was broken. Average experience overall, nothing terrible to note but nothing amazing. Will be back just not my first choice.

I would definitely recommend Quarters if you’re looking for something fun to do. The staff is always friendly and the food and drinks at The Grind are great. The live music on Saturday nights is worth the cover charge.

Very fun place, but the service during lunch was less than adequate. Only had one server that hardly ever checked in, only one cook in the kitchen. Im sure the experience is different in the evening but would not recommend visiting during day. Kids did have fun but could have payed a lot less for a similar outing elsewhere with better service.

Had a great time... Couldnt take the bowling seriously, as the lanes are obviously warped. Kids enjoyed.

Most of the machines were broken, bowling wouldve taken us over a hour to two, and the drinks were expensive.

My family and I had fun of course, but the restaurant definitely needs some shapin up! There wasnt any service available and we had to get a pizza from little caesars next door.

The front desk is almost always unmanned and youre waiting for a while just to pay or get help with anything else, the bowling lanes ball release keeps some of your bowling balls, most of the arcade games dont work but there are no signs letting patrons know which ones are not operable and there is no A/C in the place feels like. Felt like I was about to faint of heat exhaustion after 2 rounds of laser tag.

Games? Prizes? An arcade craves not these things.

This place sure has gone down hill since opening. Last two visits the draft beer was not working and couldnt get sticks for the pool tables. Looks like people are stealing the sticks .. I dunno.

It did not work good for us. Bowling alley was not functioning correct. We played without the front pin. We complained about it but nobody fixed the problem. It was expensive for the poor service.

25$ is the lowest funds for a card, and they charge for the cards, so you better hang on to it if you plan on going back, every thing looked nice and clean in the game room, the girls bathroom was missing some of the locks on the bathroom Doors,on one of the sinks the hot water didnt work.

My 7 year old absolutly loves quarters. We have a blast everytime we go!!

I give it 3 stars only cause in the game and bowling area you will have a great time. Just do not eat in the restaurant. Not well managed at all.managment yells at staff in front of customers and you will wait quit awhile to get served on also not very curtious.ate here on Sunday 6/22/19 food was great but unfortunately thats all that was.

Horrible. Half of the games did not work. I went to the desk and was refunded a random $8 when I know I spent way more on machines that didnt work. She gave me a credit for $10 instead. So now I have a $40 game card with basically no games to play. Anyone want to buy it? Id love for the manager to reach out so I can get my money back. I would definitely not bring my kids here. When it opened it was great. Now its just a trashy rip off. It seems to be more focused on the club that is now located inside. I didnt go in there so not sure about that one.

We have taken our kids here for several birthday parties and theyve always had a great time, particularly with the laser tag.They have a nice selection of arcade games but they are expensive. Note: if you go to a party and get a time-limit arcade pass be sure to ask if points (like tickets at Chucky Cheese) are accrued. My son hit the jackpot on one of the games and won a huge amount of points. He was told that they were void, however, because he was using a timed arcade card. He was so sad.Recently, we ate at the bar. I was not expecting much since the food at other party places is sub-par. However, we ordered the BBQ pizza and IT WAS SO GOOD. We couldnt believe it. The bartender was super friendly, too. It would be a fine place for adults to just go and have drinks. No party needed!

I only gave one star because I could not give 0 but the games half of them worked and when we went to cashout after spending 40 dollars on a game card only to be told that its not working today with no sympathy in the world not even a sorry (the card reader to pick a prize ddnt work) should have been something told yo me at the front door barely get to spend time with the kids because of the way I work so DEFINENTLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Modern and exciting atmosphere! I havent been to an entertainment complex and my family and I had a blast. The only drawback are adults walking around with beer bottles, and there were a couple of bottles laying around. Would be nice if required to keep drinks at the bar. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

Endless entertainment does not apply to Sundays. They were out of so many items in the restaurant - it was unreal. We paid for three games of bowling for three people, plus a two year old and chose to leave after the second game because of the serious depletion plaguing the restaurant. Had there been enough alcohol (Titos or Stoli and beers), plus the food we wanted, then we would have absolutely stayed. When we asked for a refund for our third game we were denied because the girl working the counter comped our two year out without us asking for the favor in the first place. Perhaps it was just an off night, but as first time patrons it certainly did not resonate well. Not to mention I do not believe we got the $5 bloody Mary deal as listed for Happy Hour on Sundays, which is probably a result of them being out of lower level vodkas - not sure this should have been our problem. Customer service is quite questionable and as a result we are not likely to return.

