This place is amazing actually. The setting is laid back but family friendly which is a plus for which ever night youre trying to have. The last time I was in this establishment, there was some miscommunication that I wasnt too fond of however it wasnt enough for me to drop my rating. Food is delicious, staff and hostesses are super friendly and down to earth and even the music selection is on point. 5 stars from me

This place is a cool spot. Has different games, drinks and good food. They didnt have too many cocktail drinks on the menu so I went with my go to..Amaretto sour..drink was soooo good but too much ice!! Fast service. Queso and chips were good. Well be back.

I reserved an table 2 weeks prior to my event on last Saturday. I was told that they would place my party in the VIP section. Well they did. We were told that my party would have that whole section to ourselves. About an hour later they seated other ppl in our section that didnt belong in our party. Complained to the manage no good. So then order food they keep getting the order wrong and after 3 hours they finally got it right. So to make a long story short the place was nice but the service SUCKS. I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I return.

This was a much needed Friday night outing. The food was good and fresh (especially the nachos), the service was great and the vibe was just what I was looking for. I will be back and would highly recommend

Was invited out for a birthday event , really enjoyed myself only one lane was working though,in our area and it was about 18 of us so that was difficult keeping up with whose turn it was to bowl.

A group of 6 of us went to play games and have fun last night—we ended up being very disappointed. We arrived at 7 planning to spend at least three hours bowling, playing ping pong, etc. We found out AFTER we ordered food that they ‘decided to close early because there wasn’t enough business.’ Sure enough, 8:30 rolled around and we had to leave...we ended up sitting outside finishing our conversations as we watched three large groups and a couple try to get in. We informed them all that the business closed early for no reason... such a shame for Punch Bowl to lose so much business! As a precious server myself, i have sat around manyyyyyy nights wishing to leave bc it’s slow but knowing a restaurant needs to honor their open times as to prevent a bad reputation. Now I know why!!Update: still haven’t heard from the GM?

This place is always amazing!!! I’m so glad that they reopened up. I was planning on staying for one drink but our serving Nick was so engaging that 10 minutes turned into an hour plus. I’m definitely going back next weekend.

Party atmosphere where drinks, good food, and games are the buzz. First floor seating needs a reservation. Second floor had more bars and bowling among many other things.Great spot to meet up whenever and especially before an event at the stadium. Corporate events are pricey but you get a ton of great service for the money. I included a few snap shots from my most recent outing here.

Drinks were okay. over all enjoyed the experience however, they triple charged me AND my friend for one drink. We tried going back and talking to the manager but, they told us we would have to wait a few days just to get in touch with the “person that does all the charges.” not really well managed. and can only hope i get my 30 dollars back they took out of my bank account

The light at the end of alley was not on.. made it difficult to see. My philly cheese steak was really good.. they were out of shakes.

Drinks were good, queso was just ok. Service was good as well. Everyone bowling looked like they were having fun. Def not a place to go on a date to get to know someone but rather a group outing. Their Sunday Bloody Mary bar is pretty spot on.

This Place is SUPER Fun! There should be something like this everywhere. There are all kinds of games and activities. Its a perfect place to chill all day with friends. The reason I gave 3 stars was because of the food. The was alright. Nothing special. Our glasses had a couple of unauthorized particles on them. So that was dissappointing. But overall if youre looking for all-in-one fun...This is the spot to check out!

Cool place and cool ambience that are all held back by some flaws.The food was average and the service was friendly but it took a long time to get food and several of the items we asked for never arrived.By the time we could ask them they were no where to be found.It was also pretty expensive and most of the cool extra things to do cost money.So with so many options around this place scores towards the bottom but if you are just looking for a place to drink with your friends at a bar this might be a perfect stop.The WiFi is also slow.

The Punch Bowl is a really neat venue for socializing, hanging out, and spending time with friends. You could easily have fun in small or large groups, but I can see how this could be a popular/busy destination on a game day. Everyone we came across who worked at the Punch Bowl was very welcoming, helpful and friendly.FYI: they have baby changing stations in the ladies’ room!

