My family and I enjoyed the self for of the museum and the boat would recommend it to anyone interested in history and way of life on a military boat.

It was fun, expensive but fun. The arcade cost twice what it should. Mini golf should put drainage on their course. Most the holes had standing water. I know it had rained earlier, but the holes should run a drainage pipe to a lower point so I dont have to get the ball out of 6 of water. And the course itself had parts with bad water.It was fun, and I would definitely go again. But it will have to be after a good paycheck with Overtime on it.

Went in to play batting and ride the golf carts... we were not greeted by 3 staff members. We had to catch one of the young men coming in from the outside, and ask how to purchase for the batting and golf carts. He called over the walkie for assistance, a young lady came to the counter, she did not greet us. I had to do all the talking. I asked for the prices and she looked in the air. At that point I had enough. I will never visit this place again while I’m in Baton Rouge. Please don’t waste your time visiting here. The employees are extremely rude.

I had fun with the kids on a rainy day. But I will say the outside stuff is what truly makes this place fun.

Our family visit on 7/31/2020 was terrible! The employees at celebration station are extremely rude. I asked an employee a question and was completely ignored. The employees working the go carts were letting their friends skip the line after my daughter and her friend had been waiting in line. Not to mention, during a pandemic, they were not wiping down or sanitizing ANYTHING! They did not spray off games or go carts for the duration of our time there, which was about 2 hours. Way over priced for the awful experience and very unwelcoming staff!

Celebration station is an overall okay place. Pretty dirty inside, and the food and drinks takes a long time to come out. Last time we went a lot of the rides were shut down, and some of the go karts gave out. mini golf was fun. Inside the games are super overpriced and a lot of grime around.

Excellent as usual. Took the Church kids there fir a Saturday outing, and the service was great. Employees were very courteous and accommodating. The go-cart rides were great. For only $25.00, all you can eat Pizza and drinks... $10.00 of game tokens... and all you want to ride all day.The kids love it. I loved it. Everyone loved it. Kudos to Celebration Station.We will certainly make this a twice-per-year Church Kids outing.

Some of the machines dont work, and 99.9% of the staff/managers are rude and unhelpful. The indoor games are over-priced, the pizza was decent, but took forever to be served. The other reviews are spot on dealing with the workers and the establishment. The only fun thing was the go-karts. (And theyre on their last leg as well)

This is a fun super fun place to go. If you wanting relax its not the perfect place to go. If you want to have fun and play a ton of games and be inergetic then it is the perfect game for you to go to. It has a like snouts million game. It also has miniature golf course that is fun for the whole family. They have rides for the little one like swings that go around in a circle, a miniature roller coaster and go karts for the little one. They also have go karts for the teens and adults. It is a really fun place and you should try it out if you have never been there before

The card versus token is a rip-off. The service was horrific. Waited an hour and 22 minutes for pizza and 45 min for wings and in line for 35 with only 4 people ahead of me. The cards are not for customers but for the biz as kids do not pay attention and the games do Not have posted how much to play so the cards are gone in minutes. Rip-off as you do not know what or how many coins each game takes. Not practical for kids and that is who we take. Go back to TOKENS.

Forgot how much I love this place. One of the last places we can still have fun with the family. Go carts, golf. The games are kind of really expensive but if you can busy yourself on other stuff- it’s worth it!

I love this place i went to ride the go carts and the staff was amazing the guy did a great job of making sure the line was moving and the riding were operating in a efficient manner i forgot his name but it said something about employee of the month but my overall experience was amazing and i can’t wait to come back with me and my family thoe the food wasn’t the best for the price my overall experience was amazing and the guys did a great job of making of controlling the bad drivers to make it safer for everyone else mini golf was great as always overall i love this place and can’t wait to come back

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not have a birthday party here ! They told me I would have a host to help with everything and she stood around talking to her coworker the whole time ! When I booked the party I was told one parent ride free with each paid kid and when it was time to get the wristbands I was told that’s not true ! I had to pay $11 for each parent to ride with their child! I paid over $400 for my son party and it was the worst experience of my life ! A big waste of money ! Non of the managers even cared or showed any sympathy when I informed them ! Horrible customer service ! Never doing business here again ! Please have your child birthday party else where if your thinking about having it at Celebration Station!

I love going here for my birthday with the family, Im nothing but a big kid at 39. Last year was the only time I didnt go because of the staff and i been going for 6 years straight. Imma try it again this year but if the staff is the same this year this will be my last year ever. The staff should be a Lil more cheery and helpful and then itll be a awesome place again.