The only good things here is pool and bowling though the pool tables arent in the best condition. Everything else is just ludicriouldy expensive.

Too expensive for a family to enjoy themselves. Not enough games and each game is $1 or more to play. Blew through $40 in 20 min with 3 kids

Very disappointed. We got there right after opening on a Sunday and many games were broken and the prize corner was almost completely empty. When we told an employee a game was broken and asked if someone could come address it or give us the credits we’d put in (that were still unused on the machine) no one ever came, and when we went to exchange credits no one was there at the desk. The selection of games was good, but there were only a handful of small prizes available, with well over half the shelves completely empty. We left without exchanging them since there was barely anything left on the walls.

The whole place is in terrible condition. Nothing else to say.

There were so many games that didnt work, and a good amount of them didnt have signs even after they had to refund ours and other customers money. It was in the 90s outside today and it felt equally got outside. We had small children so we were hoping to bowl by the game, which you cant reserve online. We got put on a waiting list, but any reservations trumps that, so after 3 hours we have. The food in the Grind was good. Service was okay. After we decided to leave, we attempted to cash out our tickets, and their system was down for the whole day so we couldnt do that. Disappointment after disappointment. We still have money on our card, but Ill be surprised if we go back.

It would be a good move to make it known this is an adult only(21 and up) spot Fridays and Saturdays after 10pm. We arrived at 8pm on a Friday but my 2 daughters 10 and 12 couldnt bowl because they have to be out by 10pm accompanied by an adult or not. Bowling was the only reason they wanted to come. A more descriptive website would have saved us the drive. Were in town for the weekend, 1st time in Baton Rouge so we had no idea. Not a good spot if u have kids trying to spend some family time at night on the weekend.

Not quite what I was looking for. But the guest services were able to help with all the questions no matter how dumb they were. Arcade is seriously lacking in things, laser tag was fun but equipment could be updated and bowling was as fun as you make bowling.

We had 4 bowling lanes reserved for a work Christmas party. It was so much fun! I didnt get to try the arcade or laser tag, but bowling was nice.

Terrific customer service. They went above and beyond to take care of me. Alcohol is priced fantastically (through their connecting restaurant the grind). Food is okay. Not great, but it gets the job done. Bowling is a blast. Very updated seating and computers for the lanes.

Always a fun family time at Quarters. Bowling, laser tag, arcade, billiards, and sports bar (The Grind) all under one roof...what else could one ask for? The food is actually pretty good and if youre lucky you can catch some great live music on some Friday nights. Try it, you wont regret it.

Great games. The laser tag was better than I thought it would be. Its a great venue for parties. There used to be a Latin dance night that was amazing. I hope they bring it back. The bowling is fun too. A little overpriced in my opinion. The food looks tasty, but Ive heard from current and former employees, that the establishment isnt the most sanitary and was advised to never eat there.

I was FREAKIN awesome. 75,000 in one round. I ran out of ammo so I snuck up behind them and scared them so bad she fell on the floor screaming.I hit 3 jackpots playing some ball game.Im so great!Edit: The place was good too.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. SERIOUSLY. The games are a rip off & do not work properly. They just take your money & then the game just doesn’t start. Attempted to bowl & 2 minutes in the rack wouldn’t reset so pressed the reset button AND requested for service.. 10 minutes later no one showed up. Also, as this was happening, the lane next to us apparently couldn’t fit in their seats so they took it upon themselves to walk through where our lane was. RUDE AS HELL & never said excuse us!! Went to let the guy working at the counter know that we requested service 10 minutes ago & he was too busy talking to another worker (keep in mind we are paying $30 by the hour so every minute counts) .. got my money back for “bowling” but did not get my money back for the arcade games that did not work. Another note, kids sit at the arcade games with no money in the machine & act like they’re playing. QUIT GIVING THIS PLACE MONEY PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! Btw this was honestly my first review that’s how horrible the experience was. Wouldn’t want anyone else to be as let down as we were!!!

