Got a letter that said we would be fined for having a BIKE on our own porch!

My parents have been wanting to make our deck longer and we put in a request, they said they will let us know if it was approved in 3-5 business days. It’s now been two months since we turned in the request and every time we call they say that they haven’t even looked at it. Very unprofessional service if you ask me.

Not a good place to live anymore. Ive lived here for 25yrs and my lot rent continues to go up. I am paying $550/mo for a very small yard I will never own to have neighbors that party almost every weekend. Their guest have sat on my car, blocked my driveway and had table with chairs against my home. They have partied loudly until 3 am. Management does nothing about noise. They are selective of who they pick on and if you tell them anything negative, they retaliate.

The staff takes advantage of the hard working people who live there

Terrible don’t move here! Staff pick and chose who they want to mess with. So many little dogs and cats running around the neighborhood all day long yet I got a fine for my service dog.

Trash. Neighbors blare music every other night drinking til 3am. Hit my parked car, litter in my yard and nothing gets done. Just look at the same copy paste reply they give everyone about wanting to speak directly to solve your concerns. I tried to reach out and they never are able to speak. Beautiful and Relaxing place to live

This is a terrible place to move, unless you enjoy getting your stuff broken into they need security at night! Don’t move here unless you like seeing your items destroyed and the office people could care less about your family safety.

This is Such A Terrible Area to Live Around they complain about anything we have that they don’t like they want it perfect and they aren’t family oriented and they don’t even aloud swings and trampolines or anything like this is a community with families and children y’all should allow that in our types of community we should feel comfortable to live here and I understand it’s how y’all want it but it’s not something we should stand for and the staff is extremely rude to multiple people in this community

Unprofessional staff. They lock the front doors during business hours so customers will not come in. One of the employees even said if you see anyone else coming tell them to leave we are close They NEVER answer phone calls either.

They are trash price is too freaking high the lot payment goes up everytime we feel like we are paying things just in time it goes up.

I have lived here since May 2015 and have to say it was one of the best moves I have made. The management is responsive to any needs I have for the most part and this place definitely sustains a friendly vibe. Over time, I can only see this part of Austin growing so it was pivotal for me to become established prior to that happening. The only downside of the communitys location is 183 being under construction for what seems like an eternity so traffic can tighten up from time to time based on various lane closures.

Poor amenities for the community. Roberts are putting their money into their RV Resort and Tiny Village.

I Loved this community, but they go out they way to make u feel incompetent cause we are not hispanic but we earned the right to be here too. Great growing community, waiting on this gate they said we would have though lol. Updating now they have removed the basketball courts and soccer fields. Both the reason families come here with kids. Now they just adding more homes and our kids have nothing to do. I don’t understand why remove some of the best things about this community oh just to make more money and raise prices for us to be unhappy and kids bored and unsafe. There is nothing by us anymore. Why not add an indoor court? Why neglect the children’s needs for a quick buck. Cruel and unfair. Kids playing in the street now omg.

I live herevand its the best but rent is too high once done paying the mobile home

Tough at times they make us feel like we dont belong or not good enough. No communication, tvs not working I tried she just turned it off and walked away I had to come ask why. Its always attitudes here, besides them the place is great, awesome view, great quality equipment, nice restrooms with showers, private, Zuma classes and area for the kids with the mean lady lol.

The living area is great and quiet but Its OK at the pool and fitness center on weekends it needs better management the guy who is bilingual is perfect and understanding very friendly yet the woman who is there on weekends is very rude and jerkish towards guests and residents she has no problem cussing and yelling at residents who are trying to use the pool or fitness center yet they are a bit confused on the regulation since they dont speak english and she is unable to speak Spanish and takes her frustration out at them its very sad to see this going on

This place is very clean. People mind their own business, for me it has been a safe place to live.

Fair, too many unneccesary speed bumps

This place is a dump went out to visit somebody have to watch your car at all times every car that drives by has music blaring

These people do not know how to answer the phone & this isn’t even the number for the office.

Went there last Saturday no was there during opening hours and i put in a request for a visit online and no one called back yet. Smh
