Me and my husband came here while visiting Austin. I believe the staff there has adjusted well with the pandemic and still make the escape games a very enjoyable experience. Wilson was outgoing, friendly and answering all of my husbands questions (he asked a lot) joyfully. Charles ran the Gold Rush game for us, he was full of energy, and encouraging, he didnt just let us give up. Will definitely return to this location the next time we come to Austin!

The Heist and The Escape were so fun! Our friend group loves puzzles, but even with 3 clues and a team of 6 extreme puzzle-hunters, we solved it with barely 5 minutes left.Carson and Charles were amazing hosts! They explained the rules very clearly and gave clues promptly. Would recommend to any group of friends, beginner or expert.

I’ve run 2 escape rooms here so far and each one has been a BLAST!! I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the rooms here, although I definitely want to come back and try all of them. So far I’ve managed to get through the Gallery and prison break themed ones, and despite their difficulty each never failed to entertain.Definitely recommend for a team builder, birthday party, or even just an odd evening out — wonderful experience all around.

The Escape Game Austin location hosted our Remote Adventures (virtual escape room) and it was so much fun! Some of my group were apprehensive before starting since some had never done escape rooms before and none of us had done a virtual one, but we were all very glad that we played! Charles and the field agent made the experience great! I highly recommend their Remote Adventures!

We went for a mid afternoon escape. We were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff which were super polite. They made sure we were all signed in and waivers were done (I forgot one) then explained some rules.When it was our time to start Jacob cameto show us to our room. He was very detailed and focused on our experience. He gave us a few more rules for our Classified escape and then left us to start our mission. It was for sure a great game we had fun and almost got out but ran out of time.When we were done Jacob came back to get us and asked what we thought and showed us how close we were. It was for sure a focus to detail game. Wewere so happy we had the chance to go to the Escape Game. We HIGHLY recommend it!

Our group of 7 did the Gold Rush room and The Heist, we all absolutely loved it! Traveled between rooms and made it fun for the whole group. I would definitely recommend and would go back if we were back in Austin again!

Its a fun way to spend and hour with friends and family. Some of the puzzles are obtuse but unique and interactive. Tests your communication and teamwork.

This is worth every penny!!!! I have gone twice and honestly there is so much effort put into these rooms its insane!! The works are amazing, Wilson and dominick are AMAZING!!! They were so friendly and nice! I even got a birthday card which was so sweet :) 1000/10 would recommend!!!

This has to be one of the best escape rooms in the country! The attention to detail in the rooms was incredible. The rooms were fun, challenging, and great for team bonding.The staff there really made the experience worth it and the main reason our team will be returning back more frequently in the future! This place is awesome!!!! I’ve done a few escape rooms but none this fun with a staff so friendly! One of my friends had this one as their first experience and they said they would without a doubt go back. Shout out to Jacob for being a great escape room host!

We just played the Playground. The room was super immersive and engaging! Wed like to thank our game master, Dominic, (who was very friendly and helpful with clues) for suffering through our stupidity. Edit: Went back the following day to play the Gold Rush! Once again, the production quality of the room was super impressive and the puzzles were just the right difficulty. Our game guide this time around was Sarah, who was super sweet and incredibly helpful. I really love this location as the rest of the staff is equally friendly and informative. I will definitely be back to play with The Escape Game again!

This place is amazing. The rooms are fully emersive and challenging, but also very well planned and executed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wilson and Charles were our game masters and they had a great sense of humor. My friend and I played through Gold Rush, Heist, Classified, and Prison Break; we managed to escape from all four with only two players! Definitely recommend!

Ethan, Jacob, and Carson made our experience so exciting and engaging! We booked The Heist and had a great time escaping. Carson gave us some great energy and introductions! Afterward, they offered a discount to play immediately in another room, so we did Classified and thought it was really neat!Because they learned that we were there as part of a Honeymoon trip, they made us a decorated card to congratulate us! It was incredibly sweet, and we had such a great time chatting with them and trying out a couple of their rooms! Would highly recommend.Weve also done Gold Rush and really loved it! Parking is pretty easy on weekdays (around the block, curbside with a cheap pay kiosk). They keep the entrance door locked so they can let you in and keep track of guests. They wear masks and have sanitizer available, plus bathrooms! Really clean and nicely designed lobby and escape rooms.

GET FAITH AS YOUR GAME HOSTESS IF YOU CAN. This place was well worth the money. I’ve been to plenty of lackluster escape rooms in the Houston area and decided to try this one with some friends. I was certainly not disappointed, even played more games than what we had planned for because we were having so much fun. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The rooms were really clean and already set up for us before going in (been to places that weren’t like this). I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good way to spend a few hours with family/friends.

