If you want to be treated unprofessionally here is the right place. Kim Brawn has constant vacations, no one will answer the phone, no emails. We lost a deal because of this pure unprofessional acts. Manager (Kim B) doesnt know what is lease agreement and kept sending us Community Requirements paper because she was too lazy to prepare one. Mrs. Kim had the idea that she runs place for retied people and dead lines are not important when you are preparing papers for working people. Just be prepare to that or stand strong for your deal.

EVERYBODY HAS TO LIVE SOMEWHERE - Convenient to most destinations in the city. Staff rotates regularly, unexplained fees are normal. A month after paying an unannounced rental increase and informed that the manager would provide me a letter with the effective date for the increase; I have yet to see that letter. Office staff is evasive, contacting upper management/owners is side stepped. Overcrowded community, nobody will help you settle disputes with neighbors, or the office staff. Speed humps on Daffan Lane would be an improvement as well as regular patrolling by law enforcement.

Do not move to this place its a nightmare!!! I bought a moblie home from clayton and moved it to this park. I was told they would give you a 3 or 5 year contract depending on what you wanted but, the first contract would be only for one years since we hot a promotion. I started off at 399+ utilities for the first year it wasnt to bad and I couldnt afford that. When my lease was up I went in to renew it and asked for a 5 year lease to lock in my rate, they said they only do yearly. so every year my lease has gone up 200 dollars I am paying more on the lot rent then my actually mortgage. This place is a rip off they go extremely high every year. For 2 grand a month I could have gotten a house instead. This place constantly changes management. The pipeline system is so old you get charged anywhere from 100-300 dollars just on the water bill alone. They do not allow you to have more then 2 visitor, and if you have kids they will not allow them to have bikes, swings nor pool in your own spaces area. People constantly complain about break ins. I could go on and on about this place. I hate this place so much I cant wait to leave this hell hole. By the way tent is due today and the office is closed, guess Ill have to pay late fee because they decide the hours they want to work.

If you need Kim Brown to do anything in a timely fashion I wouldn’t count on it. I also would not count on her returning your phone calls or your emails. Be prepared because she also takes a week long vacation every third week. Thoroughly disappointed in how hard she made it to move onto this trailer park/ “community”.

I LOVE LIVING HERE!

Management is fine (we rent from a landlord and not the community itself). My only concern is all the loose dogs on the streets. Its gotten a bit better but that was only after a dog bite me and I reported it. Before when I called about all the loose dogs they said hey would tell the owners. But once I got bit, it seemed like thats when they finally took me serious cause now I dont see as many loose dogs. There is still 2 or 3 but I just dont walk that way home anymore to avoid them. Overall, decent neighborhood

Do not move to oak Crest we do not have any visitor parking, the water bill is $200.00 per month, management is rude and they always want to charge you if you dont mowing the lawn twice a week. This is the worst living experience ever!

Worst place to live no one can visit you with out a permit and if they dont they Will get towed, then what is the point of having visitor parking spots? Just stay away form this place.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and the community is clean and lively

Nice neighborhood. They even have someone to drive around and patrol the area. Neighborhood is getting bigger. The only thing that I dislike are the bumps but understand theyre there for safety reasons so vehicles wont just be driving fast. It sucks that there is not a maintenance guy, as well.

No parking space for visiting family or friends stay away from the place

People do not respect the speed limit. Driving 40 mph while kids are out playing. That needs to be fixed.

A beautiful, friendly and neat place as a neighbor but actually poor quality and service fees. I prefer get out of that oak crest home before we have live here as a oak crest home for 2 years. We are not really enjoy.

Nice homey environment, but during the holidays theres multiple break Ins also their short on maintenance workers so getting things fixed takes a bit more reminding and time.

I put one star because recently there was a shooting and there is always persons selling or doing drugs do not recommend this place

Very horrible experience after I called austin tent and council about several problems not being fixed in over 3 month period... I was asked to move out they dis regarding my children education and my mothers health having to up and move because former management Becky put me on the do not rent again list.... keep in mind I was never late on one payment in the whole year and I paid all other dues on time.... would not recommend here they dont care and our heartless

Psychotic tow truck guy tried dragging someones car out of a driveway and claiming they were parked illegally. Apparently this was not the first time either. Poor guy that owned the car thought the tow truck guy had some authority just because there was a language barrier. #Racist

Very poor living choice! It is this worst place so far. The office staff couldnt care less about anything especially the manager Becki! All they want is your money the only plus Ive seen is the maintenance team. The trailers are to high for the quality and poorly taken care of! Ive been around this place since Feb and I will be GONE by the end of next month. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give it now stars I would but I had to put at least one to leave a comment. Im about a day away from writing the Corporate office especially on Becki she is a sorry excuse for a manager and she needs to be fired immediately.

My family and I have lived here for a year. When we first moved in, the fridge was broken and it stunk up the whole apartment, that should have been our first warning but we were in need of a place desperately. The cupboards were peeling off and some of the cupboard doors were broken. Bathroom doors doesn’t close or lock at all. Our current situation is with our microwave not working. It’s been two weeks now I called the office they said they’ll send someone. The person never came. Still the microwave doesn’t work. There’s a leakage under the carpet in one of the rooms that is stinking up the whole room no matter how hard I try to dry it, it is still wet, it’s been a week now and it’s been that way and it’s also like that in the living room. Literally this is a hellhole. I’ll never recommend anyone here and I’m laying down everyday in this stinky wet carpet room. Maintenance isn’t doing anything about it. I’ll be emailing corporate soon too. Don’t be a fool and move here, you’ll regret it immediately!

Just when they need fix something in the house, they cant. Y waiting for 5 mounts fix the dihs washer and ..... nothing...

Well it use to been good when David the manager worked here but sadly the moved him to sanantonio I think about or 4 yrs ago and ever sinds they got a new manager who is super strick this place has been sucking and horrible service. You wana talk w/someone and ask the manager to call you and they never do and David was not like that he would always make sure that everyone was good he cared about his ppl. Not to mention I had a table on my grass for a long long time and body ever did say anything for the past 6yrs. And now they recently sent me a letter saying I had to get rid of it.

Nice mobile home park which looks more like a small manufactured home community on the country hillside than the seedy dirty look you think about when one mentions a mobile home park.

This place is the worst and will always try to find a way to over charge on something. Management is a joke and the only way to get something done is to email corporate office. In other words ( Stay Away )