January 18th we went here and asked some of our friends to meet us here to celebrate with us because we were getting married the very next day. They did a great job accommodating us and the waitress was excellent the problem comes when my soon to be wife goes to use the restroom and goes through where the pool tables are and someone had pulled the plastic covering off and left it on the floor. She slips and falls and caught herself. There was a waiter that saw but she thought she was going to be fine just a little sore. She goes for a second time and someone had picked up the plastic and closed the black curtains. Meanwhile we get married the very next day then traveling the day after that. Her arm is still hurting. While on our honeymoon is Disney with no transportation we find a after hour clinic to take us and low and behold her elbow is fractured. Meanwhile my mother tries to call and tell the manager what happened and Mr. Willie was very rude with her and didn’t get any information or help. He could have handled in a much better fashion. WE ARE ON OUR HONEYMOON and my mother was trying to help. My now wife is in a arm wrap with a fractured elbow. I understand she should have reported that day of the fall but we had a wedding the very next day and she thought she would be fine. I think we are more upset at the fact the way the manager handled my mother when she was trying to help us. We aren’t the suing type but if matters can’t be handled in a proper attitude then something needs to be done. I’m pretty sure there are video cameras in this facility. Plus there was a waiter that saw her fall as well which leads me to believe the reason for everything being picked up directly after my wife fall. We spent hundreds of dollars at the establishment this night and will no longer be back due to the lack of caring and professionalism.**Update after four months countless doctors and medical bills and an actual BROKEN ELBOW my wife is finally healing. Have never heard one word from this company!! Lucky we aren’t sue happy people. Lucky we were dealing with countless other issues besides this like the death of grandmother a month after our wedding and a totaled vehicle guess we just have this luck but not even a is your wife ok response!!!!!! LESSON LEARNED this place doesn’t care**

We were surprised to find that the games werent overpriced. There was a good variety, and it was very clean. We will definitely be back frequently. We already enjoyed this as a bowling spot, but we were happy to discover that there was more to offer.

The food was terrible and made me sick. The staff was somehow worse than the food in the sense of execution of duty but to your face they were courteous. The only save was the games were acceptable with the youngsters. But they had no one running the priza area so if the kids had some tickets they couldn’t redeem them. Whats the point?

Went to try out the laser tag. Ended up being an hour and half wait for next game slot so got a game card to try out the arcade. Somewhat limited selection with prices Id expect per play. If going during peak hours I could see having trouble getting on a game you want to play. Whole setup is nice but did not try the restaurant or bowling. I was loved the laser tag arena and was pleasantly surprised by the game mechanics. Most arenas Ive played you have unlimited ammo and went hit you just turn off for a few seconds and come back on. Instead, you have ammo and health bar. If you run out of ammo or die you need to go back to your team base to reload or respawn which I loved. Changes the dynamic of the game.

Had a wonderful time bowling, drinking and eating with my friends. Reggie is the best. And they offer a military discount.

We went for a birthday party here and I think everyone including myself had a great time. We started off bowling the lanes were nice and the software for the lanes was easy enough my kids could figure out. The party host was a little sparse . Next we went into the party room and then immediately into laser tag. This is where I had the most fun. It really highlights how out of shape you are when you are running around and squating constantly. Then we went into the party room again for cake and refreshments. Lastly, the games were nice and all were pretty new. I like the fact that there are no coins or tickets. This made everything a lot easier.

Great place! Very clean, except the restroom sinks had no running water, and the soap dispensers were empty. Also, no toilet paper in 2 stalls. (But, there was an almost empty bottle of hand sanitizer!!!) We went as a group from work, and ordered plenty of food . Every thing was delicious! Great place to bring kids. We all had a great time!

