I dont know where those pictures came from but theyre definitely not from this mobile home park. Its just an older mobile home park that has old mobile homes in it that cant be moved no more. Its not great but its a place to call home. All the neighbors seemed pretty friendly.

I love the care and obvious love the residence here display. The sales staff was wonderful to offer any information available. Its clear that all who live here are happy to be here.

Clean. I used to live there. Nothing bad to say. I met a lot of lovely people. It is for Seniors. Upkeep is good. A lot of activities. Good pool & hot tub. Good times. Good friends.

Very quiete

Very clean, nicely arranged Mobile Home Park. Streets are well-maintained, homes are well-maintained, I feel safe. Im glad my loved one lives in this mobile home park. The dips at the entrance are very bad and can do damage to your vehicle if you dont drive carefully and slowly.

My husband and I have been living here for about 6 months now and I am a senior in home care provider and I love my neighbors and my clients and everyone is just super nice and friendly I miss my house but I am loving here more every day

Feels like home ... finally. Very clean community-based mobile home park, a peaceful feeling permeates the atmosphere and I feel safe. Im praying to stay longer as I consider buying an option now.

Very nice park but not the best in BFL. The location on the edge of gang territory is not a place I would choose to live. Their rents are a bit high, in the $525-$575 range. Other than that, the spaces are reasonably large, and the mobile homes are in nice condition. The park has wide streets and is very clean and nice looking.

Royal Palms, IMHO, is the nicest mobile home park in Bakersfield. The park is well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional!

My mother and my grandmother love it here, a great group of people who are more like family than neighbors. Tons of activities, golf course, swimming pool, library, 2 club houses, hot tub, dancing and the list goes on and on...

Great place to meet the elderly

Royal Palms has the nicest people the community is fun exciting parties games the park is beautiful and it keep it up everybodys yards in nice its great management is fair in they talk to you like regular people everybody is just wonderful here Ive never lived in a place like this before so if you dont live in a friendly quiet community Cruz Thru Royal Palms youll see the Beautiful grounds golf course,pool and more.

This is the best senior community in Bakersfield. Good location and nice people live there!

Within 1 mile there is Memorial Hospital, Food Max Grocery, Kern County Museum and has a Mini Golf Course and Swimming Pool for Residents.