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves here! This was our first escape room and honestly we were both a little skeptical, but they really didnt a good job. The puzzles were not impossible to solve but they were also difficult enough that it made the hour time limit seem like it may not be enough at times. The rooms werent so small that we felt claustrophobic and the staff was very helpful.

Olli was our game coordinator. We (6) played the prison break out. The puzzles were freaking awesome and I wont give anything away. Suffice to say we all loved the game and everyone wants to go back and play another one of the rooms.

Had a blast here with my family! We did the room The Heist and was able to complete it within the 1 hour time frame! Super challenging. Shout out to Carson, she was super helpful!

Great experience! We were really transported to the scene and the staff was so friendly. It was challenging and the rooms were very well thought out. My boyfriends youngest brother was nervous and the staff made him feel confident and comfortable. Special shoutout to Carson!

Great activity for dates!The staffs are very friendly and helpful.It can be challenging to solve the more difficult rooms with only two people, but we were able to get out with only 1 second left!

Angelo provided an awesome experience for our family of 5 today. Classified was very entertaining. We’ve also tried Gold Rush and had a blast as well. The Escape Game is becoming one of our family’s favorite things to do. They are taking extra precautions with social distancing and cleaning of the rooms which made us feel really comfortable. We played at TEG in Austin with Johnny(John?) as our game guide and had a FANTASTIC time. It was fun and challenging and incredibly satisfying. Much more interactive and intricate than we were expecting in the BEST way. It was difficult enough to keep a whole party working and guessing but not impossible. Will definitely come again, and highly recommend!!!

Went to the Escape Game on Sunday and played Gold Rush. It was so fun that we decided to play Classified next and we escaped with 14 seconds to spare! I’ve been to several different escape room companies and Escape Game is by far is the most immersive and detailed! We will be back to play the rest of the rooms!

I have done three of the rooms here, and they are such an adventure! The game guides are always so fun and interactive. Shoutout to Charles for this most recent trip where we did the Heist. I’ll definitely be back.

Ive been to over 12 locations and played more than 15 escape rooms in 3 different cities. So believe me when I say this is by FAR THE LOCATION/hass the BEST and MOST CHALLENGING location. Not only that but they have the nicest staff who are welcoming and SO friendly. This is THE best experience Ive had at any location and the most immersive rooms. We told them it was my birthday and our anniversary which was the reason we were on vacation there in Austin, came out to a birthday and anniversary card signed by the staff. Just when I thought my AMAZING experience could get any better!Ive played all of their rooms now, classified was first and I was BLOWN away, and each room after that CONTINUED to blow my socks off. 1000/10 recommend THIS location and THIS staff if youre wanting to do an escape room. Dannielle, Jake, Dominic and Carson you guys are awesome!! Cant wait to come back!

Charles was the best!! I went with my family and friends today and had a great time. We loved it so much we purchased gift cards for a future visit. We made it out with less than 3 mins to spare! The most fun weve had in a while because of covid and it was very clean. Cant wait to go back and I hope to have Charles as our guide again. Plus Ultra!! (Charles will get it lol)

There are many options to play escape rooms in Austin and this place is hands down the best. The rooms, the logic, the puzzles, atmosphere and the staff made our experience top notch. Our group has done all the rooms here. All was great and beyond satisfying. Street and garage parking available.

Gone to this location twice before and they were great, fun and challenging! This last time however was different. As we were in the first room( we were playing the heist) we could hear the attendant talking about us. I dont fault them for talking about us, but be better and TURN THE MIC OFF! We kept yelling that we could hear them but she, i believe her name was Sam, wasnt paying attention. Honestly it killed the entire experience. The last two times weve gone weve had Anessa (so sorry if I got her name wrong) and she was great and super helpful. Dont know when well go back but hopefully itll be a more pleasant experience.

Dominic was a very helpful game master. We did the playground, which is it difficulty level 6 out of 10. We didnt get out in time, but the guide said we did pretty well regardless.

Our guides Wilson and Justin were phenomenaL and full of energy! The puzzle room we played (The Heist) was the perfect balance of challenging but doable! Genuinely was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Feel 69 times smarter and ready to play more brain games!

Absolutely loved our time here. Came for a birthday and we were running around laughing and screaming everytime we found a clue. It gives such an endorphin rush when you figure out the puzzles. On top of how fun it is the employees are so kind and helpful. Ive been to a couple of escape rooms in Austin but this is my favorite. I suggest this so much for groups of friends looking for having a fun time that will make you think.

