I was in town visiting my mom for her 50th birthday! My family and I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and it was a very memorable experience! The rooms were beautiful, we had a small tray of fruits waiting for us which was very lovely! The beds/sheets were so soft and comfortable I didnt want to leave. We had a view of the lake which was amazing. The room had a bluetooth speaker which made getting dressed up for dinner very fun. They also had a white noise machine which we used to help us fall asleep. The room had a lamp that dimmed, which was nice to have as I came back late and didnt have to turn all the lights on. They have a makeup mirror with a light, which was greatly appreciated!The staff was amazing and very helpful! Everyone was so friendly and had that Texas charm that I miss so much.My uncle had a loose button and was able to call the front desk and get a small sewing kit, the service was incredibly fast!We had a dinner and brunch at here and everything was wonderful. The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic and the waiter we had was perfect! (You have to try their margaritas)The whole experience was wonderful, Im happy and grateful to have gotten to see my family again and stay at such a spectacular place.I definitely recommend a stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. :)

We really liked the room and would choose the same room next time. The service was fantastic; everyone was extremely friendly. We also used the pool and highly recommend the pool as well as the full food and drink service they offer.

Stayed for 3 nights. Cool views of the river. The staff was pretty awesome. Really had no issues. The shrimp tacos at the bar are awesome, fyi.

Great little slice of peace, tranquility, and comfort, right in the heart of Austin. Gorgeous views of the river (lake?) from the rear of the hotel. Rooms were spacious, with a modern decor, great use of space, and a balcony. Huge bath tub! The rear patio has a great area with heaters and fireplaces, great to cozy up with an evening cocktail. The sunday brunch was delicious! Really enjoyed our stay here.

I was here for a wedding. This location is perfect with lovely views of the river. Food served to us was delicious. I took a walk in the garden which was quiet and calm.

Lovely hotel right on the river. Very central to places all over Austin.The hotel has a pool and restaurant.Rooms over looking the river give you the opportunity to see the bats should they decide to fly out form under the bridge. A uniquely Austin experience.

Beautiful hotel room. Beautiful view. The staff was friendly. Didnt dine or drink but the fitness center was clean and the spa amenities were nice. Favorite thing about the hotel was the lotion in the rooms! How can I get more!!

Beautiful view of the Colorado river. Staff is exactly what you would expect from a four seasons. Pool is a little on the small side, but still nice. Very close to many restaurants as well as a kayak rental place. Overall I like the contemporary Texas style of this hotel. Also, being so close to the public path along the river. Pleasant walks along the Colorado are an option at any time.

We had such a lovely brunch! It was a bit loud in the dining room, but the food was as tasty as it was beautiful, and the chefs went out of their way to make the anniversary of of wedding engagement (15 years and counting) a special one. We will definitely return for another special occasion! Make sure you make reservations as it does get busy- but worth it even if you have to wait.

We’ve stayed here twice and both times were absolutely wonderful. Service is on point all around. Front desk staff were all so friendly and provided our dogs with doggie beds, bowls and treats. They even remembered their names after meeting them once (wow!). Hotel location is superb with gorgeous views of the lake. Room had nice amenities and the bedding was so comfortable. You definitely get what you pay for. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice place.. great dinner on the outdoor porch...I like that the coffee is served on the first floor by the elevators and I didn’t even consider messing with a single brew machine of some sort . Room was nice - when construction finishes ( underway in May) the street views from the rooms should improve. $45 overnight parking kinda steep so beware of that if you valet

Loved the service in the bar area. The manager was excellent when we had some questions.

Dinner at Trio was fresh and delicious. Even though renovations were underway the outdoor patio was quiet. The scene was wonderful with huge trees surrounding the area. El, our waiter was fantastic and helpful! We will be returning to see him and enjoy more deliciousness!

Nice but - the management needs inform staff of events. Sunday breakfast, no service b/c staff was too busy setting up for brunch. Overall the hotel needs to sharpen the pencil

I was put up here by The Residence Inn for a room error for a night. Aside from the incidental fee being a little bit more than Im used to, everything was spectacular. Service was top notch. Rooms were perfect. The bed was heavenly. If anyone gets the chance to stay at this property, take it!!!

Super clean and newly remodeled. It was the break we needed.

Have used this place for drinks and attending receptions on the back lawn - always leave feeling like Ive had a great time. Catered food at receptions is excellent, and inside drinks in the bar / lounge is always a good experience too. Didnt dabble too much on the fancier cocktail side, but they know how to make some good drinks for sure. Cant really go wrong here.