Screaming kids, running and being drug around (literally saw someone dragging their child by the ankles), tired parents, and the smell of stale pretzels. This is a very interesting place to visit, the people watching is almost better than the mini golf. Entertaining and fun if you dont expect anything more than a good time.

This place just needs to go ahead and close down.Dirty, smelly, the cold drink machine was Molded; I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like!Please dont let your kids eat from here.When trying to pay for bumper car rides for my son the machine just kept going down. Come pay $25 for a game of Putt-Putt and enjoy your view of multiple non-english-speaking races lavishly strutting the course as if no one else there paid the money to play. And that, is huevos, vato. (3 stars.. 1 for each course)

I went here Saturday and the best thing about the place was the go carts to say thereS a kid running the track the lines was smooth and running efficient and they made sure nobody was skipped and they had more carts ready to go for the broken one the inside could be better but the big carts are the best attractions here.

The mini golf is fun, and the go karts and games inside are fun, when they actually work, which is a RARE occasion, the inside is dirty, and looks like it got hit directly by the sahara desert dust storm

I brought my son this past weekend and he enjoyed every moment. From the rides to the games to the great food. Celebration station is our go to fun spot! There was this one employee that went over and beyond for us and made our visit one of the BEST! Her name Jasmine and she was such a sweetheart and very helpful cashier to us. Thanks

Used to be a nice place but now its run down and way over priced. Cost me $250 for my 3 kids to play less than 45 mins on the games and I was tired of wasting money refilling the card $35 each time for them to play another 10 mins each time so we left. Save your money and go to chucky cheese. Its nicer with more up to date stuff and the kids play longer for not even half the money

It was our first time here and it was such a disappointing experience. The weather radar was clear so we bought the day pass arm band. It started raining within 30 minutes so we went inside to play games while it passed. When it became clear that it wasnt going to pass, I went to the desk to ask a question (after I had read the weather policy). The employee was very rude and didnt even give me a chance to speak. She just pushed a printed copy of the policy in front of me. I asked another employee to try to get clarification and I do not believe she was honest in her answer. Zero effort was made on either of their parts; it was more of an inconvenience to their standing around socializing. We finished using the tokens on my kids cards and left. I am not sure we will return. The staff was rude and didnt seem to care.

This was our first time visiting and the customer service made it a horrible experience. No greetings, no friendly faces, lines everywhere while employees visibly sat around not working. When I went out to purchase our minigolf game there was one person ahead of me finishing up their transaction. They walked away, I walked up to the window and it was empty. I proceeded to wait 5 minutes for someone to come, during which time 2 people peeked in and saw me there but did not say anything. Minigolf was fun, everything was fine with the course. Then my husband went to buy gokart tickets while I watched the go-kart employees play on their phones and ignore everyone. After about 10 minutes my husband came back and said that the machine was not working. While he was waiting for them to fix it another customer came and complained about how they were waiting to get on rides while employees sat around and ignored them, so thats when my husband gave up on waiting because he didnt want to finally get a ticket only to wait another 10+ for an employee to let him on the ride. We then went inside and decided to finish our fun family outing with food and arcade games. My buzzer went off saying food was ready, and I went to the end of the counter where the food came out and waited. After several minutes of being ignored by employees who refused to look at me as the walked by, an employee told me that the lady who was ringing up a large line of people would somehow help me. About 10 minutes later an employee finally came and gave us our food with no apology. I went to eat my chicken only to discover it was raw. I asked for a manager at this point and they remade our order but no manager ever came to say anything. We spent about as much time waiting in lines as we did actually enjoying our visit. There were plenty of employees walking around and talking to each other visible behind counters and at the rides, but almost none of them were actually working which added to the frustration. As much fun as we had with the mini golf, I think I will just go 2 more blocks to All-Star Lanes rather than deal with this complete lack of service.

I suggest someone deals with your employees.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the putt putt course was! Our group had a lot of fun. The only con was that it got really hard to see when the sun went down, the lights they have look cool but don’t fully light up the putting greens.

Thoroughly enjoyed the batting cages. Played some of the indoor games. The games are updated. Great place to go on a weekday off day during school. We had the whole place to ourselves. The bathrooms could stand to be updated, and a couple of the games, like guitar hero, had broken or faulty components. For the most part, though, its kept up okay.

Our school collaborates with Celebration Station for fundraising & it gives parents & kids a chance to play & bond!