Just had lunch at this fine restaurants for the first time with my lovely wife. I had the knockoff Burger which is a knock off of the Big Mac oh, and I have to say McDonalds is in trouble cuz its delicious. My wife had the pork belly tacos with your soon to disappear from the menu but they are absolutely delicious as well. Overall the restaurant experience is quite nice and I would give it five stars but the waitress decided to take my $20 in change for a tip and I had to chase her around the restaurant asking for my change. Wow she acted like I said keep the change. Other than that great place serious

Everything was perfect. I never say that but is was. The food, service (our waitress was incredible, Star Jade) and drinks were impeccable. The variety of games and activities is great and the place was CLEAN! We will DEFINITELY be back soon. The vibe and atmosphere was everything. Go there for a fun night out!

The food was amazing. Atmosphere is nice also. There are 5 or 6 different themes in this building. Its two stories, with a small bowling alley, games to play, retro eclectic feel. Drink selection was nice wish they had a little bit more geared toward the female taste buds. Overall hubby and I agreed we are coming back. We went yesterday on a Friday, June 22 around 11 and parking was free in the red deck we parked in.

Several fresh juices too.It can get busy here and every time Ive visited the bowling lanes are completely booked up. The place is huge though and is fun place to drink socially with activities

Food was different. My wife had a burger and I couldnt figure out what to get so I decided to try the lobster bacon fries. It was pretty good. Service needs some help but nice atmosphere. I would go here to bowl if we lived near Atlanta.

Nice, upscale place! Its not a place for intimate conversation, but a perfect place for friends and fun! Our waitress was a doll and very informative! The only cons I have are, make sure you RESERVE a spot for eating and/or bowling or your wait will be a LONG one. Also, if youre a big eater, make sure you have a big wallet. I would definitely come back, but only with a reservation

So I had the Shrimp Burger which was great. The fries are delicious and we also had the crackling which was amazing as well. The service was very good. Our waitress we very attentive and continued to check on us throughout the metal. The reason I am giving 3 stars is my first choice for lunch I could not have as the restaurant ran out of chicken breast. Thats right. This was a Sunday around 3pm and there was no chicken breast left. Not a hard item to find or purchase. Quite a few items on the menu used this so its not a great sign of an attentive kitchen staff. Other than that everything else was great.

Energetic atmosphere, our bartender Amanda was great. Very informative and friendly. Definitely made my visit enjoyable. Great for a chill date or a large party.

Our server was Alex. She was very sweet and helpful but it seemed that all the other employees we interacted with were pretty rude. They were out of a bunch of stuff we wanted so they gave us a $50 gift card which was very nice.The food was good but nothing exceptional.The decor and ambiance is really nice. Very modern vibe. The food was awful the wings were to hard, fries okay, sandwiches bland, watered down range dressing. Then after the bad food we waited two hours to bowl only to be given an alley that was very undesirable so we left. WASTE OF TRIP

The environment was great. Everybody getting along and having a great time. Ordered the cauliflower nachos which were phenomenal!! For the main dish I ordered the chicken waffles. Now, the chicken was perfect but my only gripe was the syrup was spicey which I did not care for and the waffle itself tasted like the chicken. I also ordered a strawberry daiquiri which was AWESOME!! I say try it out because you can do, karaoke, VR, Fuze Ball, Pool, ping pong amongst other stuff!

The food was okay, (my chicken was burnt), but my boyfriends meal was pretty good. The biggest thing they have going for them are the games (darts, bowling, karaoke) but other than that, the place kind of falls flat. Its in a great location in the Battery, but I probably wouldnt come back here.

It was 1/4/2020 and it was my birthday weekend. I called the week before and the host said no reservations was needed for Karaoke. I get there at 7:30 pm and there is a private party there which means that Im unable to do Karaoke. I then try for a table which we was not available until 9 pm. This was disappointing for it being my first time. We got seated at 9:45 pm then Karaoke was ready at 11:45. The food is good but not the servers. You do better to go to the bar. Bria makes the awesome drinks. Im still sad that the reason I came I didnt get to do.

Ive given this place so many tries over the past 7 months that Ive lost count, and Ive been disappointed every single time because they service is constantly lacking. My more recent time, I was meeting a friend for brunch and by the time I got to the table, my party had received food without actually placing an order. He inquired about some items on the menu and instead of explaining them, the female server walked off, put the order in then tended to other tables. I sat at the table watching my friend eat for 30 minutes and the server never returned to the table. I had to physically get up to grab a random server to take my order. The new server had taken new drink and food order and my original server STILL hadnt returned. The manager randomly walked by our table and I made him aware of the issue. He apologized and granted my desire to switch servers for my table (the newer server didnt work in my section). While the problem was handled well by management, I definitely will not be returning to Punch Bowl Social.

