SAFE ZONE! CHUCK E CHEESE IS DOING IT RIGHT!We are here with our grandson, and feel very safe. Check your temperature when entering, hand sanitizing stains all over the place, even have gloves available. They clean equipment every 30 minutes, sanitize balls and swap out every 30 minutes too. Social distancing of tables. No tokens, only game cards which are disposed of at the end of your visit. No salad bar, but salad available in individual packaging. Pizza was fresh and hot. We are in heaven with less kids running around... limited occupancy. I think the community needs to get out and support businesses they want to survive this pandemic. They will go under if we dont patronize these establishments. As I said previously, we feel very safe and well taken care of by the staff. Hope you get out and help our economy thrive! Chuck E Cheese is definitely doing its part to keep us safe.

I had my daughters 2nd birthday party here it was amazing the staff was great the price was great the place was clean and sanitize but most of all my kids had an amazing time.

U can get 1 hour in card 23$ so keep the card;its reloadable! im so happy tickets was eliminated just tap card to play any game it was at least 5 games OUTOFORDER!! The softdrinks cost 2.25$too high!!the icecream machine was out if icecream, its 22 games& activity

Chuck E Cheese really came through for the kids 2020 Halloween!! Where most businesses didnt participate with left options minimum, Chuck E Cheese stepped up and delivered a strong, Clean, Safe and FUN environment!!

Loved experience. Practiced social distancing kept areas sanitized while kids played. Took temperatures upon arrival. Due to pandemic thought was a bad idea. But my grandsons were pleased. Clean facility and hand sanitizer available to everyone. Great experience! Highly Recommended!

Id describe this particular location as very laid back. The employees are very helpful and calm. Nice and quiet place to chill

My son had a good time but many of the games were broken. The parking lot was not clean. Half of the customers wore masks. Temperature checks and sanitizer upon entry.

My son loves this location! Chuck E Cheese has always been a favorite place I take my kiddos. The check-in safety system is top-notch and easy for kids and parents: Just a quick stamp on the arm! The new card system allows you to buy points (which it takes so many points to play a game, TONS of games are 1 point, a few are 2) OR you can purchase TIME for your child to play. I personally prefer points so we can share a card and keep it for next time plus it is easy for me to determine if I need to buy more points. My little guy can be slow on some games so again the points just make more sense for us but they have both options. The combo meals are wonderful with sodas, discount points/time cards, and pizza. The bread-sticks are WONDERFUL and we get ranch & red sauce to go with ours. They have a rock-in salad bar and great selection of wine/beer for adults. This location is super clean, well staffed, and very helpful if something goes wrong with a game. The prize area is at the front and the attendant is super helpful and patience with kids! If you are looking for a fun Family Night this is the place to go!

Waited 24 minutes in line before I was even acknowledged by the staff. I waited patiently as five staff members didn’t help me to purchase game card because it was not, “ their job,” at that time. Finally, I asked to speak to a manager and she assisted me. Poor customer service!!!!!

Could be cleaner. Could have less Out of Serviced games. But compared to other Chuck E Cheese chains, this is one of the better ones.

The pizza is much better than it used to be. The games and restaurant need some love and shows its age, but the kids love it still.

Very disappointed with this Chuck E Cheese given its location. The employees all seem like they dont wont to there and move very sluggish. A good deep cleaning of this location wouldnt hurt. The drink station was dirty and sticky. It looked worn. Could use an upgrade. Most of the games were either broken or out of tickets. It would be nice if Chuck E. would learn the dances instead of walking around waving. The kids actually look forward to doing the dances instead of having to chase him down for a high five.

Staff was outstanding . We was there around 4 hours the entire time staff was constantly wiping every thing down. Love the extra precaution they took with the virus going around.

It seems like this Chuck e Cheese has been bringing a lot of new games in and keeping it fresh. There’s rarely a game totally broken down and the staff is quick to fix any issues. We come here a lot because of this. Sometimes it gets really really packed but we still manage to have fun. And main reason that I come here is because it’s CLEAN and the staff are usually very good. I have just as much fun as my daughter, too!!

Great fun for the kids. I love the new way to purchase games. You can either buy tokens and pay a certain amount of credits per game or purchase time and play as many games in that time frame as youd like. We always buy time!

Shockingly very clean for a kid play place. Was pleased with their pizza, wings and salad bar. Definitely a place I would take my family back to in the future whenever the kids ask us to. Staff was also very friendly in a stressful atmosphere.