Inside games are overpriced. 95% of the staff unwelcoming and rude. So hopefully they are not worried about furthering themselves. Restrooms are not up-to-date and are unnerving as in where’s my pepper spray. The food is decent once you get it – eventually. Celebration station? Not! Previous negative reviews were spot on and we should have found another option.

My husband brought me here to ride go karts. Right after we paid for them it started to rain and they got shut down. The manager was friendly and gave us our money back, also gave us two passes for next time we are in town. Nijah was extra sweet. She felt really bad about getting rained out and apologized. She made us feel welcomed. She was very kind, respectful, and acted like she cared about her job. Best customer service by far.

It was very presentable. I was just doing a walkthrough. Very simple and not too many options to choose from. Seemed very cozy and family oriented. It would be a great choice to bring the kids and just let them have a blast.

Where do I start. Took my kids weeks ago and they were so excited to see the rides like go carts. Watched from the parking lot for a while and noticed there was a little issue with controlling the croud. But there was a small cloud so I figure we could handle ourselves.We went in and exchanged $40 for credits and the machine didnt issue a card. It took a long time to get the manager to come and see about it but he eventually did.. no problem there. Because Im only one of the costumers.When he came, it seems like one of his subordinates was being short and belligerent to him. Basically lack respect... I asked both how they were, made some small talk while he fixed it and they finished and back to the office. We went to the gocart track. while walking to it, there was a major pile -up collision. Ok there were kids driving so it happens sometimes, but I have a 5 year old in the bunch she was to ride with me.. I brushed it off and we ahead and waited in line. Now its time for them the go to the pits. The operators were sort of vague and the kids didnt pay attention. Typical.. the there was another pile-up. I told my group to get out of line and go to the small gocarts. Supposing they got a point against their cards... well while going to the other carts, the same group that was just driving , was in line behind us. I again told my group to leave the line. Well we did a nice ( very pleasant ) game of miniature golf and decided to check the carts again. There was no real control established so we played games inside for only 1 game. that is when I saw the manager and the same subordinate, yelling and saying what I consider racial comment to him. That is when I pointed at the door.... the whole work staff there was a little excited about seeing the two yelling at each other. This followed us in the parking lot and I told my group to keep moving (while counting them lol ). We started our vehicle and the staff member sped off in his car. I saw the gocarts again and there is again no good safty incitives. The staff is young, but that was not the issue. Half of the attractions were shut down. It seem that they were understaffed and under trained. Looks like the first day of the work force for the staff and lack of respect for a manager that seemed to be overwhelmed. ... overwhelmed with babysitting them... they need training and a since of pride in doing a service. The food? I didnt even let my group try. Once again lazy attitudes like I just woke them up. seems like only a couple cared about the equipment. Golf clubs where collecting outside on one of the tables. I made sure we brought ous back.Its a shame because its a good section of attractions... just.no staff to give a care about operating them .. .

As many of the other reviews denoted, this place isnt bad for what it is, but there could be more variety. If you dont want to wait in long lines for go-carts or play putt-putt, you are stuck playing overpriced arcade games. I wish there was more supervision over the younger children, as those with laid-back parents run wild, skipping lines and screaming at the top of their lungs.

If they could do something with the flies all over the food that would be great. The only place I know that has alot of people especially kids and they cant control their flies. The games are okay but could be better.

Was awful I paid a all day pass for three people... One was a 4 year child the other was 6 they were short on help no one was there to accommodate the four year old with ride having to pay that much money for a 4 year old to ride she was only able to ride two ride

The manager tonight had no problem policing people on the go karts and discussing who could and couldnt drive on the microphone, but he had a big problem keeping his facility clean, including the restrooms and making sure customers wouldnt have to sit around waiting a long time for their food or to ride something in the kiddie area.

They have nice specials during holiday breaks. Plenty of fun for kids as well as adults.

First time taking my girl here and it was beyond the greatest experience ever!!! Tonight was a special date for my girl and I to celebrate her fantastic behavior all year at school and boy did they surely make her feel super special! Miss Princess Jasmine, (as my daughter referred to her, lol) went above and beyond for us while we got set for putt putt and even helped us figure out which rides my 6 year old was able to ride.Jamel came off his break to set up the swings and bumper cars/Go Kart for us as well. These two special people made us feel so welcome through and through! Couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our evening. My daughter hasn’t stopped beaming. Her smile is shining from ear to ear! Thanks so much guys- we can’t wait to come back!!!

I paid $99 for the family package, it included food, unlimited rides etc. They just “forgot” to tell me that most rides are not working. I asked for a refund back but they couldn’t give me one, instead they gave me $40 in cards to play in the arcade. It was a complete waste of money. Corporate needs to know that this place needs maintenance and the staff needs to be trained on how to properly handle the customers and the rides.

