The cleaning guy was extremely rude. Beat on the door and told me to get out because he had to clean. Then took 45 mins to clean the bathroom and got annoyed when I had to use it and said he wasn’t finished cleaning it to hurry up. Are you kidding me?

First time here, all the guys at the front were excellent. They were very courteous and respectful.The arcade was what I went for and was more than what I expected.I was there for about 3 hours during that time there was a good crowd of guys.I was lucky I met and had some fun with four married guys, I think they all left with a big relief.I recommend that you should give this place a visit.

Although the place is very nice clean hassle free, we would appreciate if the cleaning person didnt take so long to clean the booths or at least do not block entire sessions especially when the place is so busy. Most of the patrons are looking to get in and out fast and without being noticed and this person taking up to 30 mins to clean a small space is very bothersome.

Night staff is unfriendly and rather rude. They talk about customers loudly and while ringing up other customers. While I know the clientele is a little on the rough side in the arcade at least, the store sales floor is big, bright, clean and decently organized .Arcade needs cleaning and attention. SmellsLike urine and the floor is sticky (for obvious reasons I’m sure).I would define this place on its category of business as a Family Dollar compared to the rest that are like Macy’s.*****EDIT!!! *******After their renovations and etc, place is a lot cleaner, easy to shop and staff is friendlier. Husband and I have been coming here for two years for our sexy supplies because this is by far the cleanest adult store around and the staff is always awesome. I visited all the adult stores on Cheshire Bridge last week and although Southern Nights didnt have the bling affect that some other stores had the customer service I received from the moment I walked in is the reason Im taking time to write this review. The very handsome light skinned young man named Suave was refreshing, intelligent, and energetic to name a few. As I browsed the store he asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I informed him of my desired purchase and his enthusiasm and product knowledge was so awesome I even purchased products I never would consider but now glad I did. Since then Ive told all my friends to go see that tall glass of milk chocolate called Suave because his energy will be the reason for my return.

I have been into this scene for years and browsed and shopped at many adult stores. Unequivocally, I have always gotten extremely helpful and courteous customer service at Southern Nights Video. On top of that, their prices are reasonable and comparable to every place I have shopped online. And whatever they dont have on their shelves they are happy to special order.

If I could give this pit less stars then I would. Wtf? I went to this place instead of that really big Inserection store up the street looking for a deal. The prices were not good and the place generally sucked! The funny thing is that I am trying to be as kind as I can. This place is in my hood and Id like it to be good but its just not. It was dirty and the staff were not nice. They acted like I was some pervert because I shopped there. One dude kept walking by me asking me if I liked to get massages. Wtf?? I understand this place is a porn shop but it was weird. There are better stores in the area that offer more things. Who buys dvd porn anymore? I get mine on the web. I like walking on the wild side but this is just an embarrassment.
