Very nice and new venue with great parking in nearby parking decks. The Roxy is very organized and clean. Nice bathrooms. I actually did not have to stand in line to use ladies room because there are enough stalls. It was packed at the concert I went to, so if you dont like being crowded or standing I recommend purchasing a seated ticket. Overall good experience. Staff was nice, but be prepared for high drink prices.

I visited the Roxy on a whim for my friends birthday to see Sir Savage the 21st. It’s a nice venue considering the entire area as fairly new. Drinks were well priced and fairly potent security was efficient and space adequate. As a slightly older concert attendee I definitely appreciated the elevated seating options as my mosh pitting years are well behind me. Overall a nice venue, considering the artist I can’t give an honest review of the acoustics since the whole experience was... loud. Would recommend.

A great concert venue with two levels (stage level and balcony level) and an extra lounge. The balcony has small tables around the edge giving a great view and a place to hold the bar fare and drinks. Both levels are close enough to have great views and the acoustics are good without having to be too loud. Bar service is excellent with bars on each side and on both levels. I recommend getting lounge access to have a comfortable place to sit and hangout with a group. Overall, a great place and I can’t wait to come back!

We saw Brett Eldredge’s Christmas show! It was a Tuesday night at The Battery during off-season for baseball. Very well organized. Staff extremely friendly and helpful from the bar to the seating. Multiple bars around the venue so only waited behind one person! Restrooms were clean and line was short. I wasn’t expecting folding chairs for seating with no floor incline, but I noted for a stationary seat to consider the balcony seating in the future. Not really a problem for me, but for some may decrease comfort level.Cocktail I purchased was great value for the money spent, as were the curly fries — hot and crisp.Sound quality inside the venue was fantastic and seems there really isn’t a bad seat in the house. Much smaller and more intimate than I was expecting. Parked in Purple Garage and we ended up not having to pay for parking for some reason, so maybe don’t pre-purchase. I presume it was because it’s a weeknight and we left around 10:30?Looking forward to another show here!

Been to two concerts at this venue, both were AWESOME! Love the smaller feel and closeness to the artist ... staff was friendly both times at the door, seating, and bar ... that is greatly appreciated as I know it must be tiring dealing with the crowd sometimes! The worst concert experience of my life. This past Saturday was our first time to the Roxy, and cant imagine an artist I would be willing to return for. First of all, Dermot Kennedy was amazing. Everything else, not so much. Parking around the battery is a nightmare. Took around 30 minutes to find a spot, because parking deck were full, yet they were still letting cars in looking for spots. At one point it seemed like there were more cars searching for spots than actual parking spots in the deck, causing a traffic jam inside the parking deck. Secondly, my wife likes to stand, dance, and move around during concerts. She does not want to be seated, so we were in the back of the general admission area on the wooden floor. There are several bars to the sides and behind the floor area. Those bars need to be partitioned off and separated from the concert area. The noise, especially conversation coming from those areas was so loud, that we couldnt hear the artist when he spoke. When a soft song or music was played, we are assaulted from noise from the left and rear as well, making it impossible to clearly hear any of the music. We tried to move closer to the stage and get farther away from the bar area, but the floor was packed in like sardines. Finally, it was such a horrible experience, that we left early. Couldnt hear what we paid for anyway.

We had a great time at the Roxy tonight. Parking was safe, close and reasonable. The whole area was clean and well maintained. The venue was similar to the Tabernacle...800-1000 on the floor and a few more in a wraparound balcony with bars downstairs. No need for big screens because youre still upfront and personal with the artist no matter what seat!

The Roxy is my new favorite concert venue in the Atlanta area. The entire place is easy to navigate. I really like the openness of the great floor area, with those gorgeous blue hued chandeliers. Plenty of bars on both levels helps prevent standing in long lines for drinks, etc. The premium seats (Boxes) deliver great views and in seat service, which was great! The vip lounge is decorated with lots of memorabilia from past events, in the previous Roxy location, etc. Nice set up! Attentive staff and excellent ambience. The surrounding area at The Battery, including views of SunTrust Park, provides several choices for your post concert partying to continue after the show!! Such a fantastic concept over all!! Parking is kinda pricey, as usual anywhere near Atl, but there are a couple of options. We sprung for the $30.00 valet deck, right beside the venue, which was really convenient. All in all, Im hoping for a chance to return really soon. Oh, and Go Braves!!

