Big open area, lots of room to be a kid at heart, or just get your workout on. Two playgrounds on either side for the kids to play at, a large basketball court, tennis courts, and a pool(s)! We most definitely will be going back. Had a blast :D

Beautiful, well kept public park... (even at dusk)

Tennis courts are in good condition. The courts do have lights Frisbee golf course is available. Large play structure for the kids. Plenty of grass for activities or separated events. Two horseshoe pits are also available. There are two full-sized basketball courts; one is out in the open and the other is covered by a large gazebo. The rims were all missing though...maybe because of Covid-19.

If only the skaters can get the hell off the basketball courts.

Its a great place for kids to play safely. Monkey bars, slides and swings. They are all clean and in good shape. Lots of sand to play with. Plenty of grassy area to run or just lay down. Long walkway around the park. Plenty of parking spaces and shaded areas. My 6 years old daughter loves it.

This park has two playgrounds for children. One of the play grounds is for the smaller children and the play grounds have a lot of play equipment.It has large benches and barbecue grills for birthdays.One side of the park has benches under a roof for rainy or extra sunny days.It has a large basketball ball court. A part of the basketball court is in the open and the other is under a roof for rainy or extra sunny hot days.It has tennis courts and a soccer field.It also has a swimming pool.It has a couple of drinking fountains and restrooms. The restrooms are not always clean but better than other park restrooms.I’ve been here a hand full of times and it looks decent but I would still recommend precaution while there with small children. I wouldn’t leave children unattended.

Is a good place to take my daughter, but I noticed there is a group of people that meet there, and some of them are smoking. I understand it is prohibited to smoke on parks.

Great play ground my daughter loved it. Was visiting california and took her there and she really enjoyed the park.

This is a nice park with lots to play on including swings and a giant group sized seesaw.I dont love that the base is part sand instead of something else like wood chips, or having the whole thing with that bouncy rubber mat, but my kids like playing here.

Beautiful place to relax

Just a nice little park fro the community. Tucked away behind the houses and across the tracks is this great gem. Historic School house and paved walking path. Paved parking and gravel areas. Local Community has festival....you just feel like you are home here. Its a regular place for us to go....

Always a clean park. Nice and quiet.

Lots of shade trees and a disc golf course around the back parameter. Playground equipment still in good shape. Park receives extra maintence due to community center and pool on site but the amount of litter like juice boxes and candy wrappers reflects on the changing demographics of the area.

Love this place. Tennis courts and of course swim lessons for our daughter. The park is also totally way cool for kids. The kids can play and adults can sit back and relax on the benches.

There is nothing better in Bakersfield than Camelot to take your family to. It is family friendly, wheel chair accessible, and and will not break the bank. They have batting cages, putput Golf, video games, and have a small food service where you can get food for the family. In the summer heat, it has both outside and inside fun for all. Took our kids to the Camelot park, they had a blast. Lots of things to do here with your family and friends

This park is pretty big and clean. It has an updated park structure which the kids seem to love. I highly recommend this place for parties or just to hangout.

Decent little 9 hole disc golf course. Played a round of 18 in about 90 minutes. 2 tennis courts, couple of horseshoe pits, shaded basketball courts and plenty of picnic tables and playground toys for the kids.

Walked my daughter to this park while visiting family and she loved it!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Im so disappointed in them. We come to the pool here every week during summer and this year they seem so unprepared. I take my daycare kids here so they can swim. Well the chemicals were unbalanced. They told us to wait 30 minutes.....we wait over an hour and never got answers. We basically waited over an hour, paid to get In and were unable to swim...and no refund or credit offered...why they didnt balance chemicals before opening is beyond me. Unprofessional and unprepared...

Always a relaxing time. Theres even an outdoor kitchen sink. The bathrooms with stainless steel toilets are usually gross. Wish people took more pride.

PEACEFUL QUIET NO PROBLEM WITH

Really nice park. They have two sets of play equipment; one for the younger one and one for the older kids. There are lots of trees and green areas as well. It seems like a pretty popular park. They also have a community center where they have different activities.

What a great place for a picnic, kids can walk in the creek looking for crayfish, and other water life. How about a morning walk on the beach as the sun comes up, its just beautiful, or sit on the tables on top of the hill watching the boats going back and forth.

This park facility appears to be very nice. It has a large Gathering building at its Center and a large play area to the side. It is clean well kept, and seems to be frequent did by the locals well. Children are playing cyclist riding the roads and it seems to be a very safe tucked away Park area. There are tennis courts but they seem to be used for something like soccer or hockey right now. I think it would be a good place to bring your children.

The pool is open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Sunday the fee is $1 per person I swimsuit is a must but theyre kind of lenient so if you want to wear shorts or t-shirt over your swimsuit they are okay with that also you can bring food or like a little picnic basket as there are tables there is a kiddie pool and then theres also the Olympic size swimming pool that goes to 7 ft its clean and well-maintained the lifeguards are fully in tune with whats going on and very helpful

Courts were 0acked but there was good vibes.cleaned park.2 little playgrounds.open space to play soccer volleyball or just run around. The grills were clean as well

The NASCAR Sprint car series championship game is so much more than that I like can poo in my mouth is watering watering the video i could be nice if we can go.ururjfhfh

Yeah this is part one of the best parts have been to in my life its pretty big Park and it has everything you could imagine a basketball courts swimming pool area between baseball and soccer here and has the coolest like what Ive seen a little exercise equipment but there for like the jungle gym for kids its pretty nice very clean and I wish you work is here working on the yard and see this place is never had had a head of dirty spot on it you know there is no homeless people here theres no Riff Raff the time and the rest are Immaculate I love them I would live here if I could

Lovely open areas, a beautiful place for a family gathering or a picnic

We were just there for the pool, and it was nice! Staff was super friendly and the lifeguards were very attentive and professional. The only drawback was the amount of shade. By the time you get to the pool from the benches, your feet are on fire and youre getting yelled at for not walking.

This is very nice and clean the park, I love coming here with my dog and my family. However I do wish there were some more lights around the park, because when I gets dark hair gets dark!

Very family oriented, grew up here.

The park has it all, courts, track, playground, water, but my favorite feature is the large grill and BBQ area. Not the little grills, but the big ones. Theres so many grills. Even on a Sunday there were plenty available. They also are scattered throughout the park. Decent bathrooms, water fountains that actually work, I and my dog enjoyed this visit.

Park has one of the best tennis courts in town good playstructure for kids but bummer it doesnt have better slides

They updated additions to the playground are a lot of fun for my kids. They love going here. Weve also had several birthday parties here thanks to the tables and grills. This is one of the best neighborhood parks Ive seen in Bakersfield. Their restrooms are something out of a horror film though.

My family and I really like this park. Its big and spacious. The playground is nice. I like that there are 2 playground areas. We also like the Community Center and pool there as well.

People need to pay more attention to the disc golfers trying to play. There is a course there for a reason.

No I didnt really like it. But the pool was really clean! But the only reason why I didnt like it was because, their were these big bugs! They looked like wasps!!! SCARY!!!!!

Nice family atmosphere

Come here for the disc golf all of the time. Its not the best course but it is not bad if youre trying to go somewhere local for free. I like that the restroom is always open too.

Saw a Tball game here. It was shaded and open space. With a sidewalk path. Really enjoyed watching the game.

This a great park, use to come here for school events that involved having huge groups meet up and did a few clips from some projects. It also has two tennis courts that I go to play at occasionally.

My ex lives across the street so when I go here I get to visit, as well. They have a frisbee golf course, basketball court, swimming pool and a workout course. Its an awesome park!
