Ive gone to this location in the past and my kids always have a great time. This past Sunday we stopped by, a girl at the register said our waivers had expired and for us to update them on the computers by the entrance. We go there, update waivers and purchase tickets there while were at it. We opted for a printed receipt but the machine did not print one. We think its no problem, we can just let them know. At that point theres a lot of people waiting and line is longer. We tell them that weve already paid but they ask for us to get in line again, theres only ONE girl at the register and more people coming in. Finally a guy, did not get his name, took us in. Told him we had no receipt since the machine didnt print one, we didnt get an email either so Im sure it was a glitch on their end. He said there was no way for him to verify that we in fact purchased tickets there and not at another location. THE GIRL THAT FIRST TOOK US IN SAW US GO TO THE COMPUTERS AND PURCHASE SINCE SHES THE ONE WHO TOLD US TO DO SO IN THE FIRST PLACE. I also showed him the transaction was already pending on my bank app and he said that wasnt enough. He walked to the computers at the entrance and just stared at it and walked back, me walking behind him the whole time thinking he was actually trying to help. But no, he looked very overwhelmed maybe because of all the people still waiting. He proceeded to help a group of teens next to me, completely disregarding me, not taking into consideration that I had been waiting way longer and had already purchased tickets. He took my information, said he would call me once he saw the payment go through on his end. Asked him what would happen if nothing shows up on his end, he said I would have to call my bank and have them do a stop payment. It is now Tuesday, the payment has been cleared from my bank and he has yet to reach out to me.I understand that maybe it was something that he had no control of, but the way he was responding and his attitude towards the situation was uncalled for. If you have crowds on the weekend then have more staff available so you can provide better costumer service! He was in a rush to get me out of there, all while my kids were crossing fingers hoping we would be able to go in. At the end we left, everyone was upset and they happily took my hard earned money. I shouldnt have to be stuck on the phone with my bank trying to get my money back.

Daughter loved the ball pit and climbing course. I ended up joining her for all activities. She was not too interesting in the trampolines - I think the layout made them easier to pass up. Shes usually all about them at other locations.Good variety, good activities. Hard to supervise your small kiddo at a distance due to the layout and given that no outside food or drink are allowed I wish they had better/cheaper selections. $3 coffee when they were out of creamer and sugar. Someone was charged $6 for a small drink by mistake and the murmuring in the line was how expensive everything was for the quality. Sadly I agree. We had pizza, pretzel and a juice. I wish they had simple apple juice for little kids vs the high sugar options. Dominos Pizza is better than what they had. Will definitely go back! Will make sure everyone is fed and caffinated before hand, high ropes course looks like a blast for your older kids. Definitely worth it for kiddos 8+ yrs.

Took my family yesterday to play blazer tag. Waited 10 minutes for a staff member to show up to the arena after having to go to the front desk twice to see if anyone was coming. When the staff member came to start out game she announced that a birthday party should come to laser tag. So we waited 10-15 more minutes and allowed them to skip over us. We finally get into the arena after the birthday party is done and are waiting to play for 5/10 minutes all geared up before peaking out the door, no one there again. No one to start the game. I go to the front desk, get somebody AGAIN, they come start the game. 2 minutes into it my gun stops working, peak my head out the door for help. No one there. I go to the front again where the manager tells me I’m confused, he said he was back there the whole time. At this point we’ve been there for almost an hour and my kids were very disappointed and I didn’t even get to play. Waste of money and time. Was not offered to return and play again, nothing. We usually come several times a month to play blazer tag, after this experience we will not be returning.

They also have a Ninja Warrior style course that goes from easy to hardcore with timers, just like the show. For the younger kids, they have a big place place with slides. They also have bowling, laser tag, and several rock walls. #urbanairsouthaustin

I was looking for something fun for my kids to do this past Sunday. We decided to give Urban Air a try. Turned out to be a great idea. When we arrived, I didn’t know what to do first, but the front desk girls were really great at directing me to fill out waivers. Then they helped me pick the right package for me and my kids. They really made us feel welcome, and even joked with my kids and got them all excited for the rock wall. While we were going through the park, all the staff were so interactive and played with my kids and made them feel special. I appreciate that, and made sure to tell them. It got pretty busy with all these kids running around, but I noticed employees always making sure people were safe and I even saw managers picking up or taking out trash the whole time I was there. On a side note, the food options are easy and came out pretty quick. I got a pizza for the kids to share, and I enjoyed a small tray of veggies. Really good, and simple to snack and go. Thanks to Michael the manager who chatted with all of us for a few minutes and explained the membership. I will be looking in to getting my kids all set up. Cant wait to return and great job everyone.

