The staff here is fantastic. They have fun with the kids (when approached) while still maintaining a reasonable distance. We took our toddler there when they opened, and this was his first indoor park since the pandemic started. They were not at all crowded and the pricing was reasonable. I removed one star due to their website being inaccurate. They do not reflect their new hours or removed events, like their toddler time. My toddler did share the indoor park with big kids, but we had no issues. We had to reroute our visit when we arrived for toddler time but found out they were still closed. Overall, still a position experience.

This is one of the few NOT over priced trampoline gyms in town. My kids absolutely love it and never get bored. Its staffed appropriately so the kids dont have to wait to do something because of supervision. Right now they are cleaning very well and I felt like it was maintained.

We joined a kids BD party and, they asked for all possible private information just to enter and escort the kids. Email, address, DL number, phone number- what next? SSN and bank account? Then they promised no spam on email but of course we started to receive spam... sorry guys will try to avoid even though the kids had good time.

Great place to take the kids when they need to burn off some energy for a few hours. Trampoline, dodge ball, climbing wall...lots of great recreation to entertain the kids and wear them out. A tad bit pricey, $19 for two hours but theyll love it. Well staffed with observers to make sure the kids stay safe. Complete the liability waiver ahead of time on the web site to save time checking in.

Couldnt have been better timing it was not very crowded but enough kids to interact and have a great time

Giving this place a 1-star because they are seemingly incapable of updating their hours when hosting private events. Have showed up multiple times only to be turned away due to special party of some sort.

I am thankful, I just have some recommendations.Fun place, but food is expensive, try to make make it more affordable for families with 5+ kids. No judging please. For the party deals, they should have at least 3 large pizzas for the 10 guesst deal because boys tend eat a lot after being active!I hope this place gets creative on party deals to accommodate families with a budget.

This is probably the best indoor park in South Austin. Urban Air has more variety but feels cramped. The staff here is young but generally good, attentive, and plentiful. The trampolines are good for all ages, including a high performance section for wall jumpers and flippers.

The larger girl with the shaved sides was super rude. Not worth coming back if she is going to take a tone of something we already asked for and as silly as facemasks like come on we were ready to pay for them.

Initially was thinking this was a great trampoline place this is in comparison to some of the others I’ve taken my kids to. But after sitting here for the last several minutes watching two employees transferring plastic forks from one bin to another without any sort of gloves on, I changed my mind pretty fast. Ill-advised - not to mention, gross - any time of year , but pretty negligent during cold and flu season. Here’s hoping those two are at least dedicated hand washers.

This is a fun place for kids all ages for sure, there are a few different activities within it that keeps it interesting for them at all times. Staff if friendly and attentive to the children needs. My only observations are that this place can get really crowded and seating spots for parents are scarce, there is also only 1 water fountain for the entire place, and there were no public tables when we were there only reserved ones for parties also no WiFi. Pizzas are not directly sold there and take forever to get there so plan accordingly I highly suggest ordering them when you get there so they at ready when your children are done jumping.

Improvement from Jumpoline - but higher prices AND they force you to buy their socks. Still give 5 stars - its large with many play areas and lots of staff to keep it managed. Cost $12.95 for 7 and up and $8.95 for 6 and under for one hr. Socks cost $2.00. So fine not awful. Plenty of parental seating and some couches have plugs.

Its great fun for kids and adults alike. We were here for a birthday party and my kids just loved this place and insisted on having their birthday parties here.

Me and my son went for 2 hours and had a great time. We got there at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning to avoid a huge crowd it wasnt that busy until about 11. It was a lot of fun. I had fun on the rock walls and just could not get enough of jumping. Im 33 years old and I literally played like a kid the entire time I was there.

This was very fun and they give you everything you need like special socks but you have to pay for them. The socks are not very expensive and they have inexpensive concessions.

Very busy place . But my son had an amazing time! You pay per hour and the socks are $2

We celebrated my princesss birthday here. Staff was friendly, we did the party on a thursday so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves and we got a 30 dollar discount. She was happy so was I.

We have been to 3 other Altitude Trampoline Parks in 3 other cities. This one is not the largest or the smallest. They do make good use of their space and it is clean. I am disappointed they do not offer a homeschool time during the day with a reduced price. The other 3 locations had a few hours for homeschoolees to jump at a reasonable rate. My children were quite disappointed that the performance trampoline is only open on the weekends. There is no mention of this detail on their website.

