This place was an Army hospital during and after WWII, then became a mental health treatment facility. Most of the grounds now are used for Placer county administration. Very knowledgeable docents. Only open Wednesday afternoons.

Absolutely loved the mini tour! There is so much information inside such a small house!
Very interesting building with lots of artifacts. The sweet docents were willing to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend to any World War II or medical history fanatics!!
