Jaime is polite and straight forward with people. She will help you with any problem and if she cant she will find someone that can. Thanks Jamie for doing the best the clean up the park and make it a safe place to live. We love our home and hope to be here for many years

Five stars for the residents of the park. Very close knit community. Kind hearted and hard working folks up at the North Star. As for management and owners well my daddy always said if you dont have anything nice to say dont say nothing at all.

No privacy, management is the worst Ive ever seen or heard. Shifty,shady and lying thieves. They practice raise the utilities to line their pockets or to force residents on low income to be evicted or be forced to move. I have seen trailers abandoned cause of forceful tactics. You couldnt pay me to live there.

Getting brand new mobile homes in the park. Single wide and double wides.

New owner is a crook. Overpriced junk. The quality of remodeling is good. Aluminum wiring.