I have not been to Chuck-E-Cheese in years but I have to go for my nieces birthday party. I had a ball helping the kids play games and watching them enjoy their selves. D rep who was in charge of our birthday was very attentive, helped us with additional seating and even helped out our kids. Even though my niece freak out when Chucky came out we had a great time.lol lol

Im probably being a little generous with four stars just considering the amount of times that I end up here and every time there are constant issues with games that arent being attended to. Its normally a major hassle to try and find somebody to fix one of the games which is taking money or something to the effect that you didnt get what you paid for and if you dont say something you just lose the points.The games could use a rotation but Chuck-E-Cheese is kind of known for not bringing many new games into The Fray. Once youve been a couple times its really just the same old same ole. Kennesaw location got to remodel and took out the ol tunnel climbing ball pit type area but doesnt have a single new game just moved games around in different areas.With all that being said Im still giving it for stars because Chuck-E-Cheese is one of the only places around that you can actually afford to take your kid to and normally play the same games that are three or four times as expensive somewhere else. Also the management is awesome theyre just normally stuck up front.

While in town for super bowl made a quick stop with my toddler. This was one of the best we’ve gone too. Was a little jealous the ones closer to home didn’t have these games!!Clean and well organized. The ladies working wet on point with check-Ins, outs, cleaning, fixing the machine is a timely fashion.

My son and I visited here at this location for the first time and I did not enjoy the experience! There were so many people that he was literally able to play 2-3 games and that was with waiting in line. Ordered a pizza and it had taken over 30 minutes. They definitely need more friendlier staff but more staff overall. I’m thinking about giving this place another chance on another day because my son loves Chuck E Cheese.

This location is okay... The food is always good, Chuck E. Cheese has always had some of the best pizza. My girls & I tried the barbecue wings, they were good. My issue is that alot of the games were broken. Also, they need to implement a policy where smaller children should be accompanied with an adult at all times!

This was one of our stops to beat the heat for a few hours on Memorial Day. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and all of the games worked. There were times when games ran out of tickets but the staff was on it and had game restocked with tickets in no time. Pizza was really good.

The carpet smell really bad. Otherwise the place was good. The manager and staff were great. Our pizza was delicious.

All the kids in the place seemed to be having a great time. The games are geared toward children. Although the adults all seemed to enjoy them as well. The staff was helpful and friendly. They give you enough room at the table for a large group. Chuck E Cheese comes out once for all of the kids having a party during that time and is out for about 10 minutes or so. Not a fan of the pizza. But the wings werent bad. The party packages seemed reasonably priced. There was a sign saying on Sundays they have a sensory block for a couple hours, where anyone who is negatively affected by the bright lights and noises can come and enjoy a less bright and noisy atmosphere

Brought my nephew here and he had a blast. Actually i didnt have a bad time either; its a nice clean place and good for a day with the young ones :)

Well run, friendly employees, birthday parties run smoothly. They have a fun play area with climbing and slide in addition to the arcade amusements. Go early for a smaller crowd, by mid-afternoon it can get busy.

Right size for all sizes - youth and adults. Not too big and lots of options for 2 and up!. Pizza was good; salad bar was stocked and all staff seemed really helpful. Great idea to offer adult beverages. Thanks for all you do.

I miss the ball pit!!! Its Chuck E. Cheese, what more can be said. Fun times for the kids and yummy pizza. Go during the week for the buffet to save money.

We had lots of fun. My family enjoyed themselves so much they hate that we had to leave, but we were here over 4hours. It was so much fun and the food was delicious. Thanks so much! Chucky cheese!

They had my baby girl party nice. Wasnt expecting that characters to be so involved but energetic but the kids had a blast. first time in a CCE and thought they all would be like the one back home. 5S!

I’ve gone twice in the last couple of weeks with the little girls I nanny and this location is great. We get there when they open and it nice and quiet! Both times Patrick was there to open the doors for us and check us in and out. He’s very helpful and sweet! He told me all the different ways to spend our time there for the best price and it was awesome. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve been to in a long time. It’s clean, has good service and plenty of games to play. Thanks Patrick!!

Chuck E Cheese has changed a lot. Me and my Son had a good time. Paid 20.00 for 90 minutes of fun. Then bought pizza for about 15.00. Time flew by. My Son didnt eat the pizza so I did.

Customer service is good but this place has a funky smell here, some spots smell like dirty mop water too.

This location was amazing! My party host Sydney was excellent! She was efficient and helped make my son feel really special at his 3rd birthday celebration!

On Aug 3 with a party of 6 only 2 eat the wings and 2 got food poisoning the very next day One person was me. I carried the left overs home I one other person who didn’t attend party. Ate the wings and got so sick the tried to call off work, and the job told them to bring doctors ex. I experienced vomiting, sweating, stomach cramps, Diarrhea, being hot and cold with a fan on me. Just don’t like the feeling of being SICK SORRY..

