Personal attention to the customer was great. No rush, no fuss. The confessions cost more than the tickets did but not anymore expensive than any other theater in the area.

Love this theater! But the kids that come there are always so rude. The sad thing is that they know theyre being rude and talking all through the movie.

The staff was very friendly and they are showing great movies. The theater was very clean and the staff is very good at always wearing masks.

It was good! Employees were kind and helpful. The movie we chose was great, hopefully there will be sequel(s) to Dolittle. The only thing were not to fond of are the prices but that must be the going rates for a movie and popcorn with a soda.

The whole staff we encountered was extremely courteous and friendly. The girl and the concession stand was very helpful in putting together a combo that I didnt even know about but we were ordering the components of anyways. Very impressive service!

Open, very clean, still dead sp you have your choice of seats and even when it fills they cut rows off to prevent overcrowding. There seems to be a check list in every theater as well that was checked in the middle of the movie so you can be sure that someone will be in to make sure space is being kept

The staff was very friendly, efficient, and presentable.. the theater was clean , comfortable. My daughter and I enjoyed the movie and the experience as a whole.. would totally recommend it highly. We had the 2 large drinks and a large popcorn and bought some candy. They had a decent selection of Candys...

Took my kids and grandkids to a movie here, staff was excellent and helpful with all of our needs.

Movie started right away. Speakers were not a problem. Lighting was good. Concessions was fast service.

Some theaters within cinemagic7 are good, some are stuck in 1990... All depends on how long the movie has been out. I would recommend prices of the concessions be lowered... Its equal to or greater than theaters offering reclining seating! Example, one adult and 2 kids: I had medium popcorn and a large drink. Kids had the kids meal. All that and the price of a movie at 1210pm was $43. I get charged the same price at a theater in Rochester that offers reclining seats!

Its nice to have a movie theater in a small town like Austin, MN. Four stars because they dont have recliners yet.

This place is disgusting and way over priced! There was my husband and I and our 2 teenagers. We had a $32 dollar gift card and a free medium popcorn coupon. They are charging $9.71 a ticket and my son got a large Icee for $6.45 my husband got a Lg pop for $5.65 and my daughter and I got a bottle of water each for $2.00 because all they wanted to give us was tiny courtesy waters. The theater has not been updated remodeled or cleaned for over 20 years (I know the remodel is true because I lived there over 20 years ago) It just stank something awful and the screens seemed pretty small. I paid an extra $27 over our free amount which makes our visit $59 dollars! I coulda bought 4 movies for that. I know that theaters are more expensive but this place was shameful and needs to either lower their prices or do a gut and remodel to make it worth it. The theater we have closer to home is only $7 a ticket and totally remodeled with new recliner seats. Get with the times people. Never again and I would not recommend! If anyone rates it higher than this its gotta be a family member or employee because its NOT clean and comfortable.

I enjoy going to see movies here. The seats are comfortable. I also enjoy the pop and popcorn. Movie start on time and it us easy to find out what is playing and when.

Nice smaller theatre. Good selection of treats. However, disappointed they never have frozen Pepsi (cola) flavored Icees, only the overly sweet fruit flavors.

If cinemagic 7/ more theaters sold beer or alcohol (within limitation) Id give it 5 stars. Even then, if they did serve liquor you all could hire some bouncers and give more people some work to do lol otherwise great work. Ill more than likely be there tomorrow.

Great place to watch movies!!

Hard seats that force you to sit straight up. Staff walking the aisles still like making sure youre not being naughty. Go anywhere but Austins theater, they charge the same as the super nice ones in the area but provide nothing.

So, it started when I had dinner across the street and they had a BOGO special on margaritas. I walked to the theater. It was clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. I bought a ticket for whatever was the next movie playing and I had the theater all to myself. I woke up just in time for the credits. What a great place.

We love cinemagic! We were here for the free kids movies around Christmas time, even tho the only real profit they are getting is from the concessions the staff is still very very nice and helpful leaving came into the theater to see if anybody could squeeze together and find room for the rest of the people who wanted to see the movie

Best reclining cushioned seats

They do 5 dollar tuesday which is great for bigger families. i love how friendly staff is and i’ve never once been to a movie that hasn’t had seats available. Also their combos are good and the popcorn bucket is great for usuals like my family!

I have nothing bad to say about this theatre! Ive been going to movies here for about 14 years and its always a good time. Comfortable seats and good prices. Especially with the new $5 all day tuesdays, thats a great deal!

I like our local 7 cinema what I dont like about it is that they dont have suround sound and I think the volume is low sometimes cant hear what they say in movies when whispering or speaking low voices they keep it an average volume just feel sometimes cheated couldnt hear what they were saying in movie!

The theater was okay and staff was friendly. What I didnt expect was to pay 7.50$ for a matinee movie.

The theater at the Oakpark Mall in Austin MN has several different screens running several movies to choose from. The refreshment counter has great candies, drinks and my personal favorite, popcorn to choose from.

The place could use remodeling even when the mall was taken down they gain more space they could have moved the front counter to front some more to add another movie room or add something to the concession stand or add more seating in front but other than that friendly employees
