Great little place with a play scape that my 3 year old and 6 year old had fun at. The games were entertaining for them as well. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a hot dog. They were ok but the facility is the best part. I will head back there again.

This place is awesome & the owner is super nice and helpful! Very awesome experience both times I went. Playground is massive and my 4 year old always has a fun time! Definitely worth checking out :-)

Its a nice place for kids to play and have fun. Adults can go into Playscape as well. Socks are required!! Snacks are a bit pricey.

Great place to burn energy. Not crowded but of the 30-40 arcade games, only half were functioning. 4 and 7yr old still enjoyed themselves. Will come back

Had a super fun night at Jungle Island Entertainment Center. Kids enjoyed the climbing structures and slides, as well as some of the circular rides. Adults enjoyed the basketball games and air hockey. Great night out for the whole family!

A great place for the kids to enjoy themselves however, not in terms of the arcade. Not many arcade machines for them, but the main attraction is what can keep kids attention.The play area is massive and has multiple levels for them.Would recommend for young kids.

Closed Wednesday when school season. A little expensive but nice. Son liked the jungle gym play area. Not many actual arcade games and many were off when we were there.

Took my God son and best friends son here. They absolutely had a blast and played until they tired themselves out. We adults had a great time too; the pizza was good, the place was very clean, and most of all...THE KIDS LOVED IT!! will be returning soon.

Wasnt so sure about this place but it turned out to be great! We went on Friday evening and practically had the place to ourselves. My 7 yr old niece loved it!

My kids love this place. They love the playscape. And I love that I can join in on the fun with them. We spend hours there having tons of fun. And I like that is pretty reasonable price. They can have better options on the menu. Its s an awesome place to go when the weather is rainy, hot, or cold.

This place was pretty darn neat!*The inside was beautifully decorated with murals along their jungle theme, and their playscape also fit into that design.*The playscape itself looks pretty small from the outside but it actually has much more space to run than it appears due to a lot of internal corridors.*My kids had a blast here and it was a great value for an exceptionally low price of $6 per child without an hourly time limit.*There were mens and womens restrooms + 2 family bathrooms, so there are plenty of places to change babies.The downsides are*it is VERY loud in there due to all the noise bouncing off the hard (concrete?) walls, between the kids playing and the loud music coming over the speakers. I would have been a lot happier without the music adding to the cacophony.*They also dont allow you to bring your own food for the kids. I definitely get they want you to spend more money while youre there to offset the low general admission, but the options offered are not particularly healthy or allergy friendly, so my kiddos and I wouldnt be able to eat any of it even if we wanted to.*I really wish they didnt have the pay to play game machines in the back. Those are a distraction away from the actual physical play time we come to these sort of places for, which always inherently creates conflict between the kids (who just see flashy lights) and the parents (who dont want to spend more money for their kids to sit in front of a screen instead of playing). I feel the space would be better used by more play equipment.

All 4 of my kids and I love this place. We all get a workout running through the tunnels. The staff keeps it super clean, the games are decent,as well as the food The entire place is the perfect size for this. Im giving 4 stars and not 5 bc we cant bring our own food and bc there is only 1 restroom...try having a party for a child with 1 restroom, its crazy,but it is what it is.

ZERO STARS & BAD EXPERIENCE!I asked about package deals and was told their wasn’t any only to find out minutes later there is.After spending $50+ On what was a package deal for 35$... after i pointed it out to her she said there was nothing she could do. To make matters worstmostly ALL the games are broken!There is only one(1) restroom.Limited food. Only whole pizzas 6wings for 10$ and nachos 8$I would say definitely go to chucky cheese, pinballs, big play, and anywhere but here.

Place appeared to be well maintained. Until we began to play games. We bought the 90 total points for...$20. However when we got done adding up all we played it totaled to 55 point used. Be sure to check your card before using the card. When we bought it up to their attention they only were willing to give us 5 points back. Wont be returning.

Very inexpensive for the kids to play for hours. Always very clean inside. Friendly staff as well.

It is a good so spot for kids to enjoy for 1-2 hours. Kids under 3 years price is $3 and over 3 years is $6. Adults are free.

Dont pass this up, i recommend this place on a separate visit from Joy East Chinese buffet, you wont be able to gorge yourself in one day at both, but do yourself a favor and take the kids here for some levity and enjoy yourself a drink and some Texas music

This is one of my favorite places to take my children! They get to play indoors and I think it’s better than a bouncy house. Bring your socks and eat before you go. The food is a little pricey.

Jungle gym is large. The pizza is above average. Great place to take kids for the day. Games are very pricey. The jungle gym is the best part. Patents are able to join which I love since I have younger little ones.

I been here 2 times and they closed before 10pm by 9:30 they shut everything off so everyone leaves and hurry you up

Rented out the birthday room with my family. We loved it! The place is super clean and the staff is very attentive. I will definitely be back due to the reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this great spot!

Kids had a lot of fun! Faith and Ellie did an awesome job and helped out with the kids. Great customer service and good pizza. We definitely will be coming back!

The owners actually operate this business themselves with some hired staff. All are so friendly and obviously adore kids. We love it. And the pizza is the best, so good I wish they deliverwd because I would order.

Its not a bad price to take a kid on a gross rainy day. There are definitely better indoor playgrounds, but its $3-$6. The restrooms are in awkward places, and not well labeled, but for a place where kids roam around freely, theyre not completely disgusting. Their arcade games are minimal, and a few were broken, but it gave us something to do for a bid while the kid played. Its not in the greatest part of town, so be prepared to see homeless people in the parking lot or sleeping in front of the entrance.