There are ups and downs to this place, lkke with every indoor play place.The good:*This place really makes the kiddos work hard and get all their crazy energy out*The kids consistently enjoy their time here*The facility is large and generally clean*There are areas to accommodate a pretty wide range of ages and abilitiesThe bad:*They charge by the hour, making this place significantly more expensive than most of the other indoor play places we visit*They dont allow you to bring your own food, and they dont offer particularly healthy or allergy friendly options at their concession stand (read: pizza, chips, ice cream, soda, icees, etc)*It gets incredibly loud and crowded, especially on rainy days, which can be pretty overwhelming.*This facility is not very friendly to children with special needs. There are a lot of things which require waiting in lines, and the line monitors do not seem to be at all aware of/trained for assisting differently abled kiddos.*Playing here isnt exactly the safest prospect, between the trampolines and the high number of people not paying enough attention to their surroundings.All in all, I could take or leave this place, as a parent. My kids love it, though, so we visit from time to time.

We used to go there but my kids sometimes didnt have a place to jump, everytime we went it was kind of crowded and the place its mostly for 10 yr olds and up since Urban air open we all love going there now its Amazon and has cheaper prizes, and its family fun.

Great place for kids and adults Have padding and foam block pits to do trapeze swinging and walking log to bop opponent off. Tons of trampolines, arcade areas. Rock climbing wall is great for kids. Our 3year old was even attempting it. Great place. Only problem is getting kids to leave. Lol!

I couldnt leave a frowning face or 0 stars so I picked 1 star. This place is a fun idea but not well executed. The amount of people outnumbered the staff 30 to 1. Some of the employees are too young to understand life and death situations allowing large kids to plow over small children without a whistle blow. Several smaller kids were sitting out with ice packs. An employee told my son to do a front flip and land on his feet to access a certain area which resulted in burns to his face. The manager did respond quickly to him but nothing was mentioned about an employee being the reason he was injured. My 3 year old was also injured so badly her arm is broken. A large kid mowed her over and no one even blew a whistle or came to check on her. We had to go to the front desk to request an ice pack. Thats how full this place was. No one saw her get injured or took the time to look around to see an injured kid. No one blew their whistle at these kids for being aggressive.

Pretty well organized trampoline park for kids birthdays. Staff was very friendly and they had quite a full staff.

Today I took 4 kids to Altitude and paid for 2 hours. The kids then realized that sections were closed. When I asked why the trampolines were not available (super trampolines we came for) I was told it was because they did not have enough staff. No apologies or thought of opening the things anyway. Meanwhile, several staff members stand up front and talk. Maybe altitude should try to hire a manager

Great place for both kids and adults. A ton of activities and we went on a Wednesday so it wasnt busy at all. If it is your first time there you have to buy a pair of their socks ($2/person) to be able to jump and in my opinion it is most cost effective to get something like 2 hours of jump time instead of the 1hour, that way you are getting more of your moneys worth. Very clean facilities and lots of fun. Could see it being a great place for birthdays and I would recommend it and plan to visit again.Edit: After my second visit, I still believe its a great place to visit but was concerned by the fact that employees are not required to wear any socks in the facilities and saw an employee go to the bathroom barefoot and then return to jump on the trampolines..

I was shocked to see it so busy. The staff did a great job getting us in fast. They did a great job making sure everyone was being safe. Id give more stars but wont let me. Need to have monthly passes, my kids would move in there.

My fifteen month old and I went to Altitude Trampoline park at 3pm on Friday and we had a wonderful experience. It was her first time ever experiencing a trampoline, but she really caught on quickly. It was very slow,(as in they didn’t have many customers there), but that didn’t stop the employees from working and checking on all the jumpers. I felt safe knowing if some random freak accident happened at any time, that there were plenty of employees around (and with kind faces) to help. We will be going back, and I’ll be bringing more adults with me. This place is a blast for all ages. One woman said she didn’t like that there were so many arcade game there; and I pointed out that if you’ve got kids of different ages or maybe a child who is stimulated differently and not by jumping- that having this option was a smart option for parents! Again. THANK YOU! This stay at home mama was going stir crazy, and now I know of a reasonably priced rainy day out!!

This place is awesome and its for both kids and adults. Altitude has a huge area of trampolines that you can jump from one to another or just jump on one. There are rock walls, chicken fighting gladiator style, trapeze swing and a diving board and after you fall, you fall into a foam pit. They have dodgeball and basketball rims for everyone to dunk on. My family and I played for 2 hours and everyone will sleep well tonight. Thanks Altitude Trampoline Park!!!

The park is great itself the amount of space to jump and the variety of areas to do different activities. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that it was our first time there . My family and I are a family of six . Totally being unaware of the packages and prices . We had a budget but also wanted to try this place out for some time . The problem was the cashier that was attending us was not informing g us of the deals we could get to save and still have a good time Thankfully we looked on our own and asked questions and got a good deal . Helpful tips help the clients out to get a good deal . So pick up the customer service .

