The cinema was really nice and clean . Plenty of product to sanitize all items. The staff at Southpark Meadows did a really good job the concession stand is on point. Im taking advantage of these times when theres absolutely nobody in the cinema but me. Yeah Mee...

Went to the movie to see Bumblee over the holidays and I really like the selected seating ahead of time. The loungers were nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly, I even got a selfie with BumbleBee. It’s my go to movie theatre when in south Austin for sure.

Still open. Employees seem good about propper mask wearing. Few people so seems safe if I wear an N95 mask the whole time.

Not a bad little theater. Staff were pleasant, movie was good quality, but unfortunately one of our seats didnt recline. Overall would recommend if your looking for a quick movie.

Recliners were comfortable. Snack bar had good prices. Toilets did not work properly, splashed water on floor. When I told staff about the malfunction, he just saidSorry about that.

It is very frustrating with the butter situation because 3 people used the butter machine and not 1 time was it cleaned. I went to the restroom 2 times and did not see anyone clean restrooms the whole time we were there. I tried calling the manager but he was a bit rude when we first walked in and there was no one in the lobby. I hope it gets better

Very small theatre with 14 screens and is very close to south Austin. Its in south park meadows mall with lot of restaurants nearby if want to dine in after the movie.Theatres are cleanly maintained and the ambience is very good. Restrooms are bit far from the screen which might cost you few scenes if leaving middle of movie. Another thing is parking might get filled up if theres an rush and need park bit far

I was expecting a lot better from the sound quality from this theater complex.I went in for a movie and the sound was so low that I had to go to the same movie once again at a different Cinemark location. Even after explaining about the sound I was told that increasing sound in this movie would create a disturbance to the next screen.Is soundproofing here that bad. Why are you guys spoiling the fun of enjoying a movie. People come to the movie theaters to enjoy the sound and the watching in big screens. You guys spoiled half of my movie with the sound here. It was so low.....I really wish this will change from next time around

An overall great movie theater. Seats are nice recliners and the online booking guarantees your seat selections.I would avoid the nachos & pretzels. (They aren’t good at this location). The popcorn, however is always fresh and I’ve never had a flat soda..

Comfortable and reserved seating. High quality sound ... and not turned up too loud as many theatres do. Auditorium was cleaner than most. Two staffers with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful.

This is a pretty high quality movie theater, honestly. I love the reclining seats, and even though we had to sit in the second row from the front, the rows were spaced out far enough that we were able to watch and enjoy the movie without issue. I was really impressed by that because every other theater Ive been to has the front rows so close to the screen that you have to crane your neck backwards the whole time.

They employ lots of teenagers but thats not bad. Beer on tap, popcorn is good n fresh. I was able to get back in after exiting to retrieve my cell phone . Nice fountain at entrance.

Good theater. Very attentive concession stand. They help you out very quickly and people look happy to work there. I wish they served food besides hot dogs but other than that, it is cool, simple.

Great place to catch a flick. Especially Tuesday. Its only 5 dollars for each person to watch a movie of your choice. Good food, drinks, and service.

Super friendly service. Place was clean. Great seats. The only reason its not five star is just because im a huge arcade game fan and was super sad to only see a few games to play and the other reason is just because I miss being able to order full meals like the Cinemark in Killeen. Other than that this place is fantastic and Ill be coming back for sure.

Great location, love this theater. Just like most theaters expect high prices and not too fond of the seats. The seat are nice but when you recline then they leave you in an uncomfortable position. But thats just me. Other than that, love this Cinemark!

A couch in the theater.... Oh yes!!! The seating have leather recliners which if you with a family you can lift the arm rest and sit as if your at home. It far from where we live, but we make the drive because my daughter loves it. Its a bigger theather, with many shows going on at once. Staff is friendly and helpful. They dont have a great variety on food, its a popcorn and nachos place. They need to add pizza and pretzels at least. But there is plenty of other restaurants in the plaza. You fill up before or after. As for the bathrooms, they were kept up pretty well, havent had a bad experience. Overall Im happy with this place. If anything definitely go for the comfort of their seats.

Normally I like this place and would give it 4 stars. But last time we were here on a date. And the customer service at the concessions area was bad. Ignored by 2 workers and manager. Someone behind us got served dust while we waited. Then we had to call the manager over to help us. She gave a pathetic apology after we explained what happened. Then during the movie I noticed gum got stuck to my cloths that had been left behind. I almost yelled out in disgust from what I felt. Not our best time needless to say.

Clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful. You can select your seat location, and the recliners are comfortable. Plenty of room in the rows to get to your seat without disrupting.

The seats here are amazing! Cinemark has filled this location with commodities and a great variety of drinks and snacks to enjoy with your movies.

No reason to give it 4 stars. Usually, 5 is for something AMAZING- but, well, thus us just a movie theater. It does its job, and it does it well. Wish the popcorn didnt upset my stomach though. Movie popcorn always tends to for that. Nice place tho!

We have always enjoyed our visits to this location, the recliners are super comfy, the popcorn is great, and the ticket buying process is fast and easy. The guy who helped us at the concession counter was very helpful and kind. What more could you want from a movie theater? We will definitely continue to visit this location.

My favorite theater in Austin, hands down. The recliners are amazing, as is reserved seating. The employees are friendly and prompt. And they never complain when I bring in my own popcorn tub and ask for the large popcorn refill at the time of purchase, so I dont have to miss part of the movie getting a refill.

Love the Remodel that was completed a while back. Chairs are literally lounge chairs and so comfy. They are paired up too so they are great for a date night, my GF loves this theater just for that reason alone. Feels like you have your own love seat. Picture and sound quality are spot on. Always a good movie going experience.

Theres really comfortable chairs and also the lines for concessions go faster than other theaters.

One of the better movie theatres out there. Always clean which is nice to see. Doesnt offer food other than typical concessions, but if you choose the right seat, you can have BOTH armrests. They do serve alcohol though. And youre pretty much in an outdoor mall so you can walk anywhere and find what you need. Walking is generally faster as traffic is a pain.

Various reasons on why this theater is my favorite, but just because its clean and makes me feel comfortable is the top reason why I choose Cinemark for my movie viewing pleasure.

Theatre was vibrant, busy. Befriended by a young girl who was full of life, lots of questions, and couldnt wait for her movie to start. Reminded me of when I was a kid. Our movie was great. Our theatre wasnt overly crowded and we had a great time.

We love this theater for the seats. It never seems busy for matinee movies and the staff are okay. I find the staff are not overly helpful sometimes and do not have great customer service skills. I feel management needs to coach and be more supportive to the people that work for them.

After a handful of years of living by this movie theater, I finally gave it a chance around a year ago. Let me tell you Ive stopped going to Alamo draft house for new releases because of it.Its always clean and even though they dont have the same policies as Alamo, Ive only ever had one issue with someone being obnoxious at a movie.I love coming on Tuesdays when the tickets are only $5.25.They have large, comfy, and reclining seats and have ample spaces between people seated next to you.Seriously if you havent been here give it a chance.. It might change your mind.

This movie theater is nestled right into a beautiful shopping center. There is asecurity guard outside that does a great job of keeping the parking lot safe and the place is spic and span inside and out. If you are familiar with Cinemark Theaters then you know that they have the luxury lounger seats and that they pride themselves on offering a variety of shows at a variety of times. This theater is no different. Honestly, this theaters location is what sets it apart from other Cinemark Theaters. There are several restaurants and dessert locations as well as craft stores, department stores and little niche shops all situated in the same shopping center.

Customer service is lacking. Brought the entire family spend a good amount of money and they were going to charge me for a small empty bag 5.00 dollars so I can share.the popcorn with my gramdson. A paper bag that probably coat them a nickel.

Saw a movie by myself at 10:15p on a Monday. I’ve been to this theater before but not gonna lie I was a little worried about safety since I’d never gone to a movie that late alone before. Luckily the parking lot is super well lit and safe. I will say the staff seemed a little out of it, I stood at the counter for a while before someone saw me to get concessions, but it was 10 on a Monday so I don’t really blame them. There also wasn’t anyone ripping tickets to get to the theatres, not really a big deal but I was kinda confused and just walked in, probably could’ve gotten away with not buying a ticket tbh. But otherwise very comfy seats and very clean, definitely my go to theatre.

I wish they would stop allowing new born babies into the theater. My family and I have had 4 movies ruined for us so far this summer. And i guess the thought is nice that we can get a rain check ticket but that does me no good when Ive already dropped the money on snacks. Money that is set aside for specifically that outting. Only to come back the next day to see the movie. All because of a baby crying? A baby that cant understand the movie at all and is probably getting hearing damage in the process.