It was such a great experience, Jacob was an amazing game master and I had the time of my life. I went in not expecting much and it was a great balance of challenging scenarios where I was confused an then me and my group figures it out.

Took a group of 8 family members, mixed with young children and adults, and we had a wonderful time. The theme was so well done and so fun for all of us. We got stuck a few times, but managed to escape in the end using our clues. Due to Covid 19, we were not grouped with strangers, so that was great as well. Masks were required throughout the experience. We plan to return soon to try another room. If you like escape rooms, this is definitely one to try.

FUN FUN FUN. This was my first time doing an escape room. Note to self, never be on a team with someone who is under the influence of something... It makes it hard to win.

Great overall experience! My wife and I have done almost 30 escape rooms. This is one of our favorites. Booking was easy. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and shown waivers to sign. The greeter was pleasant and friendly. The lobby was clean and well kept. The game started on time (always a plus). We did Prison break. Super fun room. Immersive decor and atmosphere throughout. The puzzles were challenging but we never got stuck, thanks to some well timed and welcomed hints. The game host was attentive and enthusiastic. We escaped with time to spare and will be back this week for another room. If youre in the area you should definitely check them out, whether you are a veteran of escape rooms or have never done one before. This would be a great choice for any experience level.

My friends and I did the hardest room and were so close to getting out, but didn’t so we decided to do another one right after and ended up escaping. Escaping or not, it was so fun and we will be back!!

We played The Heist, it was challenging and satisfying to solve! We asked that our game be paced and we used our three clues. Which were perfect clues. They just gave us another piece of the puzzle but didn’t solve the games for us. The puzzles were unique and impressive. They had some show stopper puzzles. We solved in with 7 minutes left and were so excited. I would definitely recommend this place! We were also impressed with staff member Anessa! She was very knowledgeable, gave the perfect hints, and had good high energy!

The Escape Game is my gold standard when it comes to escape rooms. Ive done 4/5 of their rooms, and every one has been fun and challenging. Ive been with friends, family, and co-workers, and each time the group has come back buzzing with how much fun we had.

This place was well worth it. It was 4 of us added another couple whom we didnt know. However we all worked to find clues and figure out puzzles. At the end of the day we all had a great time and would for sure be going back sometime soon. I would recommend as they have a few different options to choose from as well.

It was super fun! Wilson and Justin were great. Loved The Heist room. It was chwallenging, wasnt too long or too short. The clues were super helpful and Wilsons puns were undeniably the best part.

We did one game and enjoyed it so much we came back 2 days later for another one. We did Gold Rush which is one of my favorite games Ive ever done. Very inventive and varied things. Set decoration is the best Ive seen. Playground was just as good. Puzzles Ive never seen before and original. Some awesome tricks as well. Very accommodating staff and excellent customer service.

Jail break is very interesting, worth the money you spend.

These escape rooms are top notch. Im always surprised how intricate the rooms are. And they keep getting bigger the further through the game you get! Totally hooked. Customer service is also out of this world! Love it!

This was such a amazing team building experience. Even though we didn’t find everything we still made it out with 39 seconds on the clock. Highly recommend to any teens or adults that want to get closer as a group!

I did The Heist escape room, it was challenging but SO much fun. This was my first time doing an escape room and I must admit, I did think it was a bit over priced when I bought the tickets online, but the overall experience was well worth it. I will definitely go back for the other escape rooms!

We had a party of 6 (max size is 8, minimum 2) and they put two random people in our group without asking. You can do this online (shows there are 2 spots remaining, or 3 spots, something like that)Escape rooms can be intense, especially if your group is a bit competitive. Or, maybe you have a group thats just looking for fun. So depending on the friend group you bring, having two random people that you have NO CLUE how their personalities will interact with your group in an escape room game is pretty bizarre.OR let it be an option for a group of people to be able to allow randoms to join their group (click box online, something like that). I know you want to make money, Im all for that, but if you meet a certain group size, you shouldnt be required to have to add randoms to your group. Or maybe pay extra to lock up those empty two spaces?Im not sure if I have just gotten lucky the last few times we have gone and no one filled the 1-2 spots we had, or if this is a new rule, but I think it is something that should be looked at. Im not sure of the solution, but it does make for an awkward situation. One of our two randoms was pretty aggressive, raising his voice once and telling another member in our group to be quiet. Decreased the fun of the overall experience.

Easily the best escape room Ive done. We did Prison Break, and I was consistently impressed by the quality of the puzzles and spaces. It was so great that I went back a couple weeks later and did Heist, and now I want to do them all!

Great place for some family fun! Our 4 yr old even enjoyed it. Highly recommend “Gold Rush”. We had a blast!!
