I still think this is a nice spot to hang out in this corona times. Mask is required to get in. No temperature check, though. But the arrogant securuty guard is no good. Not the regular nice police officers. Telling me that the girl who wore no mask, and that was coughing like she was about to die can stay; and that it was none of my business if she was sick. That i should stay home if i was scared. Some people just dont know how to present good customer service.

The perfect little hole in the wall! The music was great and good local people. And that fried catfish let’s just say I had to take it home because I couldn’t bare to waste not one piece. And believe what people say about the drinks they are generously poured. On Tuesdays after 730 there is a five dollar cover charge and I believe on the weekends after 830 don’t quote me on that.

Ive been there only twice. Once for a birthday party and then came back few months later. Overall, great food, drinks and music.

I am moving to Japan in September. I stepped into Bigelow last night and danced 20 before I ordered my drink. I always have a ball when I visit. Best spot in Decatur!! I will miss the nothing but fun atmosphere. Always s good grown folk party.

Just what my group and I were looking for. We wanted to find a place that didnt close to early and as well, mixed the music up. Even better, we just so happen to show up on Monday Karaoke! The D.J. is AMAZING & HIS VOICE! As well as some of the others that seem to be regulars, joining in with the D.J. We at first didnt even notice they were the music all together. We will be back very soon! It was a very welcoming place. As well as the staff were friendly. The bartender served us on spot as we entered & the drinks we very reasonable priced! So much as we took care of our whole group bill! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed ourselves! Although, it was Karaoke night, we could still dance as couples in between songs. THANK YOU!

Went tuesday evening. We paid to get in and we literally came right back out and left. The lady refused to give us our money back.No A.C., extremely hot in there and very overcrowded. Many folks look like they rolled out of bed, just raggedy. It was hot and stink in there. Will never go back!!! You might as well go across the street to Club Bolts. Club Bolts A.C. works and has great ambiance and their crowd is not raggedy. Im very disappointed with Bigelows.

I came from Alabama for the Chris Brown concert which was EXPLOSIVE. I decided to stay a few more days. My cousin know I love small hole in wall joints and she brought me here. I LOVED EVERY MINUTE I was there!!! It was a Wednesday night with a nice crowd, free, karaoke and food smelled good. Last but not least the DJ was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! This will mos def be one of my go places when Im visiting the ATL. Lastly I hardly smelled smoke which was a MAJOR PLUS. Not sure how the smoke is on the weekend.

All, I have been going to Bigelows since WAY back in the day, when Mr. Bigelow was living. It is a nice little juke-joint. The music is good, small intimate environment, dance floor popping & at least the men ask you to dance. The food is reasonable and some place to go after work early and then head on to the house!!! Dont sit on Bigelows. Pam, Gerald & Jr. yall been holding it down all these years!!!!Only thing is, talk to your waitresses about being so quick to take your glass from table without asking if you are finish..lol

Ive been going for 3 months, Friday night is the best if youre in your 30s Saturday night is a mixture of people in their 60s and 30s . Sunday night was dead for some reason.I heard its usually live but I came in on the wrong day I guess. I enjoyed the Bahama mama Im definitely going back friday thats my spot.. lol p.s old school cats be after young meat so be careful. Lol

The atmosphere is laid back for most part. The drinks are niiice real nice! Happy hour is Tuesday and its best to grab a table/seat at 5pm. It gets very crowded!

It was ok. The locals seemed to be having a good time. The Js was decent but I could have done without the blues he played. The patio was cool but would have been better if the music could be heard out there. The photographer was nice and the drinks cheap.

We celebrated my mom’s 67th birthday here because this is one of her favorite places to dance. The staff were courteous and professional. The food was extremely fresh, flavorful, and hot. The music was on point. My mom’s party was a huge success. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks Mr. Bigelow for such great hospitality!SN: The only downside was one of our guests car was broken into. Security needs to be more alert.

Each star represent the club Bigelow.the first star good atmosphere as I walked in the door .the second star is for the bartender they was excellent .The third star good food the fourth star lets just say I had a good time dancing on the dance floor. The good thing about it you wont get lost right next to I 20 going east away from downtown and west going towards downtown just in case some local folks may not know about i 20 well see you there first rounds on me lets have a good time

It was a horrible night. The entry fee is cash only and the atm never works so you have to find a working one around to get in. It take some of the servers 45 minutes to an hour to get you your drink. The DJ on Friday night is horrible. He cuts the songs off as the best parts come up.