This place is horrible the owner included dont bother going here for great food to say the least. This place will not be open long mark my words, had friends who worked here and left due to the inconsistent work schedules and their witness accounts of food being dropped on the floor and still served, as well as food being picked off of customers plates in the back before it comes out the customer. CONSUMER BEWARE!

It is a really fun place to go. Yes it does get busy on the weekends so Tuesday through Thursday night the great times to go to enjoy the other activities. Can a strawberry margarita and some chicken tacos. Those are my favorite. Although I get stuck loving the chicken and waffles a lot

This place is a one-stop shop. My coworkers and I ate, drank, bowled and sang karaoke. I got the chicken and waffles, and the waffles were very good! We kept having issues with the bowling lane, but the manager was nice enough to refund us our money.

Pretty decent bar and hangout spot. Drinks were mediocre, not strong at all. The lobster fries were yummy and the chicken tacos were just ok. They were very busy and short on staff, had to wait a bit but was seated right away. They also have bowling and darts there too.

I brought a friend her for her first time the other night and Malcolm was an absolute blessing! Catered to us all the way up until close! I’ve been here before and had a great time as well. Will always be a go-to recommendation for anyone looking for a chill/cool vibe and great service!

Fun until hostess Victoria gives you attitude when you ask for service on a slow Friday afternoon. Plenty of people standing around with zero of them looking out for the guest (they are looking at TVs and phones). Awful food service. I really expected better than this after being a server for so long but how do you let your table sit there without water for the entire meal? My friend had to get up to ask the bartender to get us some water. Our server, Kelci, was just standing in the back with her friends chatting by the POS system. When she picked up our plates she didn’t ask how everything was, which the food was also pretty mediocre. Only the guy at the game cage with the long hair was a great guy. Should’ve really stiffed the tab but was decided to give a couple of bucks.Please restaff the entire place or else it will go downhill. You need experienced servers because this place is way too overpriced for it to be so poor with service. It doesn’t take much effort to just get the basics down.

What!? Where was this place when I was in college? So fun. Great vibes, huge place, lots a games and Omg everywhere I look beautiful happy people. Plus they have great cocktails with no alcohol in them so you dont have to just suck on soda lime all night if youve given in to your sober curiousness.

We went on a busy night, but the service was pretty bad. It took over an hour to place an order, but the food did come out pretty fast, a little too fast, I say that because my churizo fries were cold with a slight touch of warm, its like the order was already prepared before I ordered it. I didnt bother sending it back because it was extremely hard to track down our server or catch any random server. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars was because the place was fun, we played a few board games and enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend going on a slower night to get better service.

Normally love this place but the last time we went they’re were several private events. This was not advertised on the website so we wanted 2 hours for a table just to eat. In addition, the staff told us (on a busy night) there was not a limit on how long people can sit and they did nothing to expedite people just sitting and doing nothing. We didn’t even have a chance to play any of the games.In the future, they need to advertise when they have multiple private parties so we won’t come.

Great atmosphere! Great games! Drinks are really good! The karaoke is super fun! If you are looking for fun, go up stairs. More chill drinks and appetizers vibe, stay down stairs! The Sriracha fries are phenomenal and the burgers? Better than post burger joints. It can get crowded but worth the wait. Grab a free game from upstairs by the photo booth while you wait!

Family friendly sports bar. Every staff member was over-accommodating. There was a slight issue with the VR headset (no volume) and they quickly added more time to make up for it. The gaming team found a server to fulfill our requests so we had ample time to enjoy this experience and make it to the Braves game. We will be back!

Awesome place! Came here in a Friday night to see what the hypes about. Bowling, giant jenga, corn hole, ping pong and more! Awesome drinks as well. I tried the watermelon polo punch but didn’t like the after taste it left. I ended up getting an old fashioned. I got the poblano Mac and cheese and it’s VERY cheesy. It was good! I couldn’t finish it. Parking is easy, they have multiple decks and it’s free for four hours. We didn’t play any games but we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive but didn’t give us water until we asked for it...which we thought was weird. I don’t know if I’d be back for the food but I would definitely be back to enjoy the games and drinks.