Coco-Cola Roxy was a pretty nice venue to see Incubus. The location of where its at near some restautants, Atlanta Braves arena, and some shops is perfect for tourists.Theres also near by hotels too in case if youre driving or flying into Smyrna, GA not Atlanta because Coco-Cola Roxy is not in Atlanta. So if youre using your GPS to get there its in Smyrna, GA not Atlanta, GA. I recommend staying at Wingate Wyndham Galleria/Ballpark because they could give you a ride there but a ride back after 9pm.The staff of Roxy were sweet, helpful, funny, and chill. The only dislikes I had was the service for VIP between the venue and Live Nation. We went in for the the preshow of Incubus 3:45pm-4:45pm. Only a half an hour or so more to go back outside (5ish) and wait another hour (6:20pm) to go back in the venue . Now if Florida none of the venues never have their guests go back outside after coming from a VIP service. I thought it was ridiculous they had us to come then once the doors open (7:00pm), we waited another hour inside for Le Butcherettes (opening act).Another dislike was not on the restricted items are stuffed plush or toys of any kind. I never visited a arena where that was restricted. My sister always bring her plush hippo with her to events as a therapy for her mental health or just to make the artists smile while performing. The venue almost didnt let her bring her hippo in. But while checking in one of the staff didnt mind and let her being the plush in. She kept her hippo in her bag in case someone else wouldve said something. It was an uneasy feeling that she almost couldnt bring a stuffed Plush in. Maybe the venue had some issue with these types of toys in the past but it seem quite strange to me its a restricted item.Other than we had blast seeing Incubus perform live celebrating 20 yeara of Make Yourself. So fortunate we didnt miss the event. Le Butchertettes were okay. Some good music but some of the dramatization from the lead singer was offputting.

The Roxy is the perfect size for a concert in my opinion. Its got that intimate feel like the Fox. However, I do not think they hired an expert in designing this facility. Please take the following advice. If you want to actually see the stage from the side balconies pay for the VIP seats. Otherwise, you won’t be able to see the stage because of the people standing up in front of you. The rows simply do not step up enough to see over the people in front of you. Additionally, there are seats on the side balconies that have large columns in front of them blocking their view of the stage (how is that a thing)!!?? If you don’t want to pay the premium price for VIP seats on the second level, I recommend purchasing the floor level tickets. You can get in the mix with the large crowd or hang out in the back where it’s less crowded. Either way you can actually SEE the show. I would attend another concert at the Roxy but I will definitely go about my ticket purchase differently. Check out the attached picture of the balcony view (which was double the price of the lower level).

Nice small venue with mediocre acoustics. Sound system was decent, but the speakers near the bar/under the balcony arent positioned well, so you dont get as great of an experience when on the sides. The lines for the bathrooms and bar are significantly longer than most places Ive been to and the lines dont move quickly. Seems like they need more bars, faster bartenders and more bathrooms. Several places Ive been use coins instead of cash/credit to speed up the bar purchases. Really think that would help to speed up the lines and make the experience better for this venue. I ended up purchasing no drinks because I was unwilling to wait in the long lines. Lighting crew also not the best as they were constantly blinding the people in the balcony, which doesnt happen nearly as much at other venues. They also dont have CO2 cannons, so it gets super hot here. Very different than most venues Ive been to.All and all not a bad venue, but very overpriced. Ticketmasters fees, and the parking lot charging double of most lots cause me to pay $60 more than what Id normally pay anywhere else to go out and see the same (generally better) show, and I didnt even get drinks.I also found no hydration stations or free water at this facility. Unlike most other states, I have searched Georgia law and surprisingly have found that water isnt considered a basic right in Georgia and there is no requirement requiring bars or places that serve alcohol to have free water, but I still find it super unprofessional that theyd rather make money off people instead of keep everyone safe. I havent been to a club or event since 2009 that hasnt had hydration stations. Never again will I step foot in this facility. Simply disgusting.

Im sure the venue is great for concerts or even a comedian, but it was horrible for So You Think You Can Dance. Fold out seats - come on! Not to mention that everyone was sitting on the same level because there is no elevation so it was hard to see over everyones heads and their phones which they were holding in the air to record the show. Then there were lights or something along the front of the stage so you couldnt see any of the dancers footwork or if they were doing contemporary dances that involved floor work. It was extremely disappointing. The venue has a cool look and feel, but Id really think twice before going to another event there.

Then we received a number and had to wait until a runner brought out our food. The kitchen was waaay on the other side of the venue. Took about 30 minutes for the food to come. I mean, okay - but when we were let in - we were told to sit on the floor? And then later on we were told to stand up? What’s the point of sitting when there is no space? It was so crowded and everyone kept pushing. I payed $160 to be way in the back. Many people fainted and started walking to the back for air. It was TOO PACKED and I almost felt like fainting. It was so hot and I was squished. This venue is perfect for concerts for a small crowd, but for a PACKED crowd for a K-Pop concert in such a small venue is really the management’s fault.
