The manager made it easy for me to have my own home I stayed there for 7 years with no problems Nice place to live

The management sells mobilehomes that dont belong to them. Once youve paid the unit off (if purchasing from the management) all you will get is a bill of sale. There are never any actual titles give. Biggest scam in management Ive ever encountered. Crocked as can be and the owner is John Friend in Galt California.
