All set up for a party. They made sure that we had every thing that we needed. Fun times, lots to do. Manger checked in with us. Hostess checked in several times. Easy to find location. Very clean and maintained. Cool entertainment/songs. Food was hot, correct, and yummy.

In the area this past Friday so decided to take my son as it was a little earlier in the day, not so busy and I felt like social distancing wouldn’t be so bad. The pizza was good and the staff was very nice and friendly. Isaiah was especially on it and helpful...the type to go above and beyond! My son had fun and I was pleased too! We will certainly be back!

We had an amazing time. All staff did an amazing job in making us feel welcomed and appreciated for giving them business despite the COVID-19. From the time we walked in to the time we left. It was all wonderful. Great job staff!

Not good! Gave a lot money for cold pizza, no paper plates, no napkins. Very dissappointed. Loved taking my own kids there, now taking my Grandson there, will think twice about returning

I give it 3 stars because it tasted really good and it was surprisingly cheap. Plus super fast customer service. It was amazing going in but terrible going back out. I pooped so hard for like a straight hour and I’ve been suffering ever since. I literally had to go to the doctor. But overall 7/10 experience would recommend.

Went there for the food, got great food! The prices are very affordable, and their sausage one topping pizza be hitting different. Worth trying at least once, they need the business right now!The wait is about 15 mins and the arcade is closed, but the staff is friendly and theyve got plenty of options for carry out.

At least half the games and rides not working. They had plenty of time during quarantine to fix them. So no excuses other than being horrible ran by management

I was very disappointed today to see so many, if not all customers with no mask or not wearing it properly and the employees not enforcing the rules. Machines were out but would still take points off your card. Tickets weren’t even coming out of the ones that did work.Such a sad experience!

I’ve been to all Chuck E. Cheese’s in Colorado except the Colorado Springs one. This one in Aurora is the best one. The staff is friendly and the restaurant always seems fully staffed. Food is great!! The one in superior is smaller and the games suck! The one in lone tree is decent but the staff and customers are pretty snooty. I love the aurora one, will not go to any other one. The games are rarely down, they have a lot of ticket munchers. A lot of newer arcades and games. They also have an interactive dance floor the kids can use for free. Thank you

Theyve redone the place. The staff are friendlier. I didnt see and toilet brushes on the floor like previous visits.Old review: Dirty, unhelpful lazy staff, games are 50/50 if they will work or not. Avoid it. Really its better to stay home and disappoint your kid. Than to have to endure this place. Dont waste a dime here.

I honestly think my babies love it here.. we got lots of tickets so the kids were able to get things before we left.. they were happy.. nice place to take kids to go spend family time and burn energy

I went as a kid when my friend invited me to go. The place was unsanitary, the main tube playground car had pee and soda on the floor. Employees at the ticket tube would not let me and my birthday girl friend and 2 other in but would let a group of 5 kids from another state in. We just left and went to go eat the weirdly shaped pizza. Pizza was cold, lemonade tasted weird. Games were mediocre and greasy. I got sick later on from the food. I would not recommend this place if you have younger kids. You can catch whatever lives there. Flu, Streap, etc. Overall good party employees, Great times there.

It was clean. Otherwise a miserable experience. Salad bar had several items that where well past due for the garbage. Several of the staff members where rude and it was too expensive.. little Cs and 5¢ A Play would have been more fun for less money.

The Pizza was really good! Excellent for the price. First time Ive order Chucky Cheese food to go. I saw a great deal online and decided to give it a shot; was totally worth it. I plan on ordering Chucky Cheese pizza to go again soon. I would order a 2nd pizza instead of the cheezy bread however I highly reccomend the pizza and bone in buffalo wings

Children love it there! And sometimes the adults enjoy it to. We got their delicious pizza, and dip and dots! But, to be real, Dave and busters is way better quality, cleaner, and better service.

Paid about $150 dollars for 2 large pizzas and 4 drinks, two 30 minute play passes and a 45 minute add on to a play pass...Yikes!! (Last time we were here they were still using the coins versus the digital play.) Prize choices/options for large amount of tickets we redeemed was minimal and needs some upgrading. I give 4 and 1/2 stars for cleanliness, almost all the employees were Very courteous, pretty quick food service, vast amount of game choices and all the games were working on a Friday evening. All in all, still a fun place to bring kiddos and adults, just plan to eat first and try to save a couple dollars that way. We had a great time, adults and kiddos. Stayed for about 3 hours.