I stayed one night and everything was great but the food. I guess I just high standards since its the four seasons but the food I had with room service just was not good at all. More disappointed because it was more expensive than a restaurant but I feel like the food would have been better anywhere else. Besides that everything was perfect. Workers were super nice.

Came for happy hour which they do downstairs. $5 cocktails and $4 appetizers from 5-7pm. Great menu!

We were there for Christmas Brunch. All I can say is oh my word. I will go again, it was worth every penny. Check out my pictures of the dessert bar. The wait staff was delightful. The atmosphere festive. Thank you!

Its beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I made so much new memories far away from home and they made sure I felt right at home. I loved the city and the hotel its very different from South Africa but the hotel was the best.

A bit too much ambient noise from the hallways (especially staff) but otherwise nice views of the lake, great service and spacious, bright rooms that one would associate with the Four Seasons brand.

Cant wait to stay again in this property, great location ans facilities, good service and quality of f&b.

Sarah was our desk gal-wonderful and fun personality had me laughing She is a gem. Kelley was the fantastic processional and engaging bar tender-she was and absolute joy. Geralald was the sous chef, came out and introduced himself-food was fantastic. Staff is wonderful this is why the four seasons is our go to across Georgia globe.

Great service! The room was well-designed, bed was comfortable and the (albeit limited) menu was reasonably priced. I had a hamburger for one meal which was pretty good. The location is minutes away from Rainey St and several attractions.

Phenomenal Thanksgiving meal we had here. The service, food, and atmosphere were top notch. Would suggest to anyone looking for a special amazing Christmas family meal.

Really lives up to its name. Beautiful and luxurious.Staff was on their game. Very pleasant and help.The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable, overlooking the river. If you’re lucky, you can see the bats fly out from under the bridge!Excellent spacious workout facility with new equipment. They also have walking trails with an amazing view if you’re into the outdoors.The pool area was very pretty with plenty of room for many guests.Good restaurant and the Live Oak Coffee Bar in the lobby was awesome. Overlooked the river.They have gingerbread houses and beautiful décor in the Lobby during the holidays.Highly recommend.

What can I say....its The Four Seasons in Austin..its awesome. The hotel is beautiful, and the food is always amazing at all of their properties, no matter what city or state. Its our favorite hotel in Las Austin for a quick getaway from suburbia. The staff at the Las Vegas location always remembers us and they keep a profile of our preferences. Also they have a fantastic app for your iPhone and you can literally conduct all of your requests from the easy to use app. When we go out of town this high end hotel chain is our go-to hotel because of how awesomely consistent they are! Love Four Seasons Hotel Austin!

So I must say that the woman who was our bartender was fantastic! That wasnt the problem. There was another man bartending and as he made a drink in front of us we asked him what it was. (We are always fond of interesting cocktails.) He was very rude and curt with us. As if we were bothering him. And we truly couldnt figure out why. We didnt look as if we didnt belong there, which is how he made us feel. Then there was live music and my boyfriend was excited because he liked the first song they played. And then they sang the same verse 3 times. I certainly expected a lot more from an establishment like the Four Seasons. I was very disappointed in the service and overall experience.

Awesome late night experience! The lump crab cakes were made & served to perfection. Pop overs were a nice bread choice. Good service and nice, burnt orange atmosphere.

Ciclo has excellent steaks and delicious lobster tacos. Formally Trio, it is now a latin themed restaurant with a remodeled dining room. Great service and not busy early.

Came here for a work event. Hotel was beautiful, staff was incredibly helpful, food was yummy as well. This hotel easily supported my companys events of 400 people delivering a great experience.

Great property BUT My issue was with the valet which is why Im giving them a 3 star. They lost my key...so I had to wait for 20-25 minutes while they figured out their confusion. I drove to Austin from Houston so having to get my spare key would have been a long drive.

Very nice hotel with excellent service enjoyed the stay a great deal. There is a jogging trail right along the river which made the stay perfect to get my exercise in.

Access to the lake trail is awesome. Food is good and the room I stayed had a view.

Stayed here during SXSW - a calm and pleasant retreat away from the crowds. Spacious and clean room, staff were professional and I had a very good stay. Dining at the hotel/room service was great, however a drawback is there are less options than at other Four Seasons Ive been used to: Only one restaurant and a lounge. I did not get to use the pool/other facilities but the park around the hotel is lovely and you get an amazing view of the river if you stay on that side of the hotel. Overall very pleased. Id stay here again at the right price.