Food taste good. Watching sports on TVs great. No wait. Service started good ended bad. No follow up for drink refills, no napkins, and had to wait more than 30 mins for a returned table service. A lot of coworker to coworker social hour at the bar

Although I thought I had made a reservation I obviously did not finish the process. We decided to get on the waiting list we waited for a few hours but we were very comfortable and able to watch the lay ball game. Samantha (I think) and the manager on duty last night went over and above because of a error on my part and is waiting an extended amount of time. Thank you guys! We will be back

Took my daughter for Mothers Day and we had so much fun in arcade. We also are in the restaurant, the food was unexpectedly great tasting. Fun for adults and kids!

Very impressed. Food was great (really!) Had a birthday party for an 8 year old boy (with an incredible Groupon). Went great, but if I had it to do over again, Id have had them provide a host, and filled the suggested routine. Would have made life easier. Still, kids had a blast.

Simply put....not enough service

I tried several times to reach someone to ask questions about bowling with a group. No one answered the phone or questions posted as the website indicates. I am a little hesitant about bringing a group with that type of customer service. Would love to come with a group.

An enjoyable place for adults and kids.

Went for a kids birthday party and I ordered food. The food was really good! The speed of service was not as good. I have 3 different appetizers and it took 45 minutes just for my food. There were others in my group that ordered after me and they were an hour plus wait just for appetizers.

We bowled. All ages! Had fun! Wasnt too crowded for a Sunday afternoon. Good wings, good pizza. Next time.....GAMES!

Everyone was pleasant and very patient with our 4 and 1 1/2 year old girls. The food was great. I definitely will return.

My experience for a birthday party was horrible. The staff member that greet us was very inappropriate. She stated to her coworker that she was not working a party and they can find someone else to work it. The party host was lazy and not helpful at all. The host had the party package wrong. She stated she couldnt tell what package I had, after I told her what party package was ordered. The party room was filthy, the table cloth was dirty with homes and dried food on them. I will never have a party at this ever again. The staff is horrible and not professional.

This is a great place to hang out with friends and blow off some steam from the work week. They have bowling, games, food and drinks. Its a little pricy but the atmosphere is pretty high class. Everything is well maintained and the decor is modern. The employees are usually pretty nice too. I used to stop here after work on weekdays bc weekends can be a bit crowded. Im no longer living in Baton Rouge, but would definitely enjoy an evening of fun at quarters if I return to the city. The reason I gave this 4 stars is bc the prices are a bit high and the building could be a little larger.

Sign and website says they are open at 11am. However, per the owner they are closed to the public until 4pm on Mondays.

Good news is the remodel looks great! I called to reserve lanes for a corp event and the person on the phone told me that was fine, but I had to come in to reserve the lanes. I made the drive out there to make the reservation just to be told by the same guy that they are booked. I understand mistakes happen, but this was not the case. This was a situation where the employee would have rather been doing anything else other than his job.

Can be very fun but not worth it. Everything is very overpriced, the best games either do not work or do not give tickets. The service though is possibly the worst all around, from the check in desk to the bowling/pool and the bar. Check in desk is always very rude and inform you that most things are either closed or do not work for no reason, they cannot give an answer as to why. The bars are a joke, one is always closed and the other you stand there for 10 minutes as workers pass you by and do not attempt to serve you.

Cleanliness is not a priority as soon as you walk in your not greated you go up to the register and your standing there waiting to be attended to. I GUESS WHO EVER THE GIRL WAS WITH ON VIDEO CHAT WITH WAS MORE IMPORTANT. When I finally get serviced they gave me a rack of balls which the white was was cracked. This is the second time I came here and got the same rack of balls. The pool table is disgusting smells like vomit and there are drink stains on it. This place was once great and now it keeps sucking ASS!!!

We got there 5 minutes early, my husband is a quad in a wheelchair and cannot sweat. They wouldn’t let us in even 2 minutes early to prevent him from having a heat stroke. The manager was very rude and told us he needed to go back to our car and wait

Nice arcade. I was bowling and at the bar. The staff were very helpful when our Lane has issues and the bartender was very generous.
