Be very careful signing up for a membership. I completed my 12 month contract but they extended it 3 months without my permission. They have refused to refund me and are going to charge me again! Even though I stated repeatedly they did not have my permission and provided no proof in the membership agreement they were allowed to extend my contract. I have emailed several times now and get the same canned response that does not acknowledge my request nor showing them their own membership agreement.

I took my siblings here and they had a ball! This place is great to host birthday parties. You can get your wristband and let the kids go crazy. There is an indoor zip line that comes with the the unlimited package. I think the kids went in it about 20 times. Their concession stand has reasonably priced food. Since you can’t bring in outside food or drinks you have to buy something from the concession stand (if you’re not in a birthday party). They have healthy choices like hummus, but that is the only option I remember off the top of my head. Always check their website before you go. They have discounts during the week which are good bargains. If you need your kid to burn off some energy and have tons of fun, this is the place to go.

A super awesome fun place, could be a lot cleaner. There was multiple things of trash like cups, lids straw etc... in the upper parts of the place scape, other than that everything was fun! You have to buy special socks, and a locker to ensure your belongings are set. That’s a minor inconvenience but all in all loved the ball pit and trampolines.

Tons of fun stuff for the kiddos to do. I’d recommend this for kids ages 5-12. I brought an 8 and 15 year old, the 8 year old had a blast but the 15 year old lost interest quicker. If your kiddo is afraid of heights I wouldn’t recommend getting the ultimate pass, I was super excited to watch the 8 year old do the zipline but he wasn’t into it!We got there right when they opened on a Monday. It got busy pretty quick but it wasn’t overwhelming. I can imagine on a weekend it’s too much and under staffed so I personally would avoid that. They have various greasy food options that the kids are sure to love.Overall very clean and fun!

This place deserves 5 stars. Most of the negative reviews were for other parks. I have been to several different locations and this is the best. There was no time limit and this location has it all. The obstacles are awesome, so if thats what your kid is into they will love it. They have a freakin zip line, sky walk, rock wall etc...They also have a full kitchen serving hot food. There are too many things to list. As far as trampolines there is a dodge ball area, free jump, slam dunk, a pro area for high jumps, and jumping into an airbag. I didnt have a problem here, my son became scared at the top and the staff was very helpful.

Horribly managed and organized. We sat down at a bench table that was available and unmarked. I sat there while the family ran around, playing, doing their thing. About 40 minutes later I was approached by an employee, telling me that this table was only reserved for parties and that I would need to move. I informed him that there was no sign on the table stating that the table was reserved for parties, either in general or for a specific party. He replied that it was. I told him that there was not another free table for us to move to, but he insisted that I get up anyway. Needless to say I was angry but I didnt take it out on him, as I believe that he was just doing his job. It wasnt clear if he was a manager and he didnt answer when I asked. So I packed up all of our stuff and somehow lugged it around on search for a new place for us to sit. Nothing. After standing around with a lot of stuff hanging off of me, a table opened up in the snack area. I didnt want to take that one, because I felt that it should be used by people who were eating. However by this time I was feeling the weight of our gear so I took it anyway. I then went on a search for a manager but none could be found. I kept hearing Im not a manager. So I was forced to give up on the idea of talking with someone about the situation. Thats when I decided to write this review. If you go here be prepared for this kind of bs. We wont be back.

Don’t play the game machines. We were at birthday party and my daughter wanted to play the key machine. She got close to winning on the $11 I gave her to stick in it. I thought I’d try. I put in another $5 and unlocked the beats music headphones twice. I had three witnesses standing there watching. Management was contacted and said they don’t own machine. Told me they would contact owner of machine. Never heard from anyone. I called number on machine and only get voicemail. Called manager (Terry) and he said again he would get in touch with owner. Then called back 10 minutes later and said I had to call machine owner. I’ve left three messages and nothing. A complete rip off. Like a rolling carnival. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. The sign on the machine says it’s owned by Bar Partners and they won’t return calls

My family came to visit from Denison, Tx and we thought this would be a great place for all the kids. We chose 4p-6p slot. They started shutting down attractions at 5:30 and announce overhead for everyone to take last couple jumps before closing. Spoke to management about closing early. Her excuse was that she had staffing issues so had to close early. Well ok, I paid full price and Urban Air staffing issues were not my problem. Then She proceeded to tell me because of Covid they are still figuring thing out which is still irrelivant to closing down early when we paid $200 for 8 kids for what was suppose to be 2 hours of play. I suggested that if the attractions were going to close early when scheduled time slot is last to closing time, then prices should be discounted fofr this time slot!!!!

We went here for the summer holiday early bird special and when I got back, I bought their summer pass. Definitely a place you can have kids practice their trampoline jumps and landings in addition to rock climbing (not very high but 4 different styles to choose from, and saw 4-7 year olds attempt it too), obstacle courses (one with a big 3 feet deep ball pit) and zip line.Yes, it’s not huge like an amusement park but kids can easily burn 3-4 hours here. The staff is very helpful and encouraging towards little kiddos. My one gripe is pizza slices are too tiny and for $3, there is not much on the menu board—hope the management is reading and better uses its big food court area. But that won’t take the fun or stars off this place!

We have been to multiple urban airs. Usually they are very clean very well maintained and very well staffed. Unfortunately this one is not. Open exposed cement in the play area which I reported to very low interest. I saw 3 staff members who seemed more interested in talking to each other instead of actually watching for safety or controlling ninja course flow. Example: in the location where kids jump into a pit kids were jumping to the side and nearly hitting each other. A employee walked by. I asked if he worked there. He removed his ear buds (yes...had ear buds in both ears walking around). I asked if he was enforcing rules...he said he had a lot to watch. After he corrected the kids he went down to talk to another employee for at least 10 minutes. Ie they were so busy they had to stand together and talk. I watch my kids but most parents do not which makes it unsafe and less fun. And smelled...where is the airflow?Management needs to create a better environment and hold their employees accountable.