As an events industry professional, our experience at the Four Seasons has been amazing every time we are there! There is always a friendly face ready to greet you and hold the door open at the entrance. The entire landscape is manicured to perfection, and the backside of the hotel looks out on the lake, which is very serene in the evening. I appreciate that the lobby always has complimentary fresh, fruit infused water and that the staff is always so kind to help in any way that they can. Its very obvious that the company culture is to put the guest first and give everyone that enters their doors the best experience possible.Ive noticed its an extremely popular choice for out of town guests that are in Austin for a UT football game, and its always so fun to see all the burnt orange.

This place is hands down the best in Austin. Stayed here for three nights before Christmas and my experience at the bar, Ciclo and the rest of the hotel in general was outstanding - one of the best Four Seasons properties out there!!!

Fabulous service from the valet, hostess, server, and all staff. (Havent had a door opened for me in ages). The menu was well thought out and our food choices were all exquisitely prepared, presented and wonderfully delectable! The chef even brought out an additional side for us to try...you gotta try the cauliflower..and I always despised the stuff. Truly awesome experience all the way around!!

A wonderful stay. Staff was pleasant from the front door, front desk and housekeeping. The rooms were lovely and bed was quite comfortable. I do always enjoy to come back to my room with clothes I tossed on the ground folded.Workout facility was great with new equipment as well. Will be back.

Bad, overpriced, not at all a five star hotel, old-poorly renovated room, holiday lnn looking bathroom (small, terrible shower) room service really limited after 10 pm. Unprofesional staff, bathrobes were full of hair, definitely last time we will ever stay in this hotel.

My visit was a 3-day, girls getaway and we really enjoyed everything about our stay at the Four Season Austin. PROS: Its a perfect location for accessing everything downtown on foot - and a short drive from anywhere in town. We both had great massages at the spa, and used the steam room too which was great. Great gym & well-stocked locker room! Employees provided really great service throughout our stay, including specialized pillows and bedding for the super cozy bed.CONS: Aside from being prepared to spend top dollar there are only minor cons to report. We wished there had been a hot tub, and the spa area was kind of small and too connected to the gym (I like having more space to hang out and relax). Also, we slept in until 9-9:30 on the weekend and almost missed the coffee set up every morning. Not sure why a place like this wouldnt have coffee and water set up for guests 24/7?

Beautiful and felt so luxurious. Helpful staff. Great gym. Nice coffee bar in the lobby. I wanted to eat/get drinks. Ive heard it was great but didnt have time. I ate at Guss Famous Fried Chicken down the street which was awesome, but very busy would recommend. Wish I couldve stayed longer at the hotel.

The place is absolutely beautiful and perfectly clean. The entire staff, from the girls who check you in, to the pool service, to the restaurant waiter they are all very polite and helpful. Customer service is definitely their priority!!!

Refurbished restaurant downstairs looks fantastic and our lunch was delicious. My man George is the best valet in Austin by a mile.

Enjoyed my stay to the Four Seasons Austin. Excellent location on the river and close to all downtown attractions. Great food, as is customary for FS properties. I stayed in a river view suite, which I would highly recommend, as it is very spacious and comfortable. If you get a river view room, there is a big power line that will be in your view for all floors up to (I would say) floor 7. You will not regret staying here.

They were very kind and accommodating. We brought our two small dog babies and when we left for dinner, one of them was crying and they took them down into the manager’s office to love until we returned home. Everything you would expect from the Four Seasons.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Great location. Bar was under construction when we stayed so that was a bummer but the temporary restaurant area they had set up was nice. The concierge was extremely courteous and you were always greeted warmly upon arrival. Highly recommend.

A beautiful venue for a wedding, with well manicured lawns, an excellent catering service, and attentive staff. The guests rooms are well secured and the turn down service is outstanding.

It may not be a gleaming skyscraper but its the best hotel in Austin, intimately set on Town Lake. You’ll feel like a star and may just see one too.

The new renovation is stunning. I’ll miss that lobby and bar which provided so many great memories for so many years. But the new outside seating area at the bar is awesome. Spacious with a great view of Town Lake. The new decor is much more contemporary and less Austin, but it still has a lot of charm. With rooms now starting at $610 on my most recent weekday visit, I’m likely to branch out and make this more for special occasions. But it remains the granddaddy of best hotels in Texas.

Ive had the best hotel experience at Four Seasons. As soon as you arrive until the minute you leave, you will be greeted, have your room clean twice a day, super comfortable mattress and pillows, amazing food, views, great location. Overall it was AMAZING!

We stayed for a week with a 8 mth old. The staff was super sweet and helpful. When we needed our car, they were quick and when I called housekeeping for random things like a fridge that has a freezer for breastmilk storage, they instantly offered a heating pad as well. I will be staying here again. Highly recommend. The restaurants and bartenders were great. The drinks were phenomenal.
