First off, wow!I walked into this shop not really looking for anything in particular. I was drawn in by the glass work in the window. If I was going to walk away with anything I was thinking it would be a small item.Madison greeted us on our way in and asked if she could help with anything. We explained we were pretty much just walking in for a glance. However, I did compliment the glass work. She proceeded to give us a little bit more knowledge on the pieces in the shop, but wait, then she told us MORE. This young lady then later showed us not only was she nice and knowledgeable but personable. Yes!!!As she gave us some space and time to look at the things she brought out for us a little closer, more customers came in. She took care of each of them in the same fashion she had taken care of us. I was delighted.Alas, a shop that provides great customer service. I believe we have all at some point or another walked into an establishment that was quick to put you on the spot and ask what do you want and then coldly leave you if you had nothing in mind.Madison provided me with a relaxed shopping experience that made me feel very comfortable. It was also refreshing to not feel pressured into making a purchase. Thank you girl if youre reading this. I will definitely be dropping in again

Ive visited this location once recently to get a back-up glass pipe as well as some glass cleaner. The glass piece that I purchased was approximately $35 which seems a bit expensive. Ive bought some very good quality pipes with awesome designs for about $25. While the design I got on the piece I purchased is awesome I have some issues with the craftsmanship in terms of the glass. I have my doubts that it will be as durable as my old pipe. As a general statement for their glass pipes, it seems like there wasnt much variety. All of them seemed to have the same relative shape with a tiny hole for the carburetor as well as inside the bowl. As for the glass cleaner I paid about $12 for it and it worked wonderfully. The customer service was great and the employee immediately attended to all my needs. I would definitely return again

Love coming here! The staff are the most friendly staff from any business; and that means a whole lot becuase there is a few other businesses with amazing staff.I dont have any of their glass product but it all looks pretty cool.I mainly get Kratom from here at a really good price. My girlfriend also gets a CBD tincture here that she really likes.If you havent been here and are interested in glassware, CBD and/Kratom or their other products; definitely must check them out!There is also a dispensary right next door.

Cassandra is a customer service rep with a terrible attitude thatrthat soured the experience for me. I normally have a great shopping experience here only to be told TWICE after touching the display case that it was locked. It was very strange. She also got a tone when I asked her to confirm the price tag said $65 (the price tag is very small and incredibly hard to read and on the underside) It really gave me the vibe my business wasnt wanted or that I needed to prove my ability to purchase. I kinda HAVE to touch the display to peek at the price the way its positioned so Im not sure why I needed to be told more than once the display is locked....maybe offer to show me the item if you see me struggling. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.

Would definitely recommend coming here for Kratom or cbd products as this is what Ive gotten in the past and will continue to get.They also offer a rewards program that just needs a phone number, and youll earn points to get 25 dollar off your next purchase. Definitely worth joining if your shopping here often!

Bought Serenity Kratom from them and got home every bag was crushed and broken tablets.

I visit Mary Janes often and Phil is very knowledgeable with the products in the store. And is always very kind and helpful. This past visit there was a women by the name of Madison who was very helpful and created her own warming environment into the store.

The staff here is pretty friendly, but a couple of people really stand out (Madison and Ash). Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and definitely go above and beyond. Im sure Im not the only one!

The employees are always nice and helpful but the Kratom is outrageously overpriced. The Kratom is good quality but you can find the same at other places for a decent price. They do have an AMAZING glass selection.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable in the CBD products I was asking about. She was also very patient with all the questions that I was asking. I have fibromyalgia and Im looking for some relief and she was able to tell me all kinds of differences between the different products which was very helpful for me to start finding a way to feel better.

Love this place, have bought a few Dab rigs and glass pipes over the past year, got a nice grav labs piece by luck as well. Super friendly staff Very cool products but warning of there torches. Ive bought two in one year and both are now officially dead, my second one I didnt even use for almost 4 months because I was out of state, 6 months in it wont ignite anymore. 160 down the drain is kinda an ouchiee, other than that good glasshop for sure.

If you dont get held up for 20 minutes waiting for service, or even just some acknowledgement, AND their credit card machine actually works so they arent calling your card number in to another store youll end up with an over priced grinder that breaks in 2 months. Never wasting my time here again, I dont care how convenient they are they arent worth it. Overpriced garbage.

My favorite spot to go to for headies and for any of my cannabis accessories! Ive been going to Mary Janes since the days where saying bong got you kicked out. Either way, I bought my first weed pipe at their flagship location in Vancouver WA when I was 18. Now at 35, it is still the only head shop I trust.

They sold my husband A bong that we cannot find a Piece to replace that is broken on it now . and they wont order it for us. I dont think I will ever buy a bong from them again, or their pipes and bags and everything else seem to be fairly nice just a little spendy

I recently visited Mary Janes House Of glass on a visit up to WA, this glass shop has everything from discount pipes to glass artwork that leaves you speechless.Rachel was so kind I have to find the right glass when Im adding to my collection knowing my budget she was willing to show me all sorts of things from a throwable (not just tossable) hamdpipe to my favorite piece of glass in the entire world a coral reef bong sea turtle and i believe a trumpet fish it makes you want to cry its beyond beautiful. Once i decided on the custom bong made for their shop (so neat!) she was willing to pull each one down closer for me to view up close until i finally made my choice....Thanks Rachel I appreciate you doing that. I do recomend if you are buying a new piece take a little extra$$$(moderate priced i planned for $50) as a splurge or treat for yourself andCheck out Mary Janes glass shop if you get the chance and if its a little out of your way it is worth the trip.
