Nice quiet clean neighborhood. Been here for 2 years now. The land lord is very friendly. If something in the home needs to be fixed she gets maintenance to fix it right away.

Everything is great so far just not enough parking.

Driving through the community I was really hoping they had a rental home available. Unfortunately they didn’t but I spoke to a woman name Susana I believe she was the manager and she was really polite and professional.

The management here is a joke. You have a hard time reaching someone or even getting a call back. They only care about charging as much as possible, not about their residents. Youd think for how demanding they are, even making threats of taking you to court, they would have the decency to listen to their residents complaints. The streets are constantly filled with potholes and when they fix them we are left with large patches of bare tar, shoes get it on them and careful with pets because their paws end up full of tar.

So great got my nails done and there really pretty good quality and not expensive.

Clean well-organized a little heavy on some rules that dont make much sense average price

I is okay lots of older families live there very strong run live by them or move .
