Here tonight on Saturday, September 19. No one who is bowling is wearing a mask. When we ask staff about it they state management has been busy and they’re short staffed. Management was in the kitchen. His mask was not fully covering his mouth and nose, it was tucked underneath his nose. They give us a lane whose table still had drinks on it. I highly doubt that the balls or table were even sanitized down. We did not feel safe at all.

I had my son’s 13th birthday party at Bowlero Heather Ridge today and it was such a great experience. Ben was amazing and so nice andCourteous ! He made sure we had everything we needed and he was so down to earth that it felt like we were friends. I wish all people had amazing customer service like him! The service was amazing ! I would definitely have an event here again !

One of the servers was brash, rude and wouldnt allow the other person who was originally helping me just do her job. It was frustrating to see the micromanagement and micro aggressive behavior coming from somebody whos job just isnt that intense. Not saying the job isnt stressful at times, but theres better ways to communicate and just trust in your team to do their job. Other than that, decent prices, fun place.

Bowling is pretty good. Food and bar is scene is very poor. Severally understaffed. A bit of a depressing environment. I would recommend you go somewhere else.

I love this place they are all really nice, its clean I cannot complain.my son has so much fun and they run deals for bowling games at different times.

On Wednesday July 8 the staff was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating even with their league going on. My boyfriend and I have changed bowling alleys recently and really enjoy going to the Bowlero Heather Ridge alley! Definitely recommend!

We were told each game was $6.95 per game and show rentals were $5. They make you pay after you bowl. you choose how many games to play as you go. my boyfriend and i played 3 games at 7$ a game. it should have been $21 before tax, and then an additional $10 for shoe rentals. it was $53 and change when we checked out. absolutely ridiculous and a blatant lie. will not be returning and honestly would like a refund for the extra amount so we only pay for what we played.

My husband and I love this Bowlero! The manager, Sam goes above and beyond to get to know the customers and we always feel greeted by the staff. Matt and Heather are always very friendly and fun and we love the bartenders Jed and Sasha. The staff is definitely the reason we come back!

The bowling was great. However when we checked in we were told it was 6.98 a game. We go to check out and then they say its 6.98 a game PER PERSON. I think that would be a good thing to tell people before they bowl 7 games. Not only that we handed back one pair of shoes and they tried to charge us for two pairs. Then upon check in they keep your card on file then when leaving your card isnt on file so you get to give them your credit card again. Wont be bowling here ever again sadly.

This place was great. Not overly packed on a Saturday night yet still lively and fun. We some how managed to have the pool table all to ourselves for a couple of hours, it was great!

This was a very nice bowling ally, one of the nicest Ive been to. Very clean, floors not warped, the shoes seemed very well maintained(HUGE plus), clean bathrooms. Only down fall is the management. They seemed very very overwhelmed and stressed with how busy it was, but its expected to be busy all the time... its a bowling ally... on a Saturday night. $20 unlimited bowling (great deal!). I had a group of friends that invited me that I havent seen in a very long time. I only wanted to play one game with my family in a lane next to the group (I didnt want unlimited..) long story short, they rang me up as unlimited anyway, so I had them redo transaction and so the manager decided to move us to the complete opposite side of the building away from our group when there where plenty of lanes open. And then he proceeded to move us when we got to the lane, just so another family could be next to eachother... I feel this was all because of miscommunication with payment and so they treated us with poor service.

I had such a wonderful time going to this going to the bowling alley having fun hanging out. Im not sure about the co-workers or the crew that works on us on a Sunday. The concessions people look kind of like theyre not really all that really in tune to how they cook their food. The pizza needs to be cooked just a little bit more or vice versa. Its not a big issue. Its just that the pizza is kind of night. Tasting like its being cooked very well also that on the other hand the customer service was well, but it could have been just a little it could have been just a little bit more of a house a better because we were having issues with the with the balls getting getting stuck in the system and the monitors were not really all that effective. So its kind of hard to say....???

Love our local Bowlero, such a fun place to go, and the pricing is not bad at all. They have tons of specially priced days and times About a month we went and had a couple of technical issues, and the assistant Manager Sam F. was amazing. Customer service is the #1 reason I will either continue to go somewhere, or never look back. Sam went above and beyond for us and was kind, funny and respectful! We will continue to go bowling here. Thank You Sam!!!

