This place could be a nice park but the owners dont care about the people whom live there, I consider it a slum living project. Housing authority should visit all these homes. Mostly rented to mexican people that wont complain because of there status here.

I went to Bel-Aire Mobile home Park to drop off a friend who lives there. I dont want to give a full review because I dont live there so I dont know what its really like, but it seemed really seedy and low rent. The few tenants I saw looked like they might be on parole due to the jailhouse tattoos and the way they stared at me.That was my first impression of the place, which of course is objective. You will have to formulate your own opinion.

First time we get to leave a place to park our motorhome. Rvs, trailers, vans, packed together.. bad maintenance and looks filthy. They were going to charge us $45 the night. Dont judge anyone who stays there. I didnt wanted to take any risk.

Run down and trash all around. I would go elsewhere due to management. If you care about your area then pass them by and check out other parks near by.

The owner is a very well mannered and my location is so awesome. I have let my friends and family know that this is a well location to call home, no matter what other people say, especially the haters huh. This is a wonderful business location. Keep up the great work your doing for your business Mr Nagi