I was very satisfied with my visit at the Cinemark Theater. unlike with other experiences at movie theaters there were no talking and a wide variety of snacks and food to choose from at the concession stand. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase any of the snacks or concessions because of the high price. Although Im very understanding of no matter what movie theater right go to concessions are always very pricey.

I dont know if Cinemark recently started redoing their theaters or if this location always had the reclining seats but it really made a more comfortable movie going experience. The sound is fantastic every time I go. The staff is friendly even on busy nights. The picture is awesome and bright. Have never had a film appear less than stellar. The concessions are pretty meh and over priced because it is a Cinemark theater after all. Skip and avoid the food if you can. Lots of places close by to eat at first.Bottom line while its definitely not my first choice of a theatre to see a film at, they have improved on things since the last time I visited and definitely trying to stay relevant in the movie theatre game.

Best seating ever. Like being in your own living room. A wall blocks other movie goers below you. Reclining seats with cup holders and nice arm rests. Seats are in pairs so your honey is still close. Good sound too.

Been here a few times, all theatres have the big reclining chairs. Cleanliness is OK, noticed popcorn under chairs. Not a busy place, even on the weekends.

I will never be back. Unprofessional staff that couldn’t care less about the customer experience. It was shocking. I’ve never been treated so poorly. Left the theatre feeling disgusted, frustrated, and disappointed. Customer service at Alamo, amc, regal, and every other movie establishment in town was 100% better in identical situations.

$5 dollar Tuesdays have this place pretty packed but I love it anyways. Comfy reclining chairs and friendly staff to get you your snacks and print your tickets with always clean bathrooms. Buy one of the refillable popcorn buckets and refillable cups, go see a movie on a Tuesday, where 2 people can buy tickets +popcorn and drink for ~$20.

Last weekend I took my 5 year old to this movie theater to watch Wonder Park the cartoon. About 20 minutes through the movie I felt something brush against my foot. I quickly looked down and heard something scrabbling under my seat. I pushed the recline button so slightly to lift the front and used my phones flashlight to take a peek. To my surprise, a mouse darted at me. Frightened, I let out a scream and dropped my phone. People started shooshing and I just picked my child and ran out to the exit. I told one of the workers about the mouse and she stared at me in disbelief. I was so shaken and angry at the same time, and my child was crying profusely by then. I asked for the manager and they told me that he was contacted and will be there. Waited and waited, no one was coming, and the worker kept asking me if I was sure I saw a mouse? By then I got so tired and frustrated that I decided to leave and attend to my crying child. The treatment and ignorance by this place is unbelievable and I plan to contact the health department. Besides the horror, to say the least, this place serves food, and mice carry all sort of fatal diseases... For God’s sake; use pest control- I am sure you can afford it!

Happy to say that Tuesday nights are the best days to see a movie released the previous Friday. Why because its $5.25!!! Being on a budget , on the Movie Club , receiving 20% off concession items ! Perfect weekday outing.

Ive only been there during the week so there arent many people there at the same time. That being said, the staff is nice and the auditorium is clean. The best part is the seat armrests fold up so I can really relax and enjoy the movie.

As members of Cinemark Club we received discount on one ticket and already had 3 credits for movie tickets. The luxury full recliner seating makes you feel like youre at home. The buttered popcorn is always delicious. We watched Fantastic Beasts: the Crimes of Grindenwal. Our family of 5 enjoyed every bit of it. We are making plans to come back and see it again!

They didnt clean are sets and trash all over the floor but great AC,Snacks and Drinks.

Tried to check a show-timing for a Hindi movie . The calendar year shows 1900 on the website and can’t be used until a thousand clicks till the year 2019..!! Good luck

I had 2 rain check passes, I get there to purchase Lion King tickets using those passes. The cashier gets on the radio to ask the manager about them being accepted, the manager replies saying no they arent. I call Cinemark at Round rock outlet and Pflugerville on i-35, both state they should be accepted. I call back up to South park Meadow the manager on the phone says the unthinkable, Yes, you can definitely use those for Lion King, only the regular guest pass, and a few others arent accepted.In other words, can the manager I spoke to please inform the rest of his employees of the correct information, or hire me as a manager to give better customer service.

It is clean and a comfortable place to watch a movie, but the staff is forgetful... They sell you tickets then forget their own rules so your stuck wasting time trying to get ur money back after you just spent a lot of money on tickets, popcorn, drinks, etc. (For our family of 4 we spend almost $80 to $100 dollars) It can be very time consuming trying to get everything worked out, because of their mistakes.. They need to train their staff better on protocol...