My experience here was decent, the place was clean. The manager Roger (I may be wrong with the name) isnt the greatest! My first experience here was about a week ago and he embarrassed one of his staff by yelling at her over the intercom. And tonight she was there again as was he, he seems to never give the poor girl a break. I tried to speak to her to get to know her, shes a beautiful soul and hard-working. I feel like she deserves to get more credit than what it seems like she gets for her job! The bar staff was amazing. Alcohol beverages are good and overall its a good place to bowl at!

Pretty standard bowling alley. This location is definitely a little outdated. It could use some TLC inside, but if youre looking for a basic bowling alley, itll get the job done.

It was inexpensive for a bowling ally in the metro area, and had free lanes even on the busy time of Thursday, which is league day. O am giving four states instead of five because the screen and mechanism are out of sync, at least in our lane (29).

I was very fun and its supposed to be remodeled soon so if will be great.. they need more size 9 bowling balls though with larger finger holes lol

Had a lot of fun @ a pretty good price. Only reason its 4 stars instead of 5, is because the arcade closes about an hour before the rest of the place is closed. The kids were really bummed out, because we were going to play the arcade on the way out the door, but when we went to go to the arcade 40 minutes before closing time,everything was already shut down.

Great place to be on a league, all other prices regular bowling, food (greedy bar deep fried btw), & the arcade games are super expensive. Place is nice and clean and customer service is great!!

My friends and I took our kids here last night. There were 11 of us total. The service was great! We got our shoes and lanes quickly. Food was yummy and fast. Prices are reasonable. Most importantly, the bathrooms were CLEAN!

Came with my family and will not be returning! They gave me a pair of shoes that the entire insides were torn up and falling out. Ignored me while I was asking for a different pair and I never left the counter. The table we had to sit at while bowling was disgusting. None of the lanes were cleared of the previous balls. When we went to check out we went to the check out line and waited while another customer was being helped. A man walked up a few minutes after we were waiting and was helped first because he was a league bowler and there for his weekly practice games. Terrible customer service from the people running the counter. Just a really bad experience to have when its been so long since Ive been bowling. I drove from Thornton to this location because this is where Ive always gone since I was very young. Never. Again.

Hope that their lanes dont chew up your ball, or you might just have to replace it on your own.My 9 month old ball, was gauged bad, unfix able. in the ball return.I turned the ball into the Manager, who then turned it into the pro shop, the pro shop could not repair. And now Im waiting on corporate to approve a partial credit to my ball, that was in perfect shape before the ball return messed it up..however, bowlero does not communicate this to you, I think they just hope youll leave them alone about it, or just let it go..I just have to keep bothering the pro shop hoping that someone from corporate will one day offer a resolution. this so far has been a month long thing, its ridiculous. if a business does damage to your property, they should be quick to fix it. But. No.....

The staff is rude, and the place is dirty we asked for 2 lanes for 5 people and they said no u cant with 30 lanes open had to ask for a manager and they still made a big deal about it, been coming here 25 years try some other bowling ally and its fathers day. Took an hour for them to clean off the table we were sitting at and no servers available. Its no wonder they are empty.

Great place to bowl. Nice lighting and clean. Very expensive. Over 6 bucks a game on a Sunday. It took about a half hour to get service when our lane quit working.

Bar tender knows what she doing! She made our drinks so strong. I couldnt find my whole head the next day lol.

2.22 tacos and LITs on Tuesdays! Its also league night so lanes are busy but the manager and staff were all awesome and got us a lane pretty quickly! April at the bar was friendly and quick. Loved everything about this place.

I went a few weeks ago on a slow day. There were about 4 other people there many lanes open. It took a while for someone to help us get our shoes and lane. we had to go find someone in the food area to get help just getting in. Its very old school. and they didnt explain well how to start the system. Very old and outdated. I would hve rather spent my money at a nicer one. We plated one game and left. Customer service is low.

We had so much fun, the staff was very attentive to us and also to people just hanging around out side.

This bowling alley has definitely been made worse since the new management and remodel. I remember coming here with my friends when I was younger and loving it. Recently returned to this location and was waiting for a buddy to meet me and decide if we wanted to bowl. The general manager came up to my car bombarding me with questions in a rude manner. He eventually told me I couldn’t be parked there if I wasn’t bowling and I had to leave immediately, he then proceeded to call me a homophobic slur as I started driving away.This location needs new management ASAP. This was very unprofessional and wrong.I will never recommend this place to anyone until they get better, more respectful management.As a manager myself, I would never use hate speech no matter what the situation, so as the general manager, I don’t know what makes him think that’s okay..