Fun place for kids, birthday parties, etc. My 3 and 5 year old were able to be pretty self sufficient using their card to play games. Food options are pretty good - pizza, salad bar, wine and beer, etc. And they still have the automated statue of Chuck e cheese doing shows - I remember that when I was a kid!

I hosted my daughters 3rd birthday here on a Sunday and it was easy to reserve a table and bringing her cake, balloon, and goody bags. The food is good the salad bar is always replenished and the staff is amazing

Had such a great time here for a few hours. The little ones were running around everywhere and doing everything that they were extra tired when we finally left and went home. They slept for nearly 12hrs straight. Will definitely bring them here again when i feel they need to burn off some pent up energy.

I spend quality time with my granddaughter ever week at Chuck E cheese. She loves Chuck E Cheese. At first she was afraid but now she is use to him and runs to him.They know her by her name. They also have new rides and games. I enjoyed it myself.

Need more space and games. I do like the unlimited game play deal but when theres not enough games to choose from, you find yourself playing the same one over and over. The staff was very helpful with great attitudes. Food was good also.

Ive been hesitant to take my toddler to Chuck E. Cheeses because I didnt think he would be old enough to do anything. Well I was wrong, at least for this location. He (WE) had a great time and went back the following weekend. Now hes always asking to go. He has SUCH a blast when Chuck E. Cheese comes out. Its the cutest thing watching all the excited little ones running up to him and behind him, giving him hugs. Also, the ticket rain is a hoot!!! The pizza was pretty good too, which was another pleasant surprise, (based on what I heard from someone).Good time! We will definitely go back!

This location in particular is really messy, well at least during the weekend. Other then that the workers are really attentive to your concerns.

Ive been here twice and both times my daughter had loads of fun. The staff are polite and are quick to help you with any issues. Like when a machine ate my points but didnt play, they helped me get my points back very quickly and they even added a few extra for the inconvenience. Playtime is better though because you can play machines over and over without running out of anything except time. Ive never had the good here and the particular location stays pretty full on the weekends. There were multiple birthday parties going on both times I went.

Great value. The game play is inexpensive unlike at a lot of game places and the workers there were nice and helpful.

My kid had a blast but this chicken cheese was a tad bit small but the employees were wonderful and so was the manager he me and a couple people during his passing around if we were OK and I said I need help with a machine less than two mins he had someone there to assist me it was awesome of love great customer service

Love this location my kids say they love it more the cheese stretch long like real cheese when you take a bite out of a slice of pizza better than the other location out in riverdale

We visited Chuck E cheese for a birthday party. It was an amazing experience. The employees were very helpful and polite. They worked great with the kids and I cant wait to go back for my sons birthday in March! Definitely not disappointed.

The staff is friendly and there are plenty of games. However the pizza takes a while to come out and where you enter there is a barrier where people are exiting so it creates an odd bother neck, especially when you are trying to order play cards and food.

Its nice on weekdays. On weekends its really crowded, understaffed, and too many parents who do not watch their kids. You kind of have to bodyguard your child so that they can enjoy an uninterrupted game. If it happened once I wouldve left it unsaid but it happens ALL the time on weekends. I have a pictured example below. Theres only room for one child but the unwatched child decided to squeeze in and mash all the buttons. Again, just expect these kinds of things when you come. Its not the places fault I guess its the environment.

Awesome place for kids birthday party

Food was awful. Pizza was overcooked but mushrooms on top of were raw and cold, like they were added as an afterthought. Parmesan breadsticks were hard and flavourless.My daughter still managed to have fun even though several of the machines were in disrepair.She chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner, so we made the best of it. But it was definitely subpar. I wont be returning to this location.

The service was great, the adults that were dressed like they were going to the club...and the adults that literally had their pants fall down while stealing tickets from children....that needs to be addressed. Maybe a dress code and a code of conduct?

My nephews like it here. Me eh. It’s fun for both smaller and the ones a little older. It does start to get a bit pricey but it’s ok for a once in a while outing. The staff as with most isn’t the friendliest. Which is off putting for a children’s place but overall ok. The lines do get long for some of the games. Especially in the summer.

I recently took my twin one year old boys to Chuckie Cheese at Cumberland for the first time, and I must say that I was very pleased with how the staff was so helpful and informative. I want to give a special thanks to a gentleman by the name of Cornelius Ray who went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about the companies procedures and policies, he also made sure we had a great time. To be honest, I heard not so good things about this location, but I decided to take my chances and go during the week. Needless to say, I was very impressed on how well this location was run. Kudos to Cornelius for changing my thoughts on this location and going above and beyond to ensure that me and my family had a good, safe, fun time!
