Very, very scenic! Great views of aquatic birds, hills and sailboats. Nice beach area with sand for kids to play in. Connects to trails that are great to walk along. My friend, she enjoyed it. Parking can be a challenge depending on what time you arrive. Bicycling, cross country skiing, picnicking and walking your dog possible. Didnt see much litter.No swimming or wading into the water allowed. Lake is having issues with invasive species of plants, I believe.I recommend a visit.

Very beautiful lake to spend a little time relaxing at the park. To picnic or enjoy outdoor activities. My only dissapointment is the trash along the shore lines including broken bottles and cups and there is no exact address for this park even googling the lake itself. Research and Maps are a must for this adventure.

The people were very helpful and knowledgeable, but the prices are a little high.

Clean, spacious, dumpsters, portable toilets. Picnic tables, benches, fishing some shaded spots. Dogs allowed, but you must pick up poop. Patrolled often by water district ranger in a pickup truck and by fish and game on a 4 wheeler. No wading, no swimming, no fires.

Beautiful environment, green and blue. Enough chairs to set on. However, more trees need to be planted there.

Its splendid having such a beautiful place to go to relax and enjoy such an amazing view here in the city. Its easy to forget where you are. Walking trails, fishing, boating but no swimming.Breathtaking

Good place to relax.. Kayaking and fishing is allowed. Swimming or going inside the water is not allowed. There is a short beautiful trail too.

This place is well maintained by the city. Though it is not a lake that one can swim in because it is the cities drinking water, it’s still an all time favorite to most. It’s nice to just relax and watch the sailboats and have a picnic

This is a beautiful lake, but like so many beautiful things, it is a look dont touch experience. Boating is limited and swimming is banned to protect the water supply. Fishing however is in!

Such a picturesque lake! Its a public water supply, so you cant swim here, but you can picnic and hike.

This is drinking water for Manchester & surrounding areas. NO SWIMMING, WADING...Two boat launches afford easy access for motor driven crafts, as well as canoe & kayak portages. Trailer parking available at both locations.Nice walking trails all around the lake. Huge frontage parking lot with benches, pic-nick tables that offer beautiful views and all very accessable, except when closed off season.A few chemical toilets and trash recepticle provided in main area off RT. 28 at the Auburn traffic circle.I love fishing from my purple kayak while enjoying the wildlife.Loons, ducks, gulls and cranes. Autumn on the water is NH at its finest.

Its a nice place for a walk with a light breeze coming off the water. Weve just moved to the immediate area and have only ventured to it a couple of times but I think well be there more as we settle in and the summer progresses.

Watch out for this duck, once he sees himself he wont leave

Our church holds a public-invited picnic every Wednesday in July and August, and its a lot of fun.The lake is beautiful, and the walking trail is very peaceful.

It is a beautiful and clean lake. It is one of city water source so that you are not allowed to touch the water however you may do kayaking and fishing. The park is great for relaxing and getaway from the city. It is usually kept clean.There is also good size hiking trail around the lake.

Love this park. Great place for picnics and walking the trails. Great place to walk friendly dogs. Please do not go in the water, you will be find. Thus is Manchesters watwr supply. Also signs are posted, do not to feed the birds.