Went on a no home game day with co-workers, had a reservation, everything was great. Menu is pretty limited especially if you have diet restrictions, but otherwise its cool. No traffic, wasnt super busy. Server was nice, ordered one of their salads combined two of their salad dressing options and it made the salad great. Didnt play any games, but might visit again.

Looks like a great establishment, but....Reserved a table for eight and when we showed up they told us the place was completely booked for a corporate event. I never received an email or text confirming that my reservation was cancelled.Much appreciated for the negative experience that occurred before we were even able to enter.

Nice place for games and to mingle

I reserved a table for 10 for a corporate team building event. When we arrived the tables were not setup. The service was absolutely terrible. The food was OK, however the menu has very little veriety. You basically have burgers, tacos, and a few sandwiches. The big problem was the manager on duty...as we had 2 extra people show up and they absolutely refused to sit more than ten people at our table... Its was laughable because the entire dinning area was empty. They insisted that the two extra people in our party sit at a different table. We ordered burgers and asked for medium and one well done, when they came out the server and I said I ordered the medium she replied, they all come out the same with a very rude tone. In fact, the entire staff was rude.

Great vibe for a group of friends

I love coming here! Definitely my go-to place to meet with potential clients, friends, etc. just all around great space! Last visit wasn’t the best, however, it was late and close to closing so I wouldn’t suggest coming within the last 2 hours but throughout the regular day, best place! I still feel like a valued customer and I will return.

1 hour later, one of the adults main and side came out cold and kids plate still not out (they have a separate kids menu). This was the deal breaker and we left without eating dinner. Whole experience was one issue after another. Came back saying they could not make the fresh juice from the menu for the three year old because they were out of an ingredient and could not substitute because it would compromise the integrity of the drink. Had to order the other main dish three times because they came back each time saying they were out of ingredients. One of the water glasses was never filled and the additional chips for the appetizer didnt come out for quite a while until the app went cold. We informed them we were leaving, and they comped the app and brought out the third-choice salad in a to-go container. But you really cant make up for going back to the hotel after an hour (now practically bed time) with an unfed three year old. Place had potential but a very frustrating and very disappointing experience as we also lost an evening while on vacation.

Our waitress was nice and food was good. However, everyone else I interacted with outside of that was extremely rude and condescending.Our bowling lanes broke several times, the balls kept getting stuck, and every time I asked for help I was met with attitude, like they didn’t want to be bothered. The manager included. Then they took their time fixing the lane and didn’t do anything to try and make up for the missed time. You pay for the lanes by the hour, and we missed at least 20 minutes of bowling time because of this.I’m disappointed we were made to feel so uncomfortable because this could be a fun spot, but the customer service was not good.

Fun Times...Great Food...Good Drinks

Really cool looking place with horrible service. The layout of the restaurant and all of the activities it has to offer seem really nice. Unfortunately our experience was a negative one. I went to the bar with my date to grab a drink and both bar tenders completely ignored us even though they were not busy at all. After about 10 minutes just as were getting up to leave one of the bartenders asks us what we want with an attitude and then messes up both of our simple drink orders. After that a group of our friends informed us that they had a full round of drinks picked up and thrown away because the busboy thought they didnt want them anymore because they were playing a game. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do believe in second chances but with a staff like this every experience is guaranteed to be the same.

Bowling is not legit. Keep that in mind. The pins are on strings. The place is cool though. They charge you for all the games.

Dav’eon was so personable and helpful, I have been to a lot of places in Atlanta this has been the warmest welcome I’ve received from a Host! He is definitely a keeper and hopefully his hard work and ethics will not be overlooked by management. Happy holidays!

Fun place, even has a 3-lane bowling alley! Loud, crowded, loved it! Shrimp tacos refreshingly yummy-left me wanting more. House margarita cocktail -delicious. Cant wait to go again. I will definitely bring more people next time to try the punch bowl!

This place is always fun to go to with groups, we ended up walking around the whole area and deciding to do darts and Jenga. But overall they have pool, bowling, virtual reality, karaoke, board games and so much more! Highly recommend for groups!