The place is a good size. I would not recommend for kids are younger than 5 just because you might not get the most out of your bucks. The rider thing looks so much fun. I would ride it over and over if I were a kid. Kids were having so much fun in the warriors pit. I can see how kids might get hurts if not being careful. The tub area is kind of hiden in the back, but its a good size. Also, its my first time to see a place has very fresh celery carrots sticks with hummus. While it offers other normal junk finger food, its nice to have the healthy option.Yes, you have to buy socks from them.I will definitely bring my kids back again.

First time to bring kiddos and it was pretty awesome. Kids had a blast, food was good, and they handled the party we were there for very well. If I had a criticism or idea it would be to add some security at the door for parents and kids. There was nobody watching front door in or out. Even Chuck E. We attend a birthday party on a weekend, we understand it is always going to be quite a traffic in places like this. But there were not enough staff to control the flow of each activity and of course most kids do not read the signs or even care. This was the first time we had visited this location. Unfortunately as soon as we left the birthday party my kids stated they were not interested in coming back at all. I’m sorry we didn’t have a good experience

The place offers alot of activities for kids. Lot of space. The place lacks supervision and qualified staff. The place needs to partition areas for babies, kids and teenagers. Too many times you have teenagers jumping around and running into kids on the same area .This is an formula for accidents and possible tragedies. No manager on floor. No staff to safe guard and protect against collisions and injuries. Place has a good concept but poorly ran and if you are not watching after your family. Tragedy is just waiting to happen which could open place up.for lawsuits and more. No one to check kids and family out. You could walk out with someone else kids because they are safe guards or protection against it. Not comfortable taking my kid their unless they are safety upgrades and more qualified staff in floor to safe guard and protect.

Gave this a mixed ratings, because while my daughter loves the place, it’s very uncomfortable for those that aren’t playing. There’s a small section with tables and chairs, and while they’re very uncomfortable, they’re as good as it gets. If those are full, and on the weekend they usually are, your only option are benches, if you can find them. Most tables with benches are reserved for parties. It’s just a poor experience for adults, especially given how expensive it is.But my eight year old does love it.

A good place for children at least 5 years of age, younger than that they will have a hard time keeping up. Even without jumping or getting in the playscape with my children, I left this place feeling grimy. This place needed a good cleaning, which was apparent with the “clear balls.” You could literally see the dirt/mud on them. While my kids were jumping, the attendant was talking on his phone. He was a teenager, which is no excuse. I’ve been to other businesses where they had responsible and well trained teenagers monitor an area involving children. Either they were short staffed or this was normal practices for attendants to monitor more than one station at a time and to do it carelessly. The food was nothing spectacular but got the job done. We ordered the cheese pizza, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. One person working the register on a busy Friday night, so you could imagine how long the line was.Honestly, I wouldn’t go back until they cleaned the place. The bathrooms actually weren’t bad at all. Also, I wouldn’t go back until my girls are at least 10 and 7 years old, I feel like that’s a good minimum age for this place to be going off by themselves.

I booked this for my sons bday party. He had fun but the party rooms where booked up so we reserved a table with a shared party host. No problem. All they have to do is put out 10 plates and hats and bring out 4 pizzas. We served the pizza. While my son was opening presents I was asked if I could settle my bill...um we still have 35 mins here. So I missed him opening presents and went to settle the bill then the lady proceeds to tell me they usual tip on my bill should be 60 to 80 dollars!! I used to wait tables, bartend and cater parties. I tip well but you just messed up telling me how much to tip before you even present me with my bill. Im not tripping 20 percent for someone to carry pizza to a table and put plate on the table. All the trash was picked up as we went because thats how we do things. Very unprofessional!!!! Its not like the 20 percent was food purchase. I purchased 4 pizzas and it came with 1 bottle of water for each kid. I dont tip someone on Mon service items like admission

My son loved Urban Air and we will definitely go back. BUT..... I’m giving it a 3 stars because when I had my sons birthday party we got a suite and we felt rush getting out of there. I really didn’t enjoy his party maybe he did, but as a parents you want to enjoy it and have fun as well. Our party ended at 6:00 more like we had to get out at 6 because they had another party right after, his party was from 4-6 so little time in a private suite that cost us a lot of money$$$. My son wanted to keep playing and we stayed but got out of our suite and as we were down stairs it was 7:30 and our suite was empty, lights were off nobody was there. So I don’t understand how we couldn’t stay in our private room that we payed a lot of money! We left at 8:00 and that room was still dark and nobody was in it. It’s fun to go but for a party I don’t recommend it, seriously go somewhere else!! That day was so rush for me and everyone that still wanted to stay and enjoy the day. Also the young girl that was helping us had dressed up so unprofessional I mean she had some very short shorts with a long shirt did not look good at all, I know we are in a place to Jump but if you are working I would think they would wear different type of short or maybe jeans or something. It sucks that I spend so much money on his birthday that we were rushed out of! this was in the cedar park location. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR HIS PARTY!!$$$

Paper towel dispenser not working. No one supervising the areas and parents letting their kids break every rule without one person to say anything because the 30 people working here are to busy playing and carrying on.Food and drinks spilled all over all sat as they walk through it and not even clean up. Kids walking through that in socks.