Kids had tons of fun. Two things that need improvement are restrooms need better cleaning and employees working attractions should pay more attention with the patrons instead of talking amongst themselves. Be ready to spend a pretty penny here to have the most fun and to lose your kids because there are so many there its very easy to loose sight of them.

We visited this Urban Air location while in town from another state. The activities are similar to our home location, unique and fun. Unfortunately the experience was otherwise frustrating. There was VERY minimal staff supervising activities throughout the entire facility. One of the young ladies was sitting in a corner, sleeping and/or on her phone, paying zero attention to what was going on. Half of the staff doesnt even look like they work there because they arent in uniforms or Urban Air shirts (and arent out on the floor). On a weekend I would expect extra staff supervising as it is obviously much busier. I wouldnt take a child under 4 there, as the big kids take over and no staff is there to enforce the rules. It was dangerous and made for an unpleasant experience for the kiddos. Thankfully we had bowling in our package and just spent a good chunk of time there because it was less hectic.

Id give 5 stars as a place to take your kids for fun when the weather prevents them from playing outside. There really are so many fun things to do.I give 1 star for the birthday party experience we had recently. For $500 including food and drinks, I really expected more. The party host we were assigned could care less about helping us or communicating clearly. While management tried to fix it, it was obvious they were more interested in getting our money than on making sure we were happy enough to come back. From what I could tell, the philosophy was that they do so much volume business that it really doesnt matter to them if they see repeat business. I recommend doing what we plan to do in the future: have your kids birthday party somewhere else and take them to Urban Air as a gift. Dont waste your money on one of their overpriced, underwhelming parties.

Went on a Friday night and the kids had a good time but the issue was with the food service area.I ordered pizza, a pretzel with hummus, and a vegetable tray. After an hour of waiting and the food not coming out I asked at the counter and they said the order was taken during a shift change and never went through so they said theyd make it then. After 10 minutes my beeper buzzed and I went to the counter and there was just a plain pretzel sitting on a plate. I waited a few minutes and the pizza came but no vegetable tray. I asked someone walking by and they said theyd tell them to bring it out. Never came. 15 minutes waiting at the counter again and I asked if the rest of my order was ready and nobody had any idea about it... They said theyd bring the rest of the food and about 10 minutes later they brought it out and they said they were out of hummus and the carrots were dry and slimy. It was pretty ridiculous, idk if they were understaffed or just have no organization.

Kids like the place, and it’s fun for the adults as well to be able to do the activities with their kids. The cafe area can be slow, a bit pricy and some staff are rude while others are helpful and friendly. Staff may benefit from customer service training. I did notice that they do not have all areas staffed at times I guess it depends on how many people are in the play area. Seating could be nicer it’s just basic Metal benches, tables & chairs, they do have some plastic long tables/Benches and a few Massaging chairs that you can to pay to use. The only outlet areas seem to be in the cafe area so don’t plan on working on a laptop here while your kids play....

First time we visit. The kids truly had a great time. However, there were some hiccups. First, Some of the equipment on the ropes course must be defective since some times it worked fine and others my kid kept getting stuck. Second, I had to ask for help 3 times before anyone cared to come out and get her out of the ropes course in one instance were the rope would not move. Third, I ordered fries at a time when they were not busy. It took them 30 minutes to prep them!! Fourth, staff were hanging out with friends, blocking play areas so the kids could not use them at all!! In fact, the friends were had drinks while in the ball pit. Not sanitary at all. Last, I did not see a single mature adult supervising the very young staff they have. I believe most of the problems stem out of this. Tons of fun for the kids but not even close to enough parent seating (all the tables by the bowling were reserved for parties that never happened in the 5 hours we were there and sat mostly vacant) and the line for the concessions took forever! They need to hire more staff.

Tons of things to do, clean facility, though a little pricey. If you are jumping they require you to use there reusable socks $2.50 per pair.

I want to like this place so much. The facility is incredible and the kids love it. The operations are egregious. They never have enough people there so food takes forever. The staff are rude and un-trained and honestly just don’t want to be there. It is clean and there is lots to do though. I guess ultimately we will probably go back but this could really be a cash ceo if they got the right team in there.

Great place to bring the kids to jump amd play. But the service in the snack bar sucks, these kids need more training on customer service.
