This little park is kept clean and quiet.it is far enough from main thoroughfares, that there is practically zero foot traffic. If they are not coming to visit someone at MVMHP, they aint coming this way.The only prob as far as I see is the cost: Space rent PLUS five (5) metered utilities! yikes! that adds up fast, but its doable, the park is kinda worth it.