Clean and awesome atmosphere! Great music and lots of different activities to do besides just jumping for both kids and adults. Place to sit for adults/parents. Food and drinks available. Lots of staff waking around checking up on kids and also a police officer roaming around so it felt safe as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back here in the future. Fun and cool place!

“Safety socks” are such a scam... we came in wearing trampoline safety socks we bought from a competing trampoline park. With smug expressions they informed us that the competitors socks weren’t up to their safety standards (aka a different color but identical in every other way). This sort of BS violates your credibility and reduces repeat customers. 10mins of our hour wasted.

It was amazing we could enjoy and workout at the same time. My kids were really excited jumping here and there and also especially foam pits are excellent. I hope we are able to be here sooner or later. Only thing I concerned about this facility was air quality. I dont know whether air quality is well controlled or not, there must be lots of dusts there. I dont care if they enjoy without catching a cold.

Weve been here about 6-7 times in the last 18 months. Its an extremely popular place for birthdays, so when the weather is too hot or cold, its the go to place.Kids seem to have fun here, and theres a lot of different activities beyond just jumping on trampolines. When its not crowded, everyone seems to have a good time, and the hour goes by quickly.So, why the two stars?Kids get hurt here. A lot. Theres very little supervision beyond a whistle blow, older kids jump all over the younger kids, and Ive yet to attend a birthday party where at least one kid didnt sustain some level of injury (some not so bad, some requiring medical attention).Go when theyre not busy, and its a definite 4-5 stars. Go when theres a crowd, and your tossing your kid into the Thunderdome. Really not recommend for kids under 7 or 8, depending on their size.

This is a great trampoline park. That said, it could definitely use a better AC setup. The air circulation is adequate for temp control but you dont often feel it moving. Overheating could be a problem if you dont pace yourself a little more than should be expected in a gym of this quality.

Super busy place for a late Sunday afternoon! The boys had a blast however! Lots to do here very clean and well organized! Staff is friendly and willing to help only downside would be the prices and you have no choice but to buy socks other than that this place is a riot!

We loved the place. It was super fun and had something for all levels. A week later though we all have lice and that was the only thing we did differently. The kids from the birthday also have lice but the management dismissed my call to warn them. It is not a cleanliness issue just an annoyance so be aware the foam pit is a breeding ground for that type of bug. I would just skip the foam pit and do I everything else!

We had our sons second birthday party here when it first opened and now hes 3 and we LOVE this place even more! The staff are kind and friendly, the prices are very reasonable and the space is clean. I see other parents here with their laptops while their kids play. Keep up the great work Altitude! Im so grateful for a cool spot to take my active little one.

Its an ok trampoline park, the employees are ok. But the place like walls an ceiling were trashed and the foam pits were disgusting.

Expansive trampolines and foam pits. LOADS of activities for kids of all ages to have fun together. The liability waiver is extensive, which is probably warranted because when its busy, there are a lot of kids running around and jumping with high speed. In other words, collisions are inevitable. Super fun though!

The place is a lot of fun! Everything is kept in good shape. The foam cubes are pretty old and could use replacing but it’s not a big deal as they get the job done just fine. I really recommend going on weekdays if you really want to have fun and plenty of room.

My grandson had so much fun we came back the next day for more excitement and trampoline time.

So far, this is the best trampoline park Ive been too. The main trampoline floor is really spacious so theres plenty of room, plus theres a rock wall, foam pits (of course for diving into), and a designated kid zone for the little ones (if they want - its completely optional). And those are just my top picks - theres also this swing thing into a foam pit, a diving board, some balance beams with giant soft swords? Lots to do! You can make a reservation online but I dont know if you really need one. If you have a large group or are going on a Friday night/weekend you might want to call to check. Not that expensive either. Prices are online.

It was amazing! It is so big and there are special socks you have to buy and wear and they work great. I suggest that you go for two hours because one hour goes by super quick and you are super duper tired after three hours. There are three foam pits, a rock wall, a trapeze bar , a dodge ball cage, a trick tramp and a spot to hang out. There is also a spot for the little ones which is a perfect way to prevent your toddler from getting hurt. There are special blocks with mats on them that you can jump off of. Concessions are very cheap. The fun is endless. I hope you choose to go too.

Had a birthday party for my now 8 year old brother here, not too busy, pizza is good, the staff member assigned to our table was very nice and the rest of the staff also seemed nice. Would definitely recommend for a childrens bday party, mainly under 15.

We went for a mid afternoon kids bday party and the place was a complete zoo. Overpriced pizza from Cici’s and nowhere near enough space for the party. The teenagers working there also enforce the rules haphazardly and overall it was not a great experience. 2 stars because at least my kids had fun, but I’m sure there have to be better options.