Weve been here a few times, and this was the first time I felt that it was a professional establishment. It was well run and the employees behind the desk were really friendly, not like the past. Im sure they dont want us to tell this, but we had a Groupon and I didnt read the fine print and it was only good until 6 PM on Saturday and we got there after 6 and they still honored it. Hot wings and loaded fries were amazing. Really enjoyed ourselves tonight! OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

Place is a blast, that could be because of all the friends Ive made in my league but fun place all the same. Everyone seems to be having a blast, even those who are not in my league.

Pricing is not transparent to the customer. There are no prices posted anywhere on the website, and I didnt see prices displayed at the facility anywhere that was conspicuous. Guy doing shoe rentals said that wed pay at the end but didnt explain how much the shoes/lanes would cost. Snack bar only had one employee working who said she could only run the microwave. Anything actually cooked/fried was not available.

Had a great time. Took a beautiful girl for our first date. The lanes and games were all in good shape.

This place is a complete ripoff. They dont tell you about their ponzi scheme style pay scale. Then SURPRISE! 52 DOLLARS FOR THREE GAMES! ILL NEVER BE BACK. staff was rude as well.

It was a horrible experience. The customer service was horrific. They refused to give me a receipt for my purchase. I have never been so upset by an establishment. They need a new general manager, cashier, and bartender. I regret coming into this location!

Extremely over priced, and the food was cold by the time I got it, which was 45 minutes after I ordered it. Not okay! This place use to be great and has severely gone downhill.

Fun place when they actually function doing the hours as posted, but when they close early that is something that grinds my gears.

Tuesday specials are the best in town! The bartender is a hidden gem. The tacos were delicious. $2.22 cant beat it!!!!

This is my best friends favorite bowling alley though its very far from my home in Morrison. I always enjoy going bowling with him at this location. They have great music choices. Staff for the most part is friendly and interactive. I love all the color and weight options as far as the balls go. Its been clean everytime weve gone here which is nice cause I have seen some dirty bowling alleys in the past. The vibe is awesome here

Always have fun there, but that is due to the friends I bowl with. Under new management with almost all new employees. The last season went well, I have high expectations of how it will be run. So far its been great.

Lots of fun at an old school alley

Very clean and easy to navigate. We only had a 2 hour window to play because the leagues were playing.They were training new staff so ordering drinks and food was a little slow but honestly, thats to be expected, not mad at it.Also the people that are mad about the leagues....you would know when they are taking over the bowling alley by using a few muscles to pick up the phone and call the bowling alley to get the info.

Ive come here quite a few times and this last time will be my last. The lanes are always extremely dry, no matter what time of the day. Also, my roommate and I decided to just leave halfway through our 2 hour Groupon because the balls kept getting stuck in the back and it was getting really annoying. I would recommend a different alley.

This place is a waste of time and money the kids my wife and I wanted to do something that we havent done in a while so we decided to go bowling... We played one game rented our shoes and after the first ball was bowled the pinkept getting stuck the monitor that displays our name and score kept turning off so we ended up leaving and the guy had the nerve to charge me 100 their service was horrible alsobas it took them over 20 mins. To make some nachos because their cheese machine was off and the cheese as cold Im never going to return to this place again

I was asked to write a review by the counter person Lilly. I noticed she was asking a lot of people to do this. She was also trying to get everyone to sign up for a league, too. It was a *little* annoying to hear it 3 times before I got to the front counter, but I can appreciate a hard worker. All-in-all, I did really like the place. My lane ran smoothly, the food was brought out quickly (and correct), and the bathrooms were clean (huge plus). 10/10.

This was a great bowling alley. Its really affordable, got a good atmosphere, and really friendly staff. If you drink and bowl, get the pitchers - its a better deal per ounce than the towers. The bartender, Jed, was awesome and helped to make our birthday event so much better. If youre planning a party, they do bottomless pizza and wings, as well. The lanes are great, with laser lights and a wide variety of bowling ball weights. Overall, this is a great place. Would definitely go again.

Poor. Equipment malfunctions all the time. Tony is unhelpful, rude and arrogant. Bad experiences every time I have been there.