Spacious. This location is under remodel and was hard to see from the street. All of the employees were cheerful and eager to help...which made the experience nice. I love the unlimited play pass. I do wish there were more games. There is no jungle gym at this location.

Very dirty, staff are extremely hard to find and lack any sense of work ethic. A third of the games werent working...between the pizza which wasnt any better then little ceasers, 7/11 style boneless wings, and three drinks at $36.04 and the lack of prizes I think Id rather go somewhere like nickle-a-play and get my moneys worth. To credit the games that did work were pretty cool and didnt cost a ton.

It was okay. Prices a little high but pizza was decent. Grandson had a great time with the machines.

So expensive for low quality entertainment and food. I am glad I only have one child. For two adults and one child to eat pizza and soda and play maybe 2 hours of games is near $80. Wild!! I try to stay away from Chuck-E-Cheese as much as I can but the kids love it.

This was the WORST experience I had at this place.

Only one star and that’s attributed to the cleanliness. Was extremely disappointed yesterday when it took over 45 minutes for our pizza and boneless wings to come out. Wings were room temperature at best. It was 1:30 pm, so not many patrons ordering food. The manager didn’t really give a hoot either when I repeatedly addressed my concerns with her. The games don’t offer as many tickets at other local CECs. And there are more games/rides to choose from at other locations. Super disappointed. Won’t be returning or recommending this location.

Okay while waiting at counter two employees walked by and ignored us. Only two people at counter. The guy checking tickets at front was very kind and offered to help us and he was busy checking tons of kids in. Great guy but someone who is definitely having a very bad day came over and said what do you want. Such a pleasant experience. NOT.then they didn’t even have what we ordered. Not good at all. I know there are a lot of screaming kids and if it gets to you go work somewhere else. We did treat them very nicely. Just to show what a smile was and teach them the word thank you. I am not sure they ever said it to anyone ever. I will do a separate review for the awesomely good guy. He deserves it. The other people need training in customer service and kindness. Big time.

My daughter loves it here. Unfortunately there was an incident where a person was harassing an employee and the way the employee handled herself and the way the manager defended her employees made me want to come more often. Keep up the good work guys and dont let no crazy people ruin your day.

If I could give less then a star I would. Not only was service bad. There management is also bad. Booked a party here over 200$ didnt complete setting our table until over half hour into our party. Tried to kick us off our table a half hour early. Managment not even aware of there own company polices. Place wasnt even busy and they couldnt even bring us simple supplies such as, plates , cups. All around rip off!

Good for our children but wish chuckie can spend more time with the kids instead off running 5 minutes after we wait 1 hour to see him

Spent over $230 dollars on my niece’s birthday party. Show up and nothing is set up or even beginning to get set up. Employees didn’t care and Manager Kaitlyn G. definitely did give a sh!+. The place wasn’t even close to busy.

The pros: what was good, was very good. The pizza was fresh, the staff was friendly. The games all worked.The cons: this place seems clean, but where it was dirty, it was very dirty. I had to tell my kids they could not climb in the climbing area that suspends over the restaurant. The inner tubing and tracks inside were absolutely filthy. There was a thick layer of grime where you can tell it had it been clean or wipe down in a very long time. its unfortunate to have to tell children they cant play somewhere in a kids place, and this definitely dampened the evening.Overall it was a decent visit that could have been great if cleanliness had been a priority.

I held my sons 7th birthday at this Chuck-E-Cheese location only to be closer to his invitees, I really dont prefer this location but I was trying to accommodate his guests. Would prefer the Highlands Ranch location over Aurora any day. The professionalism in Aurora its just not a priority if you ask

It was good just they have too many kids working there. There should be at least one adult there maybe 2 that knows how to handle business correctly and timely. They were just slow when you ask for something, teenagers have no since of urgency when its needed at least the ones that work here dont. But other than that it was good.