Their employees had so real bad attitudes and took it out on myself and others in our party because we were there the day before Hurricane Barry made landfall. Honeetly I believe they are always that rude to paying customers. They kids had a blast that is the only reason I am giving them 3 stars

Surprisingly this place is still a great place to visit. I used to come here when I was a teenager and used to have a blast. Now my kids are teenagers and weve recently come to ride go carts and utilize the batting cages and its still a great place! I figured it would be dilapidated and run down by now, but it looks like theyve taken care of the place and kept it up so its still a wonderful place to have fun just like it was 25 years ago.

Its a fun place not a lot for arcade section but definitely up to date games with what they do have, was cold and rainy when I went so outdoors was closed but from the looks of it they have a really big miniature golf course and nice size go cart track as well, but unfortunately thats all I can say about that which Im sure its what we all really want to know about. Got a cheeseburger and chicken strips for kids they loved it, they were better than average not anything to write home about but not really there for the food anyway right, suggest maybe eating then going there

Love this place... i went here as a kid, and now i get yo bring my kids.

Kids had a blast but the staff needs much improvement. Its gotten very ghetto as far as staff is concerned. My birthday girl was told she had to make a purchase to break a 20 even though I spent over $200 on the party alone and another$100 on my extra game credits. They spent most of the time gossiping rather than being helpful and our party person was hard to find all night. Waste of $300 if you ask me.

Its a fun place to take young children and make a family outing of it. Its dinner and entertainment all in one. Its relatively inexpensive, but you can easily spend a lot of money if you dont pay attention.

Was happy for the outdoor miniature golf area. Younger daughter really enjoys mini golf courses. Couldnt have enough fun there. The indoor games are pretty decent,other than the amount of tickets you get for the play. But I guess its good for younger kids.

They did not inform that if you are pregnant you cant get on any rides so my friend paid 120$ for rides and after paying she was informed she couldnt ride then workers would not give a refund they took too long with it food put too much salt on pretzel and were very rude to us DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILY FUN OR BIRTHDAY PARTIES

I had a pretty good experience. This was my first time and I didnt even know there was a Celebration Station in Baton Rouge. I didnt eat there but my son and I did the race track and it was not a busy day so we got to ride for like 5 minutes but it felt like 30 minutes. We were on it for a while. We bought the $35 game card and it lasted a while. We felt fulfilled and worth it and we had a lot of fun. Plus my son won the 5,000 ticket bag from the grapple machine. So that definitely topped our day. This place is soooooo much better than Dave and Busters. That place is a complete rip off. CS is a fun place to bring your kids but once on a while because while its moderately priced, its not cheap either. YMMV

Normally would have a great time there.How ever today was kind of dissatisfied with the karting track.There were a few karts that had little to no breaks and some that were unbelievably slower than normal.Great place for family fun, just need to better maintain their equipment for the prices they charge

Had a lot of fun. We went and played 2 of the mini golf courses which were fun. They also have an awesome arcade and mini rides for the little ones and go carts and great food. Definitely worth checking out. Great and friendly staff too with reasonable prices.

My girlfriend and I went here to play some mini golf. We played all 3 courses and ordered some food inside (wings and fries). Food was decent at best, took a long time (~45 minutes), and was a little overpriced in my opionion. We didnt play any of the arcade games or any other the other activities they had outside. Staff was very friendly though. Overall we had a fun time and would go back in the future.

Paid for all day passes.Most popular adult rides closes so they can all take 20 mins breaks (Should have rotating breaks). Understaffed and bad management. Waste of money!

DO NOT GO!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! The baseball machines are broken and will take all your funds off with one swipe. The bumper cars are not fully inflated (some are all the way flat). They have like 1 worker on about 3 rides so the wait is ridiculous. The weather policy is absurd. We bought an ALL DAY pass for the outdoor activities for $25 each person. After riding bumper cars 1ce, go kart 1ce & then getting to about 8 holes on put put, it started pouring down. We waited 45mins to attempt to resume our date. Still pouring. Asked for a rein check but manager told us we had more than enough time to enjoy all festivities so she wasnt issuing one. Now mind you we had to wait over an hour for our food bc when we arrived they were changing the grease. They dont give refills so we had to purchase another drink to finally drink with our food. This place is all around miserable. The customer service is terrible. The weather in baton rouge is inconsistent so youd think theyd be reasonable but this is a money hungry establishment with terrible service and broken attractions.