Jungle playground was great for a three year old. Games not too great. Not too many of them and half are broken. It’s expensive to play. Each game is 3-5 points and it’s $20 for 80 points. Had a few games just eat my points and not play!! Staff added more points for the ones I lost but after several times going up to the counter saying that a game ate my points you figure out which games not to play and they did not put out of order signs on the broken games. All in all it’s an ok place. Staff is kinda bla.

We went here twice while in town to let our kid run his energy out before being stuck in a hotel room.

Lady on the front desk was absolutely rude, she was on the phone when we got there and we waited for her. 5 minutes waiting and she was still on the phone, my kid was anxious to start playing so he run towards the games now the lady moves the phone off her ear and yell at him to comeback and pay... we were standing right infront of her waiting for her to help us. There was no need for us to argue, i put my sons shoes back on and left, there are better places And as a costumer we deserve better than that.

This place is great for almost any age for kids theres games for 2 year old to like 12 year old mostly any age they give food and toys here and this is a great place to play tag,hide n go seek its like a jungle come check it out

I liked how the jungle gym had a lot of fun obstacle courses. My daughter enjoyed it but my little one was scared because it was too dark in some parts. Also they are pretty good at keeping it clean. What I didnt like was the customer service, staff was not too friendly or welcoming. I went this Sunday, sign said place opens at 11 am., so I stood there waiting with my girls...11:00 came around so I was like ok someone should be coming to turn on lights, 11:05- still nobody 11:10, nothing. Then around 11:15/11:20 the owner finally comes around and lets us in. Very unprofessional and it was a turn off

Very nice place to spend a few hours with the kids.We took our 3 grandkids here recently to spend a few hours away from TV and electronics. Its a fairly reasonable place to go on hot summer afternoon.The kids spent an hour running around a large playscape. It always makes me pleased to see them come back to the table nice and sweaty for a drink.We got a pizza which wasnt too bad and a hot dog which he ate all of, so it must have been pretty good too.Then they got to play games and win coupons for prizes. They each went through a $10 game card pretty quickly, but got to pick things they wanted.Although this place isnt squeaky clean, the staff were exceptionally nice. It wasnt terribly packed either, which is great for places like this. During the last 45 minutes unfortunately there was one little girl who was able to scream so loud (and frequently) that I jumped almost every time she let out one of her frequent squeals of joy. Cant blame that on anyone but the parents though and its rare theyd do anything about it at a place like this.

Biggest playscape in Austin by far! The little ones are going to have an awesome time running around this massive playground/jungle gym/fort. Reminds me of something you would see in the Wisconsin Dells. Theres a ton of arcade games - think Dave & Busters and even a satisfyingly well rounded menu to keep from going hungry while everyone goes game crazy. All that aside theres also some really sweet graffiti done by a local Austinite of jungle creatures and tropical fauna to match its namesake.

This place was horrible I wouldn’t go back ever again. Staff was by far soooo sooo soo rude gave attitude and very ugly looks, food was disgusting and let’s not forget about how my 1 year old son almost got stabbed in the head by nails being all over the place, it was very unsafe for kids! I do have pictures of everything and I will be reporting it, they had a wooden box out in the open with nails sticking out of it any kid could have gotten hurt from it my child fell close by it a nearly almost cut his head opened because of it when telling a manger about it she then looked at me very ugly as well as everybody working, we got attitude from all the workers from the minute we walked in, I don’t recommend this place AT ALL! I worked in customer services for over 5 years and I still do word of advice for y’all staff even if y’all are having a bad day ACT LIKE YALL ARE HAVING A GOOD ONE AT WORK around customers and for those who looked frustrated around the kids y’all shouldn’t be working at a place with small kids then. Y’all should really reconsider hiring new staff cause your workers attitude and looks to customers honestly were not expectable at all!

We went there with an open mind and empty bellies. I was a little worried when I saw an unsavory element hanging out at the front door. As we went in, we waited in line for a seat. Once we Got to the greeter I experienced something I have never had happen before. They asked us the ages of all our kids then asked me to put them against the wall to measure their height. At first I thought it was just a joke until the lady asked again and pointed to the markers. The put my 4 year old against a crude cut out that had infant child and adult on the wall. She was at the child which we were like..ok isnt that obvious? Then I had to put my 2 year old twins there like a line up and they were between infant and child...I felt like they had done something wrong and were being put in a line up. I looked around and it was a large place that was packed and I wondered why it was so important to measure the growth of my 24 month old children, and how the 2 pieces of fruit and 3 chicken nuggets apiece that they ate would affect their profit margin. After waiting 10 minutes for a seat we were put right in front of the buffet line. When I asked for seating in a corner that was empty they were reluctant...I told them I have 2 kids that need a high chair and you are putting us in a high traffic area in the way of everyone! When we got situated in our seats, we found the food not very good. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience we will not repeat.

$3-6 for full day admission to play place, food is pricey but to be expected, arcade is also pay to play with fun ganes. The kids absolutely love it and Ive always seen it in good, clean condition.

This place is only worth it for the playscape. If you want to experience a fun and affordable arcade with fair points given after win, I would suggest going to Chuck E. Cheeses, Peter Piper Pizza or elsewhere, but this is my personal opinion.P.S. bring socks for your kids if they will get in playscape or else you will have to buy socks for $2.

The playground is awesome and big, its a bit dark inside which makes it more interesting when sliding down! only $3 per person to go inside the playgrpund and theres food for purchase but not neccessary to buy in order to take a table to sit down!