I wish I got this young ladys name that held the door for us while taking gifts out, as she deserves employee of the month. I went for a birthday party @ 6p.m. everything ran a little late. Chuck E. Sing Happy Birthday, the cake cutting, the ticket blaster. We didnt make it out till 10, mind you that close at 9. But NOT once did the employees make a fuss about it they were all so nice and patient with us. They had 2 parties going on and they allowed us to stay to finish up our party and treats for the kids. Every single employee that day was awesome!! We offered to help them clean and they refused they said dont worry about it we got this! Such a good team they had that day!

I was really disappointed with lack of enthusiasm the person playing Chuck E had. There was no excitement show. She walked out, didn’t dance, and weirdly threw some tickets at the end. Then turned around and walked to the back. It’s not cheap to go here. Get a new person to play the role!

I witnessed the staff being rude to an elderly man asking for help, the person who dressed up as chucky didnt seem motivated to dance and interact with kids, the place was dirty, the food took unusually long to finally be served, a few games was out of order due to tickets running out, and when we approached the staff about the games and ticket issue, all we got was a huge sigh and rolling eyes and we were told ok ill be back and she never came back. Other than all of those....my kids had a great time! It could have of been better.

A third of the machines dont work, but still take your credits, when approach the staff, they treated me like I was trying to get up on them for 3 credits as if I was lieying. Kids still had fun with whatever machine did work.

It was very clean and the pizza was great! Nothing like a stop in for some pizza and a blast from the past!

Such a nice gesture to give free tickets away on Halloween night restaurant is clean and sort of the machines. I did notice a couple machines were broken however

One star was too generous, more like a half star for opening. Great deal if you have the membership reward coupon and the cashier knows how to ring it up, I havent been once without them needing to call a mgr at any location. This location is hit and miss on everything, we frequent this and the Hampden location. The other location is always clean and more reliable. On this trip the first 5 games we wanted to play were not working, one had no tickets, and the racer car game had pizza grease on the steering handle. This was all in the first 5 min because we were a party of 5, we proceeded to ask for our money back and canceled the food. They offered to fix and clean everything as it was slower, but we had already all been disappointed and our experience with this location has taught us it will only go downhill from were it starts. So we went to old Chicago, had great pizza and drank a lovely afternoon away while the kids colored.

Place gets a bit crazy. Had my niece b-day there and had a good time. As always pizza was the main dish.

My nephew had fun but I remember this place being better as a kid. Basically an arcade with a small area for the smaller kids. The live Chuck E Cheese show didnt happen which was a little disappointing since the kids were doing the countdown and everything. I will say that the pizza was actually very good. Hot and fresh with a really good garlic butter crust

They gave us the wrong order/table top number for the food we ordered and by the time they figured it out the already average pizza was cold...... when we were done we went to go get my toddler a little free toy with our tickets but had to wait for over ten minutes for someone to come help us. There were three employees just sitting there gossiping while my pregnant wife stood and waited. They weren’t helping anyone else. Strange place and we certainly won’t come back. Spent about $50 in an hour and received terrible food that was cold.

Under renovation. Place was clean however things are out of place due to renovations. Many games were out of tickets or were not working. It was difficult to find employees to help with game issues. Waited a long time to order drinks and at prize counter. It was very warm in the building which was uncomfortable.There was a 10 minute count down on tv for a Chuck e cheese show to begin. When it came there was music and dancing on tv but no lights or anything happening anywhere else than the tv. The staging area was dark, it seemed like the whole staging area was broken. The tv said to wait to win tickets after show but nothing happened. It was all very uneventful and boring. Im glad we didnt book a party here. Hopefully this place will be nice once they complete renovations but right now, not so much. All employees were nice and helpful once they were found. The greeter at front door was great! Very helpful and kind! She saw us struggling at a kiosk so came to help. Found right people to help us when necessary.

A lot of the machines dont work, the grounds where the kids play are all sticky and some of the electrical games up there dont function. Also have a real bad smell in there. You guys need to do a better job of cleaning and vacuuming. The food is great though, Ill give you that. Add to it, you guys are in desperate need of better staffing.

We celebrated our childrens birthdays at this location. We did the unlimited package and the kids had lots of fun. Our host, Laura, was great. Its worth the money. You are in and out in 2 hours. Perfect for small children.
